Waited 30+ minutes in the lobby one night, watched workers take drive thru orders out and walk past us and not even look at us. One worker, Eli, finally brought our food out, the fries were fresh but everything was just okay. Definitely not worth the wait. read more

THE WORST restaurant in London Ky! food is always nasty, overpriced and the service is horrible!! They take forever! we sat in the drive through and watched them take orders on one side while everyone on the other side sat for 30min. this place needs shut down! read more

Waited several minutes for the manager to come up dressed up in a Halloween costume to state no one was in the front to take orders in a very rude tone and then she went back to the back. Younger female who was very pleasant came from taking drive tru orders and filling fries to finally take our order. Waited more than 10 minutes to receive our food only to have some of it missing and for the meat patties to taste off. Would have addressed this issue but didn't wanna wait a long period of time AGAIN. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

Chicken sandwich was like a old shoe that had been there all day waiting just for me to pay 7 dollars for thanks for nothing.

You will consistently have to wait 20 to 30 minutes evem for 1 biscuit and gravy and 1 sausage mcmuffin. If you pull forward just expect to wait 20 minutes or more while your food gets cold. I started just telling them no when they want you to pull forward. They want their times to look good once your out of the drive thru it looks like they have did your order on the computer and they basically do not care how long you have to wait. read more

Free fry heavy heavy caramel 11 fucking nuggets what a deal ong definitely coming back to rob mcdonald again

Hey, McDonald's may seem amazing. But when you deliver it to your door. You will think twice. I had ordered some chicken nuggets, a burger, and some fries. A few minutes later, it arrived. It looked like Ronald had just took a massive shit in the bag and shipped it to me. I don't recommend ordering McDonald's. read more

This is one of the nicer McDonalds that I have been to. It was clean, and the staff was very nice! They came out to assist us with the self ordering machine. They encouraged us to let our children play in the newly renovated play place (which they loved!). The staff even went out of their way to give Happy Meal toys that my kids were looking for. read more

Bunch of teens working here that don't care. Ordered for dine in and had to go grab my food in take out bag. What's the point in taking a number? Fries were cold, food was mediocre, luke warm. Tables were extremely dirty. Daughter wanted sweet and sour for her nuggets, which I did order, but they didn't read and gave bbq. She waited for 10 minutes and the workers saw her, but went about their way. Finally someone came to help. To the management: Training, training, training! To the staff: Have some pride in the work that you do! read more

Most foul fast food experience of my life. Workers WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. The curly hair blonde with glasses that handed me my food coughed directly into her hands before giving me my food. WASNT WEARING A MASK AROUND HER FACE IN THE SLIGHTEST. All the workers were cold towards me & after waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru my food was handed to me, all cold. $30 worth of food went right to the trash. They should be shut down. read more

I went to McDonald's, the one right beside shilohs. I got a 4 pc happy meal and a plain quarter pounder meal large size, for my 5 yr old and 12 yr old. I was gave the happy meal and pulled up. I sat there 30 mins. Finally went in. They told me they had pulled stove to clean grease. They made me wait another 20 mins and I was nice the entire time. So finally get my kids food. I drop it off and leave to get my husband from work. Get home and I've got a 12 yr old vomiting his guts out. He said he ate half his burger and noticed it was red so he stopped eating it. He tried to steal eat the cheese and bread bc he was hungry. I'm so angry right now. It's 3:55 am and I'm up with my son still. If not better by morning I'll have to take him to a doctor bc I'm afraid of him dehydrating. This is bull and I know every face that waited on me and this won't go unanswered for. Can you not make sure you cook a person's food. Also never got the milk for my other kid. So I basically paid for you all to make my kid sick. Kind of messed up if you ask me. I will be calling the manager tomorrow and I do have my receipt. This is unacceptable. read more

