Knock this place off the list of approved places to eat!Rude customer service, cold old fries! Sad

All right! First to review!!! Too bad it won't be a good one... This was a 15 minute pit stop to use the bathroom and get something to eat. Walking in there was a healthy amount of garbage and drink cups from other fast food restaurants next to the exterior wall. An overweight teenage girl is sitting on the curb smoking and basically being non-productive. Reminded me of most of the people I went to college with. I walk around her. The bathroom. No real creature comforts here, and in all fairness, I wouldn't expect to see any. However, the urinal had a problem with drainage. Halfway through my piss, I became concerned that we were going to have a problem with overflow. Almost there. We did reach DEFCON 4, and almost had to go to war. The tanks were ready, the warheads armed, and troops strategically placed. Combat was called off at the last minute, with piss up to the rim of the bowl but no overflow. I had sandals on, close call. I go to wash my hands with the pink powered soap that brought me back to the grade of soap I had in my high school. No paper towels, only a decaying hand drying machine that has the smell of a burning electric motor when I turn it on. There is virtually no heat or wind coming out of it. I have deemed this machine useless and ineffective, like my current 401K plan. I dry my hands on my shirt. The garbage can is placed up on the counter next to the sink. Lovely. Waiting in line for food. Waiting. Still waiting. There is one person taking orders and looks more bored than I am when I am forced to go to church. Another employee smiles at me as she is filing ice. That's nice. I thought she was going to take orders. Nope. Filling ice. Our group got cut in the middle by some obnoxious teenagers, so we give our money and food orders to my buddy, who we will call "Kevin" so we can get the hell out of there. Best idea of the day. With how slow the service is in this place, I'd probably still be sitting in line if we hadn't done this. Waiting. Decaying. Like the hand dryer. Waiting for the food to get done with everyone else in line, I survey the garbage and destruction of the lobby. Jesus. I am glad we got our order to go, because there is not a single clean table in the lobby. Not one. The bathroom was cleaner. I look down at the booth next to me and see a rip in the seat repaired with clear packing tape. There is half a cup of uneaten chili spilled over the floor. Now, in most of my Wendy's experiences (which is more than I would care to mention) the food is always microwave piping hot and fresh. I found the exception. The burger patties were lukewarm and the cheese was shit. it is NOT what is normally on it. It was 99 cents, fuck it. Maybe I was in on a bad day? Possibly, but somehow I doubt it. It was what it was. Wendy's of Kingman, the haven of to and from trips to Vegas from Phoenix, you have let me down. I'm stopping at the T/A center next to you from now on for fresher food and less urine build up in your shitty shitter of a shitter. Because I always experience good service from most of the Wendy's Restaurant in NorCal where I am from so instead of McDonald's we decided to stop by to Wendy's of West Beale St Kingsman , AZ 86401. To the management and corporate of Wendy's corporation, I highly recommend you to either re-train your cashier Rebecca to improve her service or to ask if she loves what she's doing simply because she was very unpleasant to service consumer. Very impatient on waiting for us in making a decision on what to order. As she was preparing my order she was mumbling on her co-worker who seems to be a shift leader and very obvious that she was looking on the side of her eyes as she was complaining . When she handed me my two bags of order she said " have a nice day" on a very sarcastic. I did not reply and she new that I was not very please on her. I accidentally left my wallet in the bathroom and someone must have turned it in to an employee, I spoke with Hailey. They kept my wallet till I was able to pick it up a few days later!! I was very thankful and my wallet was intact. Thank you! Burgers were also fresh and tasty. read more

I love Wendy's, but the manager working here tonight topped any expectation I could possibly have for a fast food restaurant. I've been working in F&B for sixteen years now, and he is exactly the type of man you want to work for and have working for your company. He noticed I was chilly in the dining room and went back to the kitchen while he was on his lunch break, to adjust the thermostat. I'm so grateful! I hate mentioning things like this to staff/management, but for him to just look around his dining room and do what he can to help a guest completely blew me away. Amazing guest service! read more

Worst service I've ever had. Manager Sky was rude and rolling her eyes at new employee for ringing in order wrong. Then was rude to me when I explained my order. She had manager Corina take over and Corina says I'll be glad when this order is done! She throws my bags in front of me and walks away. As continue to stand there waiting for a drink carrier Sky walks over and says what are you waiting for now ever so rudely. I can not believe these people work in customer service at that my order was a tad bit large (4 jr bacon cheeseburgers 4sm fries 4 ck nuggets and 4 sweet teas) more simple than anything to me. Corporate needs to address this store quickly, cleanliness very poor customer service even worse. read more

