Not sure how this place is still open. Have lived here my whole life and they never do well. I always try to give them second chances but 9/10 times i've come here i've had a bad experience. Waited 20 min in the drive thru when i had to cars in front of me. Then took another 5 minutes to just place my order. Then there is three cars pulled off into parking spots and now they are telling me to as well. Horrible customer service and it's been my experience that unless you're ordering a chicken sandwich or other not-as-routine item - it will be less-than-fresh and cold. Burger patties are typically not even warm enough to melt the cheese. My order is typically incorrect - and when you bring it to their attention - you get no apology - just stoney silence and your food slapped together then handed back to you. See pics. Oh - and forget about them automatically putting napkins in your bag. If you don't remember to ask for them you're out of luck. Between this Wendy's and the Zaxbys on East West Connector - I think the spirits are trying to tell me it's time to stop eating fast food. Their drive thru seems to always be down and the employees don't have proper customer service training. They also don't know how to use coupons. I waited at the drive-Thur for 20 minutes and no one came to take our order. There were at least 5 cars in the drive-Thur and we all waited there. I even called and the line was busy. When I was about to leave I saw an employee standing outside and I asked her what time they close and she said 1:00am so I asked her why no one was taking the orders and she said that it's not any of her problem.
