I sat there honestly in disbelief, waiting for someone to offer a solution--a refund, a remake, or even an acknowledgment that this wasn't acceptable. Instead, everyone simply went back to work as if it wasn't a big deal. I was left feeling like the expectation was that I should just eat it. In the end, I left, went somewhere else to eat, and threw away the food I had just paid for. This was my second time stopping here while passing through West Monroe because I remembered wanting to eat here again. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't see myself coming back.
