Missing 6 tacos, but I guess that's my fault for not checking the bag. I also had a big order for my family , $61 worth. I would've thought everything would have been in the bag. read more

POV: you asked for three crunchy tacos with meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes and a frozen Baja blast. But you only get two crunchy tacos meat, cheese, lettuce, and a frozen Baja blast. read more

What is the point in sending me an email saying there are two new items. "Be the first to try them. Get early access to these items by ordering them through the app today." That was days ago and today I decided to try it. I ordered the beefy potato flatbread taco. I drove all the way there and the really rude woman at the window just said "You gonna hafta get a refund. You gotta do it on the app." I asked why and she said "It too early for that. We don't even get the stuff for it till Thursday (I think she said)." So I ask again. Why send me that email? I had no time to go somewhere else and get anything for lunch today. read more

Taco Bell - This is part of a second email I received about it. - Fast Food Near Me - Moss Bluff, Louisiana

I love Taco Bell but this one is terrible not sure if it's a management issue or an employee issue or maybe even both but there has been a select few times where they actually got my order right. Most of the time I go they always forget something I ordered. Also the food quality seems to be worse at this location compared to surrounding locations. There's a reason it's never busy at this location. If you really what Taco Bell I'd advise you to go to another location. read more

The worker said "god damn" while taking are order and that made me very upset am i fat? NO I AM NOT i just wanted my GOD DAMN taco bell which is not my fault they the only place open. he also had the audacity to say "fuck this fucking shit" when the window was closed but we could very much still hear him. thank you and good night and no sauce this man needs to be detained. send him to burger king. And this might seem like a joke to you but check cameras i'm not playing i wish i got that on film. read more

2.5 hours to prepare food and didn't get over half of my order. Then they refuse to answer the phone

If cold burritos are your thing, this is the place for you. Got a #1. Taco Supreme and Burrito Supreme Taco was ok, fresh tomatoes was really nice, but the burrito... that's another story. Room temp meat and beans, cold tortilla and everything else. 3 times sent back. Same thing. Must be how they do it now. Never again. read more

It is now 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, and I went through the drive through, I didn't get all of my order in the bag so I went back through the drive through and the woman pretty much told me I was lying. She said "Well I'm the one that bagged it and its my store and I know I put it in the bag." Obviously someone else needs to run "your store" if you one, cant put everything everything in the bag that belongs in it, and two, accuse me of lying when I can see clearly not everything is in there. Very disappointed. read more

Drove up & Taco Bell employee seen us, went inside. We stood at the counter waiting for service for 15 mins. No one else in the restaurant. Not a word was spoken to us. read more

The drive through, which is not set up for large trucks, can be fustrsting at shift change. The teenagers that work there have not had the class were your taught to greate the customer with 'hello can I help you' class yet. And if your going to ask my name for my order then don't call out ' number 69'. Don't waste my time. Love the breakfast tacos, they rock after 12 hours of night shift. read more

I went in there last night 2-3-2020 and one of the young boys working there had his pants down past his bottom. So unprofessional when it come to buisness in the publics eye's. I am discussed by this and I do not want to visit this store again until the management cleans this dress up. The time was about 7PM when I visited. read more

Terrible taco bell! They are always out of products: for example they were out of baja blast an mild sauce on my visit today an got more tortilla then chicken an cheese! They need new management! This place is always this bad I will drive the extra ten minutes out of my way to go to the other taco bell! read more

Taco Bell - chicken quesadilla without the chicken! i have more tortilla then any thing! super disappointed! - Fast Food Near Me - Moss Bluff, Louisiana

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have never come here and gotten everything in my order right. I specifically said no beans on my burrito and they put more beans than anything else. I asked for mild sauce, they gave me hot. My "cheesy roll up" had literally like a sprinkle of cheese on a tortilla. I never have super high standards when I go to any Taco Bell but this place is the absolute worst. They need all new staff and management or they need to just shut down completely. read more

This location is always out of a lot of important items! The first time I went, they were out of shredded cheese and yesterday they were out of hot and mild sauce. I had my window down at drive threw and heard a lot of ppl changing orders bc they were out of other things. Maybe corporate can send someone to retrain the inventory guy?? I feel bad for the staff. I feel like they are doing the best they can with limited resources. read more

Even by Taco Bell's standards, this place is terrible. They WILL mess up your order. They will give you tacos with a teaspoon of meat and nothing else. The workers are rude. The managers are worse. Never go here. read more

The absolute worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. They left out half of my food, and after I drove back they called me a liar. I finally got them to make my missing food, and it was only average at best. I tried to get the general manager and franchise owners names and numbers, but they refused. I won't be back. read more

Working the night shift around here so didn't have many options on where to eat. I ended up choosing Taco Bell and it definitely disappointed. I ordered my food and asked for mild sauce as I'm ordering only to be told all they had was hott or fire by Kailah B. (Per receipt)Got to the window and paid and was handed my drink. I said thank you and nothing was said back. Guess manners are hard to come by these days (I blame the parents). After that I wait about 15 mins for my food and as I'm waiting the window is still open and the amount of profanity I could here coming from the back of the kitchen would make a sailor blush. I received my food and started to pull away as I did I looked through the window at the sauce on the customer side of the counter and saw the mild sauce was full of packets. Guess someone was to lazy to walk around and get some. The food was mediocre at best. Biggest problem here is laziness and piss poor work ethic. read more

I'm not sure what's going on here but it's not a short-term thing it's been going on since I've been living in Moss Bluff which is going on 5 years. I'm not sure what it is but they can never seem to get it right weather it's getting your order correct or keeping items stocked on the menu or even keeping employees. The employees that work there seem to flat out not care one bit that they don't have half of the menu available. I honestly believe they should just close the place down if that's how they plan to continue to run it. It's actually become a running joke in Moss Bluff for the restaurant with the worst service. I like Taco Bell as a restaurant and I frequent others around the area and don't have any of these problems. Shame on the owners for continuing to let this go on as long as it has. read more

Your employees here tonight at 9pm were very slow and unorganized to say the least..This location has a history for this for the last year and maybe longer.. I ordered a 3 hard taco meal with large Dr.pepper tonight..I got my order thur the drive-thur after 20 to 25 minute wait and once again it wasn't nothing near what was ordered... I'm not bucking for a free meal...I just want to let you all know that you have a severe ongoing problem here..This area is having about 5000 extra workers here for a large industrial project in the very near future... Don't want anyone here to loose their job but they need to be trained before you loose a lot of business... Thanks. read more

Oh man. Where do I even start. This Taco Bell is notorious for getting at least one thing wrong everytime we order from here. The last time we went, We were first given the completely wrong order. I asked for an item and specified how I wanted it 5 times. We received our correct order finally and it was still wrong. The restaurant was dirty. Sauce packets all over at least 3 tables and trash on a few others. The item I specified 5 times how I wanted it, was wrong. When I was explaining why it was wrong, the manager came to talk to us and was muttering something under her breath upon walking to our table. We went through an act of congress just to get our order fixed and so did the family in front of us in line. Will never return to this Taco Bell. It's right by our house and we would rather drive the extra 5 miles to the next one than return to this establishment. I had to give them one star because it wouldn't let me review it otherwise. read more
