Haven't been to Wendy's in years, and this was our first, and most likely last visit here. Having the place suddenly turn into the high school cafeteria annex at 12:30, shortly before we finished our lunch was the perfect ending to our meal. We ordered 1 combo and one sandwich. We ended up with 2 combos. I was annoyed with the extra fries, but after discovering my chicken pink in the middle, ended up eating more of the fries, plus lettuce and tomato on the top bun. There was no good way to bring the undercooked food to their attention, since the line, before kids arrived, was already long. I don't know if the whole chain has gone downhill, but see no reason to return. read more

You'd think with at least 6000 stores nationwide they would have it down by now. I ordered a double-stack meal, two Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, and a medium fry, with honey mustard sauce on the side. I pulled up to the lone window and was immediately charged for my order, and handed two drinks. I mentioned that I had only ordered one drink, and he looked at me quizzically and said "yeah, a diet coke and a water, right?" When I tried to correct him, he pointed at the car driving off and said "but if these aren't for you, then what did I give..." and then immediately went silent because he did not want to cause alarm as to the accuracy of the rest of our order. But it was too late - we were concerned. Then a woman came up and tried to double-charge us for our order, but I declined to give her my debit card for a second time - I had already seen my card swiped into their machine and was worried as to their system of checks and balances vis-a-vis the whole exchange-money-for-food thing. So we finally got our food, minus the honey-mustard sauce. All in all, not the best Wendy's experience one could hope for. Maybe it's just this location, or they were having an off night. What a bunch of slackers. Every time I come here it is something. Usually it's Barely warm fries. Today they tried to pass off an hours old microwaved chicken patty. This obviously overseen by an absentee owner and lazy managers. Changed this from two stars to one after my 'new' chicken arrived. read more

Wanted to grab something easy to eat after a long day, this was the closest open place my gf and i could agree on. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, we just went through the drive through and didn't have to wait super long, and the person working the window had a great attitude. All in all was just a really nice experience, especially considering it's fast food. read more

Every take-out for past six months has been bad. Today got a Dave's special burger which is supposed to come with the 'works': buttered toasted bun, single patty, pickle (I think), piles of lettuce, onion and tomato- per picture. Received: smashed old bun, meat was fine but most pitiful thin small end of tomato slice which only covered 1/4th of patty - (who gets the middle tomato pieces? they are never on a burger); microscopic piece of shriveled lettuce you had to search to find. The whole thing was so disgusting I removed the patty and ate separately- tossed the rest. ordered fries. the box was cram packed with what must have been the remains of several baskets thrown into the warming hopper - nothing but shriveled half inch pieces. nothing like they used to be. 90% got thrown out. have made our last trip to this store! read more

Typical fast food of course but last month when I went there I broke my damn tooth on a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. I don't think it was the applewood smoked bacon they advertise either. Disgusting. Still angry about. A cheap burger from here is going to cost me hundreds at the dentist. Thanks. A lifetime of frosties can't even make up for that. Wendy's is Wendy's, but this one is the best in town. I almost always order a spicy chicken sandwich and it's always fresher here than what you get on the west side. Drive thru is usually quicker here too. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came to the drive thru to get a quick bite to eat for my girlfriend, her daughter, and myself. By the time I ordered their food I was so irritated I didn't even order myself anything. I could barely hear the girl she was talking to fast. When I told her I was having a hard time hearing her, she spoke neither louder nor slower. She was not helpful in the least when I was having trouble understanding the 4 for 4 deal. She just kept repeating "SAUCE AND DRINK?!" She could tell I was aggravated which in any case with some decent customer service, she should have tried to resolve the situation to the best of her ability. Unfortunately she was so damn worried about her drive thru timer she didn't even bother trying. We had 3 frosties (2 of which we didn't want or need) and had ZERO napkins, not even one. On top of everything else, she didn't smile not even once and she didn't maintain eye contact even briefly. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would without a doubt. read more

We have kids with food allergies and Wendy's is one of the only places they can eat. I've been to so many Wendy's locations that I couldn't even count. However. This is probably the worst, most disappointing location I've been to. Every single time, our order is wrong. Wrong items, missing items, extra items, or didn't listen to specifics like no cheese. It's busy and they are slow. Soooo slow. And only one place to place or pick up your order. Oh, and our fries are always cold. So there's that. read more

