This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Wendy's. I placed a mobile order requesting no ice in my drink, but it was still made with ice. When I arrived, I was asked to pull forward even though there were no cars behind me, which made no sense. After waiting, I received food that was cold. The fries weren't fresh, the sandwich was cold, and it definitely didn't taste like it had just been made. To make matters worse, when I politely asked for my drink to be remade without ice, the employee rolled her eyes, caught an attitude, and snatched the cup out of my hand. That level of customer service was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, the food quality was poor, the mobile order wasn't prepared correctly, and the customer service made the experience even worse. I don't remember the last time my order was correct at this location. One time they forgot the chili for the taco salad and gave us cobb salad dressing. Another time they did not give us part of our order. Ask for no ketchup or onions and your burger will be dripping ketchup and extra onions will be on board. No clue how the food is, was or could be because I waited over 25 minutes for the order I placed through the app. Initially, I got an order, but it wasn't mine and when I went to give it back to the employee, she shot back at me, "you ordered through the app, didn't you?" Slow down, ma, it's really not that serious. After a quick discussion of what I ordered, she checked her screen, realized whatever issue they had, then abruptly told me to pull forward. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone came out to ask a question about my order but the interaction was truly odd. 15 more minutes, still no order so I drove off and requested a refund through the app. read more

Service was good. Salad had a lot of icky lettuce in it. Had to wipe off table-ketchup was on it in different spots. Woman's bathroom was horrible. When toilet flushed, water came up out of drain that was in the middle of the floor. Yuck!!! Bathroom was dirty! I blame management, not the workers. Today is April 12, 2023. Went in the driv thru. Got sprite. Got home and there's no syrup in the sprite. Just the carbonated water. I tried calling them twice just to let them know. But they don't want to pick up the phone. Also, the french fries are cold and stale. This place used to be great. But it's slowly been going down hill. If you get sprite. Before you ever leave. I'm not sure what's wrong with the workers but everytime I go to this Wendys they are extremely rude. The night supervisor usually take the order and she don't give you no type of greeting or anything. A "Welcome to Wendy's" would be nice every once and a while. Restaurant is fine. It's clean. Tried using the Wendy's mobile app (they even promote it outside the restaurant) but second time I've tried to use it and it didn't work. The coupon code didn't come up and the cashier wanted me to pay full price (though I'd added the frosty for a year key). I told her to cancel the order and the she was able to magically find the code herself and give me the discount. The three stars is because the restaurant is clean. The staff is ..okay. Slow service. Got my order incorrect at the drive through. I looked in the bag and then handed it back. They re-rang my order so they charged me for my order and the wrong order. They will not correct it unless I drive the 2 hours back to the location with my credit card statement. They have no email or fax to be able to save a trip & can't even look it up from the receipt or order number. Terrible customer service. Half the time they don't even answer the phone and you get a recording that voicemail hasn't been set up. Don't waste your time or your money here. read more

Worst customer service ever! They were so rude over the intercom and at the window. Gave attitude when we tried asking if they got everything that we ordered since they switched people in mid order then when we got to the window we got our food and asked for our large Dr.pepper and they said rudely that we didn't order a Dr Pepper and that they didn't even have Dr Pepper. Came here after a wrestling tournament. BIG disappointment. They messed up half of our orders, and when I asked for my drink to be corrected I got an attitude from the cashier. Spicy chicken sandwich tasted half spicy, half plain, also slightly uncooked. Frosty's had an EXTREMELY salty taste. Would not come here again. Nothing like the Wendy's in our hometown. read more

I work EMS and we were coming through Lillington and it said OPEN LATE! so we pull in and park on the side with the drive through window. we walk up and one of the workers came to the window and with an attitude look on her face, locked the window and didn't say a word and walked off. that was the rudest thing any one can do. a courteous we are closed would have been good but we didn't get that. read more
