Nice change from Subway - fresher food, better store, there is a wait if you order in person but…read morethe online orders appeared to always be ready for pick up. Meats and cheese sliced right in front of you, to order (which I also think slows things a bit). There appears to be a separate prep line for online orders, fyi, so you are not competing with them. After contacting the store about an error with an online order,…read morethe manager, a very rude woman got snarky and blamed the "3rd party" ordering service for the issue and rushed me off the phone stating she would bring the issue to the owner. I've never heard back. Honestly, the way she spoke, I'm glad it was a phone call and not in person, she needs some common sense on how to deal with complaints. I wasn't rude at all and wasn't intending to get rude. Done being a customer here.

After celebrating Christmas with Hubby's son's family we stopped here for supper on the drive home…read more The restaurant is conveniently located for interstate traffic and was not crowded the Saturday after the holiday. Hubby ordered the chili spaghetti, a favorite dish from his childhood, along with the salad bar and was pleased with his choice. The catfish caught my eye and onion rings seemed like the perfect side dish along with a dish of coleslaw. (I forgot to get photos of the coleslaw and Hubby's salad.). The catfish portion was quite generous and I took half of it along with half of the onion rings home for lunch the next day. There was no coleslaw or salad left to take home! It was a typical Frisch's Saturday night crowd, albeit smaller than the Sunday-night-after-church crowds I remember from my teenage years.

Stopped in after finding the restaurant on Google Maps and visited their social media. Based off…read morethe Facebook photos, we thought the food would come plated as it had been presented there. Instead, our food was served in to-go containers. Not a big deal, but just not what we were expecting. After we ordered we had to sit at a dirty table, because despite there being 5 empty tables, none of them had been wiped down. There were no staff besides the one taking orders at the counter who was busy doing that so there wasn't really anyone to notify. I ordered the burrito bowl, which had obviously been pre-made and sat in the fridge until I ordered. The quinoa was in solid balls clumped together and hard, and the avocado was nearly black. The chicken and dressing were really good though! My husband for the salmon and broccoli and said it was very good. Ambiance was nice, pretty restaurant with good vibes, but based off our experience, I'd be somewhat hesitant to recommend to others.
