We had a great drive-through and food experience, we stopped in to grab a breakfast sandwich while driving to Memorial Hospital to see my mom and dad. There were a few customers in front of us but the line moved quickly. We ordered sausage egg mcmuffins and they were delivered hot and fresh as were the hashbrowns. The customer service was above board and our orders were correct along with plenty of napkins. If there is anything that frustrates me not only here but at all locations is the prepared recording asking me if I want to use their mobile app to place my order and then a hesitation before getting a live person - I'm at the drive through so no I don't want to use the app I want to order at the drive though that's why I got in line... read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you like pulling up and waiting on your food for 15 minutes just to have to go inside because your order is wrong, then have them remake it TWO more times then this is the place for you! Save yourself the frustration and go to the McDonald's in Westlake. You'll get home sooner than dealing with this circus. read more

Okay, buckle up everyone, because this McDonald's was an experience, and not the good kind. First off, the parking lot looked like a garbage convention. Inside? Sticky floors, tables that hadn't seen a wipe in ages, and a general air of despair. I ordered a Big Mac, and I swear the lettuce was older than me. The patties were suspiciously gray, and the whole thing tasted like regret. And the fries? Limp, lukewarm, and way too salty. Honestly, I've had better meals from a gas station dumpster. 0/10, would not recommend unless you're trying to develop a new strain of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. read more

We went here on a Thursday night around 9:30pm. The whole team there was very attentive and asked if we needed anything. I usually get ignored when I'm by the front counter but not here! Several asked if I've been helped yet. Very impressed. They kept it clean as well. read more

Everything you could really ask from a standard fast food place, service is good depending on who u get, but mostly good. Wait is usually pretty fast, kind of medium timing sometimes, but nice, the only thing i can say is they forgot my fries once but it was a long time ago so i dont care. Anyways they have changed since the old 2019 reviews. Nice. read more

TERRIBLE!! Don't torture yourself!! It took 20 minutes to get 3 coffees and I asked 3 times! When I got my large $4 cappuccino, it was half empty!! Wtf did I pay for?? This place is unorganized and untrained! They definitely need to train the workers! Management looks super frustrated and the service sucked!! read more

McDonald's - Slowest McDonald's on Earth!!! Been waiting 15 minutes and had to ask for coffees 3 times--still no drinks!! - Burgers Near Me - Moss Bluff, Louisiana

Why is it so GODDAMNED HARD to get unsweet tea here? The clerk even VERIFIED unsweet tea then gave me fucking SWEET TEA!

I have yet to find a good Taco Bell since I've moved here down south.. I guess it's just not their thing.. back in California you can always find a taco bell open with good food maybe a vendor switch because the beans here are horrible the tortilla are too thick and the meat is like dog food read more

Staff is rude half the time and the wait is always unbearable and im not talking about 5 mins, its always at least 20 mins. Im not sure if any 9ne has noticed on the inside they have a plaque stating they have the best drive thru times . Sure they do bc they pull everyone up and make them wait the half hour for their food. I have waited 40 mins for my food one night seeing car after car leave. Which is a little on me but I was tired after a long day of work and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will never recommend mcdonalds honestly go to Mappletwood and get a great burger fresh with happy employees. read more

I ordered on the mobile app, and went to pick food up. Their internet was down and wouldn't let me check in. I called AND went through the drive through, showed them my email which showed my order. They said I would have to come into the lobby 3 times. I told them I was handicapped and couldn't do that. They wouldn't help me, they said charge should fall off my bank account. 3 days later it cleared my bank. I emailed McDonalds and they are giving me the run around, and never gave me a refund. I did not get my food, but got charged anyway. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

This is the third time in a row the Ketchup dispenser is empty. I really don't like using the packets. I would prefer not to come back to this location until this is fixed. The staff was very nice though. read more

False advertising for having wifi. All the young managers couldn't be bothered to try to reset the router. Their answer "it's not working and we need to call someone to fix it." Wow. If I did my job this way you would not be happy. Thank God nurses try to solve your problems. read more

This place needs to get the stuff together. Was given 5 different bags before my order was right. 4th time this month my food was wrong. Get home open my food and burger was literally "thrown" together, sloppy mess!! read more

I came to this McDonald's to get ONLY a cookie tote. There wasn't anyone in front of me, but they had me pull up and said they would bring them out to me. Totally understandable as they had to bake the cookies. After 10 minutes passed they told us it would be out in about 30 seconds. Five minutes later we finally went in to find the tote just sitting there on the counter. I've never had to sit for 20 minutes to wait for cookies at any location. The employees were not friendly and the wait time was ridiculous. Don't waste your time at this location. read more

I ordered a medium fry and a large fry in which I was charged for. Then as I drove off they only gave me my medium fry. Learn to check the bag before you leave, because obviously they just try to not check what they're placing into your bag. read more

pretty good food but i have to pull up a lot usually takes 10 minutes to get my food idk if i should recommend or not

This is definitely one of the cleaner McDonald's in our area, they process a lot of people throughout the day especially during the breakfast lunch and dinner rush hours and seem to do it flawlessly for the most part. Don't get me wrong there will still be the occasional mess up but is usually easily corrected. Workers appear to be nice and respectable and they're always polite with a willingness to serve you. Whoever manages this particular site is doing an excellent job and probably doesn't get enough recognition but I'm here to say I've been in many McDonald's and this one seems to be running like a well oiled machine. There is one nagging thing that kept it from a 5-star review and that's the fact that the coke bar where the napkins and what not goes always seems to be out of something whether it be Lids, ketchup, napkins or sometimes both. My family and I will usually pass other locations and go out of our way to go to this one particularly because of the play area provided for the kids and the cleanliness of the facility. I will definitely be back! read more
