After waiting quite a while for my food, she hands me a bag of food. I reminded her I was dining in, so she put it on a tray. The "monster" burger was pitiful. Two thin, dried out pieces of meat, a couple of slices of nearly raw bacon, and a LOT of mayonnaise. I couldn't believe what a pitiful amount of fries were there. I took the burger back and asked for a fresh one. Told her the one they gave me looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the cooked bin for days. When I finally got the replacement, it was still two thin dried out pitiful pieces of meat. The bacon was cooked a little better but it had way too much mayonnaise. For less money I could've had a double quarter pounder combo at McDonald's, or a triple cheeseburger combo at Wendy's. At both those places it would've been hot juicy fresh meat, and at Wendy's lettuce, tomato and onion. I will not be going back to Hardee's, ever again. As far as "ambience", I go to the restroom to wash my hands after I had eaten. Apparently the towel bins were either broken or empty, so they had a roll of toilet paper sitting on top of one to use instead.
