I skipped dinner and realized at 10:30pm, I really wanted something hot to eat instead of going to bed with my tummy growling. I found no easy-fix options at home that looked appetizing. At this time of night, unfortunately options for any type of dine out is slim. I noticed this Wendy's stayed open till midnight and quite honestly, my expectations were low considering the time. I decided a simple Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and Junior sized fries sounded good so I placed an order using my Wendy's app, grabbed my car keys and headed out for the 7 minute drive. (According to Google Map). It was pouring the rain, (lovely), and it actually took me about 10 minutes to make the drive. I would have thought that would be plenty of time to prepare a JBC and fries considering I ordered online and had already paid. Good, I didn't want to be out in the nasty weather. No such luck! Apparently, using their app to order and pay in advance does you no favors. I arrived, pulled up to the drive thru, gave them my order # and pulled around to the window per instructions. And sat. And sat. And continued to sit there for the next 15 minutes. There were no other cars in the drive thru. Finally, I saw lights from another car pull behind me and I thought hopefully this would speed things up. The young lady working in the drive thru slid open the window and asked me if I cared to pull forward and they would bring my order out in just a few minutes. I was irate! By this time, I was just hangry, tired, wet from having to roll down my window with no shelter from the pouring rain to be asked to pull forward and to be quite honest I was not in a very friendly mood! I still tried to be civil to the young lady and told her in no uncertain terms that YES I did mind pulling forward considering I ordered and paid for a JBC and a JUNIOR SIZED ORDER OF FRIES 25 minutes ago!!!! I mean C'mon, how long does it take??? Is there a problem? Has their grill broke down? Is the fryer not working? What's the issue? She gave me no explanation except, Just a minute, please and closed the window and walked away. I almost pulled away figuring it wasn't worth $5 and change to wait another 15 minutes for food. I decided I would give them another 5 minutes and that was it-food or no food! Finally, after 4 more minutes, the manager/asst.manager? brought me my food, apologized for the wait-no explanation for the delay or offer of comping the meal, etc. I took the food, thanked her, and drove home. Needless to say, my expectations for the meal were extremely low but I was so hungry, as long as it was halfway edible, I wouldn't have complained. Surprisingly, everything was hot, fresh, and perfect. The burger and bacon were well cooked and hot, the lettuce and tomato were fresh and looked to be rinsed and cleaned, the Mayo wasn't excessive-it was exactly as a cheap JBC should be and the fries appeared to have just been taken out of the fryer and were so delicious. I'll have to say, that may have been the best little JBC and fries I've ever eaten. My only complaint was if I had known it was going to be that good, I almost think I could have eaten another one. lol. I will say, I was going to give you 1star before I tasted the meal, but it was so good I will meet you halfway. You would have gotten a 5 star rating if it hadn't taken 30 minutes to prepare-I mean c'mon this is supposed to be FAST food! So I will be back to give you another shot at the 5-star rating. Hopefully, it will be prepared as well at the next visit, only much, much quicker. read more

I mean, it's Wendy's. And to be honest, it's a pretty great Wendy's. They always get my order right, and I always get hot food. And my coworkers and I have been all across the menu and everyone loves this location. I especially love their lemonade. Me and my friends just ordered Wendy's and I say We ordered a pretty good meal. I had door dashed my food and it took almost 1 hour. The lady had gave me my order but I only got one bag. I thought I would get more than one bag. Tbh with you. The lady, not trying to be rude. She sounded like she had smoked some weed then started delivering. I had got the food for me and my friends. We only got a portion of our food. So in regards. Fix your ordering service. Because we only got 2 medium fries, and a order of chili cheese fries. Now that is just idiotic. read more

pros: good food most of the time frostys are good cons: drive through is a very long wait once there was hair in our food, but their reaction to make it right was excellent, so i will leave a good review for that purpose. read more
