Wendy's is pretty standard across the board, as with all the fast food places right off the interstate this one is on the low end of the totem pole. Saturday 9:30ish ordered a chicken BLT asked to please cook it fresh got home 20 dollars later thr sandwich was old taste like it was sitting, nuggets old, i tried to order 3 baked potatoes they only had 2 left so I got them they were brown and old at least a couple of hours if not longer. if that wasn't bad enough one of the potato 's looked like someone had dug out the middle of it. I guess the empty parking lot should have clue #1. if it is old DON'T SERVE IT...... Went today at 1130 ish ordered about 50 dollars worth of food boy did they screw things up my salad was a cob I ordered apple pecan. Ordered 2 chicken ghost pepper meals ordered a cheese burger and reg. Sandwich wrong. Got extra fries and no straws no napkins had frosties 2 they did get those correct. We pulled up to the drive thru and they asked if they could take our order we hadn't even had a second to look at the menu so we asked for one second. They told us in that case you have to come inside. Then we went to the doors and only one was unlocked. Inside they we had to wait for someone to eventually help us and they were just as rude. One employee was working and wearing a book bag as she worked. We ordered a large coffee and got a small. I'll never go back to this Wendy's. Poor customer service! read more

This Wendy's is super close to my customer's location and it's not exactly Metropolis. Yes, I got lunch here almost every day this week and I have no complaints at all. Wendy's has a decent enough variety that you can eat here five times and not have the same thing each time. Whether it's the side salad you use to supplement last night's leftovers or the Cobb Salad as a main (with fresh bacon and freshly grilled and chopped chicken) or the "W" burger with a baked potato and a Frosty. Different textures, different tastes and a nice variety! As for that "W" burger, I'm really impressed. For three bucks, it's a lot of meat and a lot of "salad" and the cheese they're putting on there is so creamy! Love it! This location is close to the Interstate and easy to access. read more

Needing sustenance on the drive between Holden Beach, NC and Atlanta, GA, I stopped at this Wendy's just outside Columbia, SC. The place was busy during the lunch rush, but everything was clean, including the women's rest room. (Very important!) Wendy's chili is gluten free, so it is one of the only fast food restaurants I can now frequent. I was envious watching my husband devour his double with cheese and sea salt fries. Fairly easy on and off the I-20 East/West corridor, so it makes for a convenient pit stop. It's also apparently a hit with the local businessmen and women. This has had to be the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We should have know it was not good by the amount of people currently in it, and how clean the place looked when we walked it. I just gotta say I was impressed. All I wanted was 2 frosty's. They took my order, and said drive up. I paid cash (exact change I might add), then when I drove up to the next window the lady had it in her hand waiting on me. This was lightning fast. I'm honestly not expecting much from Wendy's when I go. I stopped by after an appointment and was very impressed with the customer service. Ethan helped serve me, didn't rush me at all, answered my questions and was overall just friendly and hospitable. He even gave my daughter a kids meal toy completely unprompted. The nuggets seemed old and overcooked, but otherwise it was a great experience. (And to say that about a fast food restaurant other than Chick-fil-A is a big deal for me.) read more

First of all the store was DISGUSTING. The floor was soaking wet and it hasn't rained today. Instead of mopping it they put up a wet floor sign. The only food that's was hot was my grilled chicken. (Cold nuggets and cold chili). For 5 people in drive thru and 5 people waiting for food the staff had no idea what was going on. I'll never visit this location again. read more

First the menu wasn't right with the prices it said my meal was 8$s and they said at the window it was 11 something. The lady taking our order was rude. Terrible service one of the lady's cussed us out and slammed the window closed!! Fries was cold and not completely cooked through, burgers didn't taste right. I have called over and over again to complain bc they didn't give me a receipt or ask what kind of Baconaiditor I wanted and like I said they was just rude. Would not recommend going here. I came through the drive-thru tonight, not only did I pull up to a line of cars; i watched 2 cars pull out the drive thru. So I began to wait for the line to shrink more, as I got to the speaker I waited for almost 2 minutes before someone took my order. Well, simply I only ordered two 4 for $4 meals and to get to the window and see the order taker phone on top of the frosty machine and have her take her time leaving the window open with nasty looks explains WHY there was such a line in the drive thru. Additionally I waited 5 minutes or more for my two 4 for $4 meals and saw two other employees also in the window area with their phones. The girl was Caucasian with black hair and was approached by a gentleman who was filling the ice machine that proceeded to have a full whispering conversation with the window open while I waited for my meal. Even if order taking is her job she didn't show willingness to assist her coworkers that may have needed her help preparing my order. So when I got home not only did I not receive my receipt my order was WRONG! I ordered a Junior cheeseburger 4 for $4 plain with only cheese and ketchup and received an entire Junior bacon cheeseburger. I'm a Wendy's fan and I know how each sandwich is made. It's always the night shift that can't maintain service! Shame on them! read more

Terrible service! They get orders wrong and make people wait 10 minutes before telling them their system has been down.

The customer service at this location is atrocious. When we arrived for a quick bit while on the road, we were greeted by one nice lady. The other 10-12 people they had on shift were so unfriendly and didn't really seem like they cared to do much of anything. There was one other customer in the lobby and not many people in the drive thru. But it took about 10min to get acknowledged by and then nobody could figure out how to take an order. Then when somebody finally got to the register, it seems as though we were interrupting them. Not to mention, they had a worker on break inside who was clearly vaping in the establishment. Clearly these people don't need to work in a customer service type position. And the audacity to say they deserve $15 for the horrible service they attempt to provide is asinine. Your management and workers really need training on how to work and deal with customers on a daily basis. Or maybe they need to find another job... read more

Stopped for lunch at noon while driving through. Excellent manager who was directing the team as customers came in while she also filled orders. Quick turn around and delicious food. Everyone was working as a well-oiled machine. Good job! read more

The staff was super concise, considerate and patient, helpful, and well-mannered. I sincerely appreciated and enjoyed the few minutes that I was in the drive-thru and they got the order spot-on! Usually I like to check the order before I leave but I didn't even feel the need to. Also, of course the food is delicious (I'm writing this as I eat)! This was the WORST service we've ever had. The service is slow, which by itself is nothing to whine about. The girl at the window was the worst, no hello, no smile but plenty of attitude. She gave us half of our order then walked away. She came back a minute later and seemed confused that we were still there. We had gotten no drinks and several of items were missing. She seemed upset with us. No sorry, or sympathy whatsoever. We asked for the manager and he was no help either. 5 people were standing at the window and nothing was happening...ridiculous!
