Ok so full transparency I have lots of feelings about this location. Previously I've had bad experiences but I have to say in the past year they have gotten their stuff together! My frappuccino was delicious and exactly like I wanted it. I didn't feel like I was a nuisance for modifying it. The staff were super friendly and chatted while I waited for my drink. The location is a bit of a situation due to the angle of the drive through to the access road. That doesn't seem to deter anyone from enjoying this small town Starbucks, grabbing a cozy coffee and getting back on the road. read more

A friendly Starbucks! The baristas greeted me, as I walked in. I was happy to find a Starbucks here as I was traveling thru Kentucky for work. I had ordered on the app and my order was ready on time. The parking lot is a bit challenging. There is traffic coming from both directions as people drive across to get to a nearby restaurant, gas station or hotel. There is an access road that brings in lots of traffic to the other businesses. I had to make a couple of U turns to get here, as you can't get here from the Holiday Inn Express (where I first turned in) and my second attempt was a dead end. On my third try I made it to Starbucks. Some directional signage would be helpful. read more

We've stopped here traveling both directions on I-75, and it's ALWAYS busy! Today we needed to go inside before ordering so we ordered at the counter instead of online. The barista who took our order was very helpful with the vanilla Frappuccino for my hubby in keeping it sugar free! And my gingerbread chai latte was quite tasty. read more

I live in town and go there frequently. I try to watch who's making the coffee when I go. They have substituted espresso in my latte with coffee more than a few times. I have also had to go back in after waiting 20 to 30 minutes because they have gave me two when I ordered four... or they have gave me the wrong drink. This is due to a couple employees... You should be getting what you pay for.. especially for the prices that are charged. read more

The morning shift employees are beyond amazing. I'm embarrassed to say, but my car broke down on December 5th at around 6am in the drive-through and all of the members that worked that morning. Helped me get my car out of the drive-through and push it up that little hill into a parking place and I'm beyond grateful because it snowed that night. and the younger woman around my age with long dark hair working the drive-through window even came out on her break with us to help found jumper cables.!!! this team deserves a raise !! they did not have to come out in the snow and help me at all !!!! thank you read more

I was a little leery coming here as there were some poor reviews but it was my birthday and I NEEDED my coffee. The drive thru line was long but moved at a slow but even pace. I ordered my drink and my hubby ordered as well. My beverage tasted great and the barista, Destiny, wished me a happy birthday a few times. While We were waiting to order, we could see inside the back door of the building and there was a sign for them to take the garbage out and recycle boxes. Stopped by on my way up I-75N. It was the perfect location right off the interstate/near some gas stations + restaurants. The location is very busy on noon/Friday- even with 4+ staff members, they were all running around. Did not have a problem with the service, but I hate where it is located (of course, this falls back on the city as well). So I ordered a treinta pineapple drink refresher thing and a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Both were good. But the location is a compartmentalized location exclusive to people who are staying at the Courtyard Marriott and Baymont Inn and Suites. One cannot access the Starbucks from the Holiday Inn Express next door (I am seeing this trend for quite a few places within London, KY). Also, check receipts. For some reason, this location has a tax of like 9.15%. The sales tax of Kentucky is only 6% and London does not have any local or city taxes. read more

I was on a long 8-hour road trip by myself and ordered a venti drink for pick-up. They quickly got my order ready, and it was available when I walked in the door. As I was putting my drink in my cupholder, it flipped and spilled all over the floor of my car. I was really bummed but went inside to buy another drink. I told them what happened, and they very happily made me another drink on the house because of my mishap and offered to help me get extra heavier napkins to help with my clean up. So so kind and truly made my day! They didn't have to do this, and they did it anyways because they were kind and thoughtful!! Great people work here!! read more

Covid's over. The drive thru is backup to the main road because the store isn't open to the public. What an absolute s*# show! Stopped to use a gift card and use the bathroom with our kids, parked (while getting around about 15 cars) went to the door to see it's locked. There were about 20+ people waiting inside for their orders which should have been a red flag. The drinks took over 20 minutes...so by the time we got the drinks, the food was only lukewarm. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bathrooms are quite dirty and rundown. No soap in the bathroom. Staff was kind. read more

Every once in a while you come across a Starbucks that just has problems and this is one of them. Workers and baristas engaged in their own conversations, one cradle into a phone while she tries to poorly take your order. All in all a rather crappy experience and mood permitted this place. Don't come here unless you want to wait an insane amount of time for a simple coffee and listen to employees curse about how much they apparently hate their jobs. I don't know what's going on at this Starbucks location but I'm a pretty avid drinker and unfortunately happened upon this location while on a road trip. My husband headed inside to get drinks while I waited in the car with the kids, and I witnessed an employee who had just gotten off his shift head to a nearby car and start spewing expletives about his shift to another employee that was maybe on break (?) and also in the parking lot. I had to roll the windows up because this tirade lasted for awhile. He then proceeded to quickly accelerate out of the parking lot, tires squealing. Additionally, I waited THIRTY MINUTES for a black iced coffee. Yep, you read that right. THIRTY minutes. Four baristas, 6pm on a Sunday evening. All the customers in the location were visibly exasperated when I entered to finally check on my husband. It was absolutely ludicrous. They should have been handing out free drink vouchers at the very LEAST for the insane amount of time I spent waiting for a coffee. Seeing the Starbucks sign as I drove down I-75, it seemed like the mirage of an oasis in the desert. Could I really get a frappuccino between Lexington and Knoxville? Yes, Virginia, there is a Starbucks in London. As many people have stated, the location is small. It's probably fine for a quick one-on-one business meeting, or catching up with a friend, but it's not great for lingering due to the small space. What this place lacks in square footage, though, they make up for in speed and friendliness. I've never had an exorbitant wait when I've come here, the staff is genuinely nice, and the drinks have been just as I wanted. Bella is the most fantastic barista this location has to offer. She was the nicest, and most professional person there. She's overall an extremely delightful, and elegant human being. Their district manager needs to make her the main manager of the store. The location would absolutely blossom with greatness. By far, the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Parking lot is a NIGHTMARE. There's no parking, you can't drive through it, and there was a 25 person line for the drive through. Inside, we waited 20 minutes to order. I ordered one (simple!) drink but it took 5 minutes to ring up. I asked for light ice but received extra ice in my drink. The employees started ordering drinks in front of us and furthered the wait time. The employees were rude and not friendly. Instead of working, they stood around and talked. Bathrooms were nasty. Clean. Friendly. GOOD coffee. Parking is a hassle. Hill in and out is a pain. But if you're desperate for your Starbucks hit, well this is the place. Parking lot was chaotic so I didn't have high hopes. Went to bathroom first as we'd been in the car and it was super clean. Got in line and the cashiers were chatting with everyone while still moving the line along. Cafe was packed. The store was SO clean.
