I love Taco Bell but this one is terrible not sure if it's a management issue or an employee issue or maybe even both but there has been a select few times where they actually got my order right. Most of the time I go they always forget something I ordered. Also the food quality seems to be worse at this location compared to surrounding locations. It is now 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, and I went through the drive through, I didn't get all of my order in the bag so I went back through the drive through and the woman pretty much told me I was lying. She said "Well I'm the one that bagged it and its my store and I know I put it in the bag." This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have never come here and gotten everything in my order right. I specifically said no beans on my burrito and they put more beans than anything else. I asked for mild sauce, they gave me hot. My "cheesy roll up" had literally like a sprinkle of cheese on a tortilla. I never have super high standards when I go to any Taco Bell but this place is the absolute worst. They need all new staff and management or they need to just shut down completely. read more

I said thank you and nothing was said back. Guess manners are hard to come by these days (I blame the parents). After that I wait about 15 mins for my food and as I'm waiting the window is still open and the amount of profanity I could here coming from the back of the kitchen would make a sailor blush. I received my food and started to pull away as I did I looked through the window at the sauce on the customer side of the counter and saw the mild sauce was full of packets. I'm not sure what's going on here but it's not a short-term thing it's been going on since I've been living in Moss Bluff which is going on 5 years. I'm not sure what it is but they can never seem to get it right weather it's getting your order correct or keeping items stocked on the menu or even keeping employees. The employees that work there seem to flat out not care one bit that they don't have half of the menu available. I honestly believe they should just close the place down if that's how they plan to continue to run it. It's actually become a running joke in Moss Bluff for the restaurant with the worst service. Your employees here tonight at 9pm were very slow and unorganized to say the least..This location has a history for this for the last year and maybe longer.. I ordered a 3 hard taco meal with large Dr.pepper tonight..I got my order thur the drive-thur after 20 to 25 minute wait and once again it wasn't nothing near what was ordered... I'm not bucking for a free meal...I just want to let you all know that you have a severe ongoing problem here..This area is having about 5000 extra workers here for a large industrial project in the very near future... Oh man. Where do I even start. This Taco Bell is notorious for getting at least one thing wrong everytime we order from here. The last time we went, We were first given the completely wrong order. I asked for an item and specified how I wanted it 5 times. We received our correct order finally and it was still wrong. The restaurant was dirty. Sauce packets all over at least 3 tables and trash on a few others. The item I specified 5 times how I wanted it, was wrong. When I was explaining why it was wrong, the manager came to talk to us and was muttering something under her breath upon walking to our table. We went through an act of congress just to get our order fixed and so did the family in front of us in line. Will never return to this Taco Bell. It's right by our house and we would rather drive the extra 5 miles to the next one than return to this establishment.