McDonaMcDonald's food is pretty good but their McDonald's flurry thing is stupid every time we go they say it's not working they should either quite being lazy and fix it or quite lying about it and just give people the stinker McFlurry I'm sick of their lazy work read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my whole life. First of all, me and my daughter witnessed a female worker not wash their hands after using the restroom. She flushed and walked straight out, without even looking at the sink! This is the worst thing out of everything. But next, the food was horrible, we ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, none of them were spicy and 2 of them didn't even have any sauce that it's supposed to have. It had no sauce at all, completely dry buns! One of the chicken patties was abnormally small that it was hidden inside the bun and looked like a chicken nugget. And another one of the chicken patties was not cooked all the way and was very chewy and gross, it was uneatable so it had to be thrown out. Ice cream machine was apparently broken of course. This place is so gross, I wonder how they pass any of their health inspections! This place needs to be shut down read more

woman at drive through that collects money started cursing when I pulled up to pay for food. I thought she was cursing at me and I asked what did I do? The lady throws her headset down and said nothing do with you its those ;"#% up front I quit. she took my money and gave me my change. I told the next window that gives food what she said and I even thought she was cursing at me. They never even appologized to me they just said "Really" and laughed about it, said nothing else. I even made another jesture hoping for an appology I said can you believe she did that, still the worker just looks at me with a blank face and hands me my food. I have never felt so small at a restaurant, this is by far the worse experience ever, especially a major franchise like Mcdonalds. Proof that in todays society, in The US, people have stopped caring. Food, Gas, cost of living, the economy is breaking everyones humanity. read more

pros: not much honestly sometimes workers are nice. cons: drive through service usually takes 30+ minutes here a lot of the time the orders are wrong fries are almost always cold sometimes rude people worth going somewhere else read more

Their ice cream machine is always "down". If you want a McFlurry (or anything with ice cream), you might as well forget it.

I rate it a 1 because of these reasons: -20 minutes wait in drive thru -Soggy, Cold, and Tasted like it was cooked yesterday same as the other food -The food was cold and tasted poorly -Drive thru worker wasnt wearing a mask -And overall, the worst Mcdonalds that I have been to. I recommend not going to this specific Mcdonalds. read more

This is a typical McDonalds and has a good sized play area for kids. Usually one of the faster drive-throughs in town.

I have been in the drivethru several times and have been inside for lunch trying to shave off some time sitting in the line. I'm not sure which is worse inside the worker's are rude unfriendly and the food is always barely warm fries always always cold never fresh but if you're getting it handed out the window they'll leave something out of your order or give you the wrong order entirely and then you have to go in and wait for 15-20 mins before they get it right I don't recommend eating there on your lunch 1/2 hour cause you will lose your job and your appetite!! I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE EVER SEEN SUCH POOR MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISOR 'S WITH NO DESIRE TO GET BETTER read more

First of all, the fries had absolutely no salt. The floor was disgusting and slippery. Way too many workers and no help. Would not recommend. read more

I personally don't like eating at McDonald's at all but my grandson loves it and his chicken nuggets are always good and I do like it that they offer need help the choice of fruit and juice with it set of only fries and soft drink like they used to do. Also so McDonald's on 25 has the play place which is super fun for children which is always a plus when your going out to eat and you have the kids or grandkids with you.If I had to pick an item that I have had and has always been good and cooked well it would be the chicken nuggets. I do like to go to the McDonald's that have the two ordering menu boards because it's definitely quicker and I'm usually always in a hurry if I'm going through the drive-thru. Oh yeah I would have to say that McDonald's had the best Coke fountain drinks that I have ever tried. read more

Something is almost always wrong with my order. My latest order was completely wrong. My drink had soda all over the outside of the cup, again, and the drive-thru employee did not even say hello, as usual (just handed the food out). It's a wonder why I even continue to return to McDonald's at all.. read more

First time leaving a Yelp and frankly any review. Grew up eating McDonald's though that habit has changed considerably. Traveling with family and stopped to grab a quick lunch. I ordered the artisan grilled chicken sandwich to go. As soon as I opened it the package my stomach turned a bit, thought I would just discard the wilted lettuce, tomatoes and saturated bun (for the record I love fresh produce) however the chicken smelled horrible with whatever sauce and or cheese beneath it to such a degree that everyone in the parked vehicle began complaining about the odor. I took one small bite of the "grilled" chicken patty and deposited said bite and sandwich matter into the bag immediately. Ran to the closet garbage can to discard. Did not take it back because I feared they may try to give me another one or something worse. In college 35 years ago I had much better food from the processed food truck that sold days old food. I will not be back in this lifetime. read more

Service was fairly quick but if I have to walk into another McDonalds with an employee arguing with their manager, I am going to get McLivid. And would it kill the cashier to greet us with a hello? I would even take a greeting belch. Give me something ... and then give me some Chic-fil-A read more
