Ok. To tell the truth, this place needs a 3 on the 's. My hubs wanted their $5 mix and match box with a chalupa and a Mexican pizza. Well, bye-bye to the $5 mix and match. Not a promo anymore. Bye-bye to the pizzas. They discontinued them! I wanted the party box of 12 crispy hard shells add onions. Hubs ordered a bean burrito and a supreme burrito with tomatoes and onions on both. Our register operator said "it includes tomato already. I said they are extra on the bean burritos Our cashier person rang up the chalupa $5 box already. I had already ordered the party pack. Twice actually. Then she looked at me and said "what do you want?" Bitch, I've told you twice already. She was just flat out stressed. She didn't know how to use the register. Apparently new and not trained. She got the manager on 3 separate occasions to help her. I know you're wondering why in the hell did you order 12 tacos. Well, as you already know, our service dog was with us and she was hungry too. The four that were left were for "treats" for our other two fur babies at home. Kinser decided she didn't want anything but a little beef and cheese. I asked hubs if he would go to the front and pay for a portion cup of shredded cheese. It's hard picking off the scant amount of cheese they put on the tacos. They get a 4 from me because they gave my baby her "pup cup" of cheese for free because of the problems we had ordering. I know, I know. It was probably a $.25 cent item, but the fact they didn't charge for it was bonus! Food was actually pretty damn good! Tomatoes cost $.40 cent and onions are free. I'll pay to get what I want. I'm not going to bash an upset/frustrated cashier. She's new. She's getting use to the dining room being reopened and she had no management support helping her. I would have been frazzled too! The manager gets 2's for not staying with the poor child while she was getting flustered by not being trained! The overall restaurant was pretty clean. Clearly marked tables "closed" for social distancing. I even "rang their silly little bell" no one said thanks, but that's ok. Going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'll definitely go back, as Taco Bell is my fav! Hubs found that out the hard way! I told him I wanted Taco Bell for supper. On our first date! He took me to a fancy dancy Mexican restaurant. I did love the no salt added jumbo margarita, but I wanted TACO BELL! He doesn't particularly like that type of Mexican food. He has driven long haul trucks in almost every state. He's had "authentic Mexican cuisine" all over the US. But he knows when I'm miffed at him about something, he knows Taco Bell will soothe the angered beast! Enjoy your type of food. I'll just give you my opinion of them. Some reviews are AWFUL, but they're always busy as hell! Go figure! read more

Slow does not even begin to describe this Taco Bell. Glacial may be getting close. The interior is minimalist with uncomfortable seats and tables. The last time I was there, there were three people in the restaurant and one in line in front of me. I ordered two bean burritos and a drink. It took 35 minutes to get my order and I got mine before the woman who ordered before me. She ordered three tacos. The wait times for drive through are just as bad. read more

Also, we asked for beef and chicken tacos (hard and soft) but we received steak and beef tacos. Missing a Mexican pizza. Did not get the requested double decker. We arrived at 9:20 pm and tried to go inside the lobby and the doors were locked. The hours for dine in were til 10:00pm on Friday and Saturdays. I just left TB in Red Bank. I didn't even get to eat, because after they left off my food from my family's order, they didn't even bother to fix it right away. I guess my order went to the back of the very backed up queue, and my family was done eating while I was still waiting. We went up just to cancel my order and get the money back, and the SUPER RUDE cashier (who got into TWO verbal arguments with customers in the time span we were there) got all snarky before getting the manager to get us a refund. She even looked at the backed up line and said "Jesus, look at this line, I'm never getting outta here...CAN I HELP WHO IS NEXT?!" And to add a cherry on top of a crap sundae, the drink machine was out of half of the drink choices, and when we asked for some lemonade from behind the counter, the woman made a big, rude deal about not being able to take the cup across the counter (and that's fine, but she was really rude about it).
