Not sure how this place is still open. Have lived here my whole life and they never do well. I always try to give them second chances but 9/10 times i've come here i've had a bad experience. Waited 20 min in the drive thru when i had to cars in front of me. Then took another 5 minutes to just place my order. Then there is three cars pulled off into parking spots and now they are telling me to as well. They have about 5 people waiting in spots yet nobody has gotten their order but they want to keep taking orders. Maybe try getting orders out before you keep taking them. Then when she asked to to move up I told her all I got was fries and a drink and she still told me to move. Then I asked if I could just have my drink so I could pull up and sip on it while I waited. I ask the employee does the frosty come in other flavors than chocolate. She said WHAT!!!, so as I repeat myself she cuts me off. So I ask again what flavors do you guys have she says just vanilla ok give me a vanilla frosty siz.... She cuts me off again to ask me what size inwhich I was about to say. Horrible customer service and it's been my experience that unless you're ordering a chicken sandwich or other not-as-routine item - it will be less-than-fresh and cold. Burger patties are typically not even warm enough to melt the cheese. My order is typically incorrect - and when you bring it to their attention - you get no apology - just stoney silence and your food slapped together then handed back to you. See pics. Oh - and forget about them automatically putting napkins in your bag. If you don't remember to ask for them you're out of luck. Between this Wendy's and the Zaxbys on East West Connector - I think the spirits are trying to tell me it's time to stop eating fast food. I ordered here from Uber eats and there was no place to add notes or remove toppings from my burger. I tried calling over 10 times and didn't get an answer. The mailbox was full so you can't even leave a voicemail. The next day, I tried calling them to tell them about my experience. Still no answer. I wasted over 30.00 on food I never received since I cancelled the order. Uber eats charged me for cancelling saying it was a fee for inconveniencing the store (except the only person being inconvenienced was me). I waited at the drive-Thur for 20 minutes and no one came to take our order. There were at least 5 cars in the drive-Thur and we all waited there. I even called and the line was busy. When I was about to leave I saw an employee standing outside and I asked her what time they close and she said 1:00am so I asked her why no one was taking the orders and she said that it's not any of her problem.
