I need to say something about this location. I have been here a few times and although I AM a White Castle junkie some locations just suck. The food is cold, mushy, and the fries are stale. The crew at the London location are doing an insanely great job here. Whether I get drive through or I dine in the food is ALWAYS hot, fresh...and perfect. I mean sometimes I have to wait for the frys to cool down a bit! I wish I knew all the names of the crew but the last time I was there Coral was working the counter and she was so nice and courteous, got the food out in a timely manner it was just phenomenal. White Castle needs to send managers to THIS store to see how it's done right! read more

First time to try White Castle burgers. On a pit stop along the I75 corridor, we ordered 4 cheese sliders for $4.56. They came in little paper boxes and were hot and tasty. Each one had melted cheese and a pickle and a thin piece of sautéed-onion-infused burger inside a fresh bun. Well, I did it again! COVID-19 blues had me craving White Castle so I drove hours and spent the night to satisfy my craving. Came on a Sunday night for dinner and the following Monday afternoon for lunch. Day and night difference in food quality. There should be no reason time of day should affect the quality and temperature of food. The first night the buns were not steamed so the buns were hard and the cheese wouldn't melt. The fries were cold, soggy, and unsalted. The following day the food was spot-on, probably due to it being the lunch rush. No excuses! Food should be fresh each time! Because of the night and day difference, I have to adjust my rating to average. Thankfully my craving was satisfied or I would have been very, very disappointed. read more

What can I say? It's a White Castle. I grew up around them, but my husband didn't so we always end up here when I go to visit family. This location is either the first or last chance to get White Castle depending how you travel on 75. The food is pretty consistent. They are most famous for their burger sliders. Husband likes them with cheese. I don't. The bread is always soft and the thin patty tastes like it's cooked in onions. I like the chicken rings and onion chips Nothing special about it besides the shape. They have added things to their menu like breakfast and impossible burgers. The inside is hit or miss. The floor was sticky near the drink machine and tables could have been wiped down a little more. And customer service is just okay. read more

This location is using only a token amount of onions on the sliders. This completely ruins the taste of the burger. I have experienced this in two visits to the store, separated by a couple of months. You will also notice that you don't smell onion in the store. Because when you don't have White Castle in town, the wee sliders are exotic souvenirs, we always stop here on the way home to get a bunch for friends and family. I had written off White Castle more than a decade before due to its confused menu and lack of quality. It appears they have gotten back to their roots and streamlined the menu to be more like the original White Caste fare.
