No crackers no sourcream I paid extra for and ordered online 15 min later was not ready

Place seems unorganized. Slow moving Ran by kids that don't want to be in the window or assembling orders. I've managed restaurants and understand how individuals in the service industry are treated on a regular basis. Wendy's for example... The employees aren't paid much and don't typically have a lot of responsibility... On top of the low pay and the quick pace/high pressure to assemble/expedite orders.. Customers for the most part don't even acknowledge these employees as human beings. The person in the window may greet a customer and tell them the total.. What that employee gets most is a hand hanging out the window with a card in it. Most customers don't say hi or thank you. Some don't even look at you lol They hand you the card and keep their hand out the window waiting for you to put it back in their hand before they drive off. Having experience myself. I make an effort to say hello and always thank them... My order was easy and correct. 2 jr bacons and a large sprite. It was pretty quick. They were both crushed lol like an employee was mad while they wrapped them up in the wax paper and smashed them. I wasn't really greeted at either of the windows. Bad experience from start to finish. For starters, took 5 minutes to get to the drive thru window to order, even though it was only 2 cars in front of me. After I order my burger I started to order fries and the lady interrupted me with an polite "hold on". 5 minutes went by so I asked if everything was okay. Her response was that she only had 1 person at the register. Another minute, and then she took my order again. From order to getting my food it took 10 minutes. That's not why I went to the drive thru at 10pm. To make things worse, no apology for the delay. Not even a complimentary Jr. Frosty or a cup of water. I understand being understaffed. But you gotta at least say sorry, and offer something. read more

I just went to this Wendy's at 2 PM and I swear it was the best Wendy's I've ever had in my life. Everything was perfect. Everything was in the bag I got the two for six spicy chicken sandwich Dave's single, and also I got a five dollar biggie bag and a frosty and everything was perfect. All the workers were very nice and they made the food better than any Wendy's I've ever been to! read more

do not, repeat do not go to this wendy's. 2 days in a row i ordered from the app. both days i am told they don't have my order. the first day i assume its either a problem with the app or perhaps i did something wrong. so i simply canceled the order and my money was refunded. today i go inside show the employee my order and she tries to look it up again and says she still cannot find the order. this time , however, i go to cancel the order and the app tells me it cannot be canceled because it was already processed. so no refund and the business will not do the refund either. so let me get this straight. if i order food and walk out they can call the police and have me arrested for theft. but they can take our money not give us the product we ordered keep our money and nothing happens to them. burger king in loveland closed due to poor customer service my guess is wendy's will br next. . read more

We visited this location after a school skate event. We were the only ones in the store at the time. The food was just okay although they did go out of there way to get us hot fries. The nuggets my boy ordered were reheated looking. I got the triple which was tasty and hot when I got it. My wife got the buttermilk chicken and she liked it. They didn't have any napkins in the dining room which was a little weird so we had to ask the cashier for some. pro's: -plenty of seats -cheap -new coke machines with over a 100 flavors cons: -slow service read more

I normally really like Wendy's, but this was, hands down, the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. The person taking orders had me repeat my (simple) order multiple times, the staff in the back were more interested in entertaining themselves than serving customers. I waited for almost 10 minutes for my simple order, which is unacceptable for fast food, especially when the restaurant is practically empty. The chicken in my sandwich had a weird texture and seemed undercooked. The fries were stale and cold, even after I requested fresh ones. The ice in my tea was completely melted. My son's wrap was leaking sauce everywhere and very sloppily constructed. There are plenty more fast food places near by, so do yourself a favor, and skip this place. read more

Consistently one of the best fast food restaurants in the loveland area. I've never had any issues with them since the day they opened. Better quality burgers than the clown meat emporium (you know the place). And well, the king across the street has been dethroned. Go have yourself a baconator or some delicious chili. You won't be disappointed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. When I bit into it the mayonnaise was warm, tasted off and there were bit of mold. I called the location and they tried to tell me it was blue cheese not mold. read more

This place is at best "dysfunctional" and the staff just don't care and the management don't care to properly manage the staff! The staff are untrained, have bad attitudes towards customers, and if you call management, Cindy or the main Manager Becky it just don't hit home with these folks. If you dig far enough into this location and the region you will understand how far this dysfunction goes! Becky is the store manager and Steve, the Regional Manager is Becky's husband, hmmmm... imagine that? Stay away from this place if you value your time and wellbeing! read more

I used to love this establishment, until 3 days ago, I would give - stars if I could. I ordered my simple order and somehow they not only messed it up, the worker (short blonde Marrisa? blue eyes?) then proceeded to be very unprofessional towards me. It was by far one of the most disrespectful things a worker has ever done to me. She raised her voice when I asked to check my order in the drive thru. I then pulled into the parking lot to check, and low and behold, the order was wrong. I feel as though this child knew the order was wrong and did not wish for me to check. When I went back through with the receipt and order to get my correct food, she was there again and proceeded to complain about "why did he come back?" where I could hear it. She then raised her voice again at me when I said I would like my order fixed. Horrible experience, don't want to go back unless this disrespectful child is gone. read more

So I go to this Wendy's frequently mostly because it's on my way home. Almost every time I order and I have a item that's not a combo, it seems to be the one to be forgotten about. I usually order through the drive way and I didn't get a chance to check this time do to a line behind me. I don't like to waste peoples time. I get food for kids and when I get home and not have everything I order, it makes me upset. Working in food is tough, I understand that being a fellow cook in the food world, but double checking orders (especially large ones) should always be done. Patrons shouldn't have to worry about coming back to a food place just to pick up something that was forgotten by the worker. Also this time around I didn't receive a receipt which sucks because I know I need that to clarify that I order an item and proof of purchase. I usually brush this sort of thing to the side but this has happened one too many time at this same location. I know they're hard workers! Worst food experience! We just left there and the fries had clearly been laying around for a few hours. Get our order wrong every single time we've gone to this location. We gave it multiple chances but now we've stopped going to this one entirely. The food we do get is usually cold and/or chewy. So gross! Usually love Wendy's but this one is really making it hard to want to go there. read more
