Rather than confront the employee, I paid for the two orders that had already been placed and we left. Had I realized beforehand that samples were being offered to other customers and not us, I would not have placed an order at all. One person in my party ordered one scoop each of passionfruit, black cherry, and mango. After they started eating, they realized the mango scoop was missing from the cup. They did enjoy the passionfruit and black cherry flavors though. The person ordered the cappuccino flavor but did not enjoy it at all. Overall, my experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. The inconsistent treatment between customers, combined with the incorrect order, means I won't be returning.