Relegated to fast food for lunch, here we go. Having seen ads for the new chicken sandwich: It's horrible, it's spicy which they don't tell you and the bread smashes down to a quarter of an inch. There is one thin lawyer of some kind of lettuce, and a thin slice of tomato. What a joke, who are you fooling? It's the same price as the incredible Popeyes wonderful chicken sandwich, so don't go here for a chicken sandwich, go to Popeyes. And by the way, it took 45 min. in line, they take an order one by one, the space to the window is open. After you wait at the microphone, then you go to the window, One order fixed at a time. Terrible again! I've given this place multiple chances and my meals are always cold and definitely not fresh. Today I ordered the Sriracha chicken sandwich and the lettuce was wilted, cheese was not even melted, bun was hard as a rock, and chicken was cold. Freaking gross! I ordered late night because I work a night shift so you would think that they would have to make some fresh fries. Nope. They were cold and floppy. Plus I saw the guy put fries in the paper container with his bare hands. They went straight in the trash. I wasn't going to eat them after that. Plus to top it off, after I was done drinking my soda I went to recycle the plastic lid and noticed that there were a few little gnats in the bottom of my cup! I was thoroughly grossed out at that point and I will not come back here again. Please someone do a health inspection! I can only imagine how dirty it probably is in there! I certainly wish there was a -stars rating. I grew up in Lacey, and have gone to this Wendy's since it first opened. Actually, most of my friends worked there in high school, and I was offered a job there. So much for nostalgia. This place is HORRIBLE. Each time I visit the ole' hometown, I end up swinging by at some point, and it has gotten worse and worse and worse. I went today, a snow day, where everything was slow, and there was no one else inside, or in the drive thru line. I greeted the order taker brightly, and asked nicely if I could please have a large Diet Coke with extra, extra, extra ice. Drove forward, had a leaky cup with about four cubes of ice in it. Even though I greeted the server kindly, he didn't even acknowledge me. So then I asked for another cup of ice. While he was getting it, and letting me know that it was "not his job" by his look and attitude (yet it was)...I took a drink of the "Diet Coke." You will probably not find a bigger Diet Coke snob than I. With one small sip I could tell that it was regular Coke. You see, I have physiological reactions to that sugar that are almost instantaneous, so if the taste wasn't the first clue, the follow-up would be. I nicely said, "I'm sorry, but I think you gave me regular Coke by mistake." The put upon young man said, "No, I didn't. Then he tossed the whole cup full of liquid into a garbage can. (with extra attitude). Then he sent another woman back to check the hookups of the syrup, etc. Guess she didn't realize that I'm not stupid, and REALLY checking takes more than .5 seconds. So he refilled another one and thrust it at me, while I was trying my best to turn on the extra kindness, since I had no idea what I might be contributing to this nasty experience. Again, no reasonable acknowledgement of me, nothing. If the fact that any food you get there is sopping wet with some overused condiment, or is cold, was not reason enough, then I think this visit capped it off for me. If you care about how businesses treat customers, then stay away from here. If you care about food quality, stay away from here. Wendy's should be ashamed of what this location has become....Dave Thomas would be rolling over in his grave! read more

Well, if Wendy's ad would hold true, this joint would be worth being considered a keeper. But either they are under staffed and you wait your bones off, or the saff is just rude and you actually need to apologize for asking for business with them. The burgers? I have to say that their revamped burgers (first changes in like 50 years) are a REAL improvement. I'm truly impressed. Of course, their prices have gone up. Some of the changes: Buttered, toasted bun - no more soggy bottom bun Red/purple onions Reformulated their pickles (I like the new pickles, but I don't necessarily think they blend with their new burgers. I'm not sure.) No more mustard 2 slices of cheese on cheeseburgers (not the value menu stuff) The patty itself also tastes yummy I updated my rating to 4 stars. The drive-thru at this location is always FAST - if it's not, it's because the person ordering from the menu board doesn't know what they want. read more

I stop here on lunch occasionally and things are normally fine - not impressive but not horrible. Today however, the drive thru attendant was more worried about his break schedule then getting my order correct. I ordered a salad and a med strawberry lemonade. Get to the window and he takes my card for payment without looking at me, let alone any type of greeting. Then the entire time with the window open is talking to his manager about having to take a 30 min and 10 min break in a matter of 2.5 hours, which he was obviously annoyed with. Hands me my card back and salad, shuts the window, forcefully. I just sit there because I still don't have my drink. He comes back I tell him I also had a drink, he says nothing and starts to pour a soda. Meanwhile, the strawberry lemonade that I actually ordered was sitting on the counter. I tell him what I actually had he said oh, I was looking at the wrong order and then gives me my drink. I leave. Fast forward to getting to work, there's no salad dressing!! read more

Went to this Wendy's on a Monday (January 23rd) night around 9:20pm. Three cars where in the drive-thru lane including me. One car in front of me, I'm in the middle and one car behind me. I was stuck waiting behind the first customer for at least 6 minutes too long! Then I pulled up and was told to please park my car and wait even longer for my spicy chicken sandwich. Waited ANOTHER 6-8 EXTRA minutes! I spent a totally 18 to 20 minutes waiting for a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were soggy and cold and the sandwich? Omg. Such a disappointment!! Worst drive thru experience. Simply ordered a salad and strawberry lemonade. Get to the window and give my card. Cashier and rude manager decide to have a convo about something they should talk about when not helping customers. Especially when it's raining outside and the owner of the property doesn't have an overhang on the service window so all the rain is coming in. Then. He gives me my card. Then gives me my salad and then starts taking order of someone behind me. I'm sitting there. He see me, manager see me and they don't say anything. Even while looking then dead in there face. Then cashier asks me "was there something else you ordered cause I just got here?" Yeah. A damn strawberry lemonade. So he goes and get it. Puts in a large cup, NO ICE for whatever reason, then gives it to me and then just starts taking another order. Then I'm just waiting again and the manager goes, is he waiting on something and looks at me and I say "a straw would be nice." Note-didn't know there was no ice in my drink otherwise I would've handed it back to one of their lazy incompetent asses. Sub standard customer services at its best. I will recommend to all my military friends to never go this Wendy's every again. read more

Honestly, if I could give this place no stars I would. First of all, their customer service tonight was absolutely awful. Lexi was super rude and snobby, I took a little longer to order my meal than I would have if I'd ever been to a Wendy's before. She was constantly just speaking to me with an attitude, rolling her eyes at me. If you ask me, I won't come back. Don't get me wrong, the food was great.
