Waited several minutes for the manager to come up dressed up in a Halloween costume to state no one was in the front to take orders in a very rude tone and then she went back to the back. Younger female who was very pleasant came from taking drive tru orders and filling fries to finally take our order. Waited more than 10 minutes to receive our food only to have some of it missing and for the meat patties to taste off. You will consistently have to wait 20 to 30 minutes evem for 1 biscuit and gravy and 1 sausage mcmuffin. If you pull forward just expect to wait 20 minutes or more while your food gets cold. I started just telling them no when they want you to pull forward. This is one of the nicer McDonalds that I have been to. It was clean, and the staff was very nice! They came out to assist us with the self ordering machine. They encouraged us to let our children play in the newly renovated play place (which they loved!). The staff even went out of their way to give Happy Meal toys that my kids were looking for. read more

I went to McDonald's, the one right beside shilohs. I got a 4 pc happy meal and a plain quarter pounder meal large size, for my 5 yr old and 12 yr old. I was gave the happy meal and pulled up. I sat there 30 mins. Finally went in. They told me they had pulled stove to clean grease. They made me wait another 20 mins and I was nice the entire time. So finally get my kids food. I drop it off and leave to get my husband from work. Get home and I've got a 12 yr old vomiting his guts out. He said he ate half his burger and noticed it was red so he stopped eating it. He tried to steal eat the cheese and bread bc he was hungry. I'm so angry right now. It's 3:55 am and I'm up with my son still. If not better by morning I'll have to take him to a doctor bc I'm afraid of him dehydrating. This is bull and I know every face that waited on me and this won't go unanswered for. Can you not make sure you cook a person's food. Also never got the milk for my other kid. So I basically paid for you all to make my kid sick. Kind of messed up if you ask me. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my whole life. First of all, me and my daughter witnessed a female worker not wash their hands after using the restroom. She flushed and walked straight out, without even looking at the sink! This is the worst thing out of everything. But next, the food was horrible, we ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, none of them were spicy and 2 of them didn't even have any sauce that it's supposed to have. It had no sauce at all, completely dry buns! One of the chicken patties was abnormally small that it was hidden inside the bun and looked like a chicken nugget. And another one of the chicken patties was not cooked all the way and was very chewy and gross, it was uneatable so it had to be thrown out. Ice cream machine was apparently broken of course. Their ice cream machine is always "down". If you want a McFlurry (or anything with ice cream), you might as well forget it.

I rate it a 1 because of these reasons: -20 minutes wait in drive thru -Soggy, Cold, and Tasted like it was cooked yesterday same as the other food -The food was cold and tasted poorly -Drive thru worker wasnt wearing a mask -And overall, the worst Mcdonalds that I have been to. I have been in the drivethru several times and have been inside for lunch trying to shave off some time sitting in the line. I'm not sure which is worse inside the worker's are rude unfriendly and the food is always barely warm fries always always cold never fresh but if you're getting it handed out the window they'll leave something out of your order or give you the wrong order entirely and then you have to go in and wait for 15-20 mins before they get it right I don't recommend eating there on your lunch 1/2 hour cause you will lose your job and your appetite!! I personally don't like eating at McDonald's at all but my grandson loves it and his chicken nuggets are always good and I do like it that they offer need help the choice of fruit and juice with it set of only fries and soft drink like they used to do. Also so McDonald's on 25 has the play place which is super fun for children which is always a plus when your going out to eat and you have the kids or grandkids with you.If I had to pick an item that I have had and has always been good and cooked well it would be the chicken nuggets. I do like to go to the McDonald's that have the two ordering menu boards because it's definitely quicker and I'm usually always in a hurry if I'm going through the drive-thru. First time leaving a Yelp and frankly any review. Grew up eating McDonald's though that habit has changed considerably. Traveling with family and stopped to grab a quick lunch. I ordered the artisan grilled chicken sandwich to go. As soon as I opened it the package my stomach turned a bit, thought I would just discard the wilted lettuce, tomatoes and saturated bun (for the record I love fresh produce) however the chicken smelled horrible with whatever sauce and or cheese beneath it to such a degree that everyone in the parked vehicle began complaining about the odor. I took one small bite of the "grilled" chicken patty and deposited said bite and sandwich matter into the bag immediately. Ran to the closet garbage can to discard. Did not take it back because I feared they may try to give me another one or something worse. In college 35 years ago I had much better food from the processed food truck that sold days old food.
