This fast food place is not any different from other fast food places. Average food and average service. Nothing impressive. We stopped at this location on our way back to Austin from New Orleans and it was not busy at all. It took awhile for us to get our order and when we did it was messed up. The restroom was cleaner than some fast food restrooms I have been in but the sink was stained and dirty. Good stop on the journey home. read more

This place earned zero stars from me! I will never ever come back you can assure me that. The floors were soooooo nasty my friend took her shoe off to itch her foot and then she picked her foot back up and it was almost black . Next the bathrooms. They had no mirror. I give this place 0 stars. Their service stinks. One of their employees has all the personality of a rabid dog. Honestly don't see how the place is still in business with people like this working there. Went there for breakfast this morning. I'd gone inside to order. The first words outta the mouth of the old female goat working the register was, "How did you get in here?!" It had been 6:15 am. According to Google the location is open from 5:30 am-2:00 am. Then she says "What do you want?",in a very rude manner. So I told her that I'd wanted 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits. Then she said,"We don't have any biscuits!" So, I left. Went through drive through and they had an issue with the system. Only taking door dash orders. Worker standing outside smoking cigarettes instead of being inside taking orders. We do not have many eating establishments in this area and Bk is always a let down. Only DoorDash now you have to settle for cold food while he smoke and talk in the phone. These people get a free paycheck and work sometimes when they feel like it. Finally got a person with teeth at the drive through now please find people that want to work and not smoke and watch the traffic pass by. read more

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. The customer service here is absolutely sickening but if I were to work where I couldn't cover my bills I may be a bit moody too. I was pulled up to the front just for my food to come out cold and mushy and so I asked for a refund on the app. The lobby was disgusting whenever going to ask for a receipt that I did not receive and the tables were sticky as well as the work environment just being so filthy. A little difficult to review. Food & service was about average. The restrooms were above average clean. Some of the tables and benches are in need of repair or replacement. We switched tables twice due to the benches tilting when I sat down. I would recommend going to a newer BK but I would eat there again. read more

Stopped to get gas next door and grab some burgers for road trip. Kiddos prefer BK over McD, so was a convenient pit stop. Date was 8/8/18 at 1315. Place was filthy!....Sticky floors, dirty tables, unsanitary restrooms and lots of staff standing around behind the counter doing NOTHING!.....Piss poor customer service. Not one smile from anyone, even as I smiled first and said "good afternoon". Ice machine was out of ice and their was zero initiative taken to fill it back up timely. Instead, when I and several others came to notify cashier all 4 people standing behind counter looked at each other and turned away. Will bypass in the future. Was there any doubt that Burger King is still one of the best restaurants? I was pulled into last minute summer lunch event with summer interns at my firm, and was totally excited to visit this burger palace for the first time in about two years. And yes, the restaurant delivered again! I can't stop raving about the technical sophistication and creative energy flowing from the restaurant. The restaurant has slightly raised its lunch menu to around $6 per person (given the quality of food, still a great bargain). Looking at the menu, I really struggled what to do. There were so many dishes that had seemingly incompatible ingredients but definitely excited with me with what the kitchen will bring. I noticed that they are serving the Rodeo Cheeseburger (Cheeseburger, onion rings, Bar-B-Que sauce) so I wanted to see how the Texan element would be incorporated at this Classic American restaurant. The result was spectacular: not only was the Rodeo one of the tastiest burgers I've had, but the combination with onion rings and Bar-B-Que sauce created unique flavor that was totally new to my palate. For the main dish, I went with perhaps a bit safer option. I can never get enough of chicken fries and the chicken fries that came with Kung Pao dipping sauce didn't disappoint, with delightfully aromatic broth supporting the chicken that was more or less perfectly cooked. Among the dessert, I felt a little bit more adventurous and went with the exotic Hershey ice cream pie. The dish was beautifully plated and definitely had an exotic touch to it, but the combination of flavor and texture had that technical sophistication you might expect from a Michelin three-star restaurant. As before, getting a weekday lunch reservation is always much more manageable than the coveted dinner tables. Jackets are required for gentlemen, but the restaurant always lends one to those without. Burger King will always be a special place for me, a place where I've learned how beautiful and delightful burgers can be for those hardcore carnivores. I definitely would like to have an opportunity to splurge on a special occasion to go all out for dinner at some point. Just need that special occasion. read more
