I don't usually come to Wendy's but decided on picking up lunch from here unfortunately, I pulled up to the drive through and was greeted with attitude I then pulled up to the window and the small oriental girl is extremely rude, i simply asked for a straw because i saw there sign that said please ask for extra sauce or straws, to which the rude oriental girl said ITS IN THE BAG and slammed the window, reading other reviews I noticed that many people complain about the rude teen staff maybe do something about that! If there's one thing that I get on a regular basis is the southwest avocado salad. Grilled chicken on top of such a beautiful salad. I love the fresh avocado/ guacamole. I don't even need any of that southwest dressing because the avocado is perfect. Delicious food. read more

I stopped in the other day for a quick bite. I went to the drive thru and ordered a Coke and the 2 for 3 egg and cheese biscuits deal. While the sandwich tasted good going down it was about 12 hours later that I experienced strong stomach discomfort and diarrhea. This lasted for a day and a half. I could not eat anything and liquids were very limited. Bad eggs. Watch out for this location for poor food storage and preparation. read more

This is the only fast food place that offers baked potato with sour cream, chives. That's why I come here besides for their double stacker :-). It sort of feels like I am eating healthy. I have always had a great experience when I come here. I walk in look at the menu then order how much simpler can that be. I can be a bit picky when ordering french fries. They have to be fresh out of the fryer and I always request that. There is nothing worse than eating soggy luke warm french fries. The people who work here are very friendly and accomodating. It's never crowded here but they do have a good flow of people ordering take out. For a quick bite, this place is always quick and easy. read more

I haven't lived in the USA for many years now. In Europe there are many McDonald's, Burger King's and the odd(?!) KFC but I have never seen a Wendy's over here. When I lived in Ohio during my army days, there was a Wendy's close by and I would often go there for lunch to get not always a burger but the salad bar and baked potatoes. This was my first time in a Wendy's in decades and seems those things are from the past because they weren't available here. I mainly went to Wendy's to show my Slovak a different American fast food restaurant - and a Jersey one (my home state). The burgers were pretty good and also the coffee. My 7 year old nephew had the kid's meal, mainly because they had toys from the movie we were about to see - Night at the Museum 3. The staff were really fantastic; very happy, smiling and eager to see that we had a good experience. Now how often do you find this is a fast food joint?!? I had my camera with me to take some pics of my nephew and wife outside. While doing so, one of the staff came outside and offered to take a photo of us together. Nice! I've been going to this Wendy's my entire life and it disappoints me every time. Not only do I not get my recipe but I ordered a ten piece nugget with barbecue sauce and I get two sweet and sours with one of them already opened, that's just tonight.The fries are soggy every time and they usually have you wait in the parking lot to finish making the food just to receive random foods you never ordered just whatever they decide to toss in the bag. If you want a doctor pepper don't go there Ive gotten a green tea Instead. If I could give less than a star I would, all my friends agree. Last thing, I'm pretty sure one of the Wendy's slogans is never frozen and my friends have worked there, sorry to say but they freeze their beef. read more

This location does a great job accommodating special diets and the staff is friendly. They also seem to do quite a bit of fundraising for the community. The only reason I hesitate to give it 4 or 5 stars is there is one employee who never seems to wear a uniform and it's very strange. When I've gone in, it appears the managers are even wearing uniform attire. However, I recently went through the drive-thru and was weirded out when I got my food from some girl wearing a striped sweater! I've seen her on other occasions and she's never dressed properly - like everyone else. I understand that uniforms are made to endure the rigors of the job. Food is usually hot and tastes as fresh as to be expected for fast food. However, I'll be darned if they EVER got my order correct. Even if I order 1 single thing, something can get screwed up. They leave on stuff I ask them to take off, they leave off things not mentioned to take off. They forget to give you an item you've paid for. Both the food prep line and cashier share the blame on this. The only reason we keep going periodically is because it's the only one in the area (other close ones in Rockaway, Succasunna and Mt. Olive). They have a video screen on their drive-thru menu board but it's only used for promotions. It's not used to ensure they ring in your order correctly, like other Wendy's use it for. read more

Drive thru is fast, but the chicken is always undercooked. Instead of the breading being a deep golden color it is yellow. In addition, you often times have to pull aside and wait for someone to bring your order to you because they are in the middle of still cooking either the French fries or the chicken nuggets. read more