Food was decent but the customer service was poor. No smiling, no side conversation, slow service. Took 3-4 people to set up one order. They get ice cream all over the outside of the cups and doesn't wipe them down before handing them over. They didn't have drink carriers. Just very poor service. read more

$16 for 4 burgers and a large fry....Seriously and we are still hungry!!!Drive thru takes forever and if you don't ask for sauce they don't offer it to you, rude, snooty, not very friendly people they seem like they're just there to make a pay check. We like the Wendy's menu just not the service in kingman. read more

Worst, Wendy's ever!!!! I called, and all I hear on the line, is about how they failed their inspection!!!! Name bomb was Mike, they didn't even know I was on the phone listening to this conversation!!!! So, I had to hang up & call back!!!! Went to order the 4$ meal they offered!!! Asked for crispy fries, I also asked which one was the better sandwich? The Bacon burger, or the Chicken BLT!!!! They told me the Bacon burger!!!! It was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted!!!! The end of Sept. went to Wendy's they messed up the order so bad I got things I didn't order!! I ordered and paid for a Baconator and got a Double cheese burger, a large Fry and got a small, 4 large Frosty's and got medium. When I got home I found all that they had messed up I call the store and talked to the manager or who they claimed was the manager and told me they would write it all down in their book and the next time I come in they would take care of it by replacing the items. I asked her if there was a time frame on which I had to come in and get the replacement items and she told me no. So I go in today and the manager he tells me the he can't help me they only keep track of mess up's for a month. So If you want to spend a ton of money and get cheaper items than what you ordered this is the place to go. This Wendy's SUCKS!!!!!!! read more

I was saddened to read the other reviews for this Wendy's location. Do you guys want to know what I thought? I went to this Wendy's just yesterday with two of my colleagues on our way home from a conference for professional people in vegas. Now let me tell you, we are not frequenters of Wendy's or other similar establishments, that's for sure. I knew my Wendy's trip was gonna be a good one when I encountered a friendly face offering an open door for me. I never got her name, but maybe we'll meet again one day... It was a cold day yesterday and this Wendy's offered a little slice of home. I was surprised to see that Wendy's now offered a natural alternative to fries, "natural cut fries", which was good because my coworkers and I just love nature and all it has to offer. Now that it also offers fries to us makes it even better, nature. The fries were good! One was a little green, but all the rest we ate. Another great thing was that they didn't charge for sweet n sour. Another thing that was great was that they gave us a FREE refill on soda! I got a root beer float, and it was soooo satisfying. The fries were satisfrying. The ketchup was plentiful. It was a little cold, so we almost thought about rating it a 4.5, but then we remembered that we were having cold drinks like sodas and floats, so that might have been a contributing factor to our being cold. The employees were great, and cute. Really great and cute. I liked the cashier the best. Friendly workers they have at Wendy's, I said. Also, did you know that Wendy's has a contest where if you win it you can get free tickets for you and a friend? The tickets are for a plane ride. I haven't entered yet but i hope to win! This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen! Trash everywhere, filthy tables, and flies everywhere! The staff was loud, unorganized and rude...... Wendy's should be embarrassed by this location..... someone should call the health department... gross read more

Just went here they did amazing! Got the $5 chicken thing supposed to come with 3 pieces but got 4! Even my friends think it was great! They put tomatoes on chili fries tho.... Other than that it was great!!! Highly recommended read more

My family recently stopped at this Wendy's and our experience was horrific. It smelled awful inside, the bathrooms were disgusting, and non of the tables had been wiped clean despite there being no one else in the restaurant. The ordering system was confusing, as one person was taking and then making each order, even though about 5 employees were "working". Worst of all it seemed as if the air conditioner was not working/turned off... which is not acceptable in July in Arizona. It was so hot inside that my family ate our food crammed in our car in the parking lot. Definitely avoiding this location on our frequent trips through Kingman from now on. read more

Does corporate not reed these reviews? With everyone describing the uncleanliness of this store, why hasn't it been taking care of yet? We were driving through town and stopped for a bite to eat. The tile floors were filthy, both behind the counter and in the ordering line. The carpeting in the eating area needed vacuuming, but even more so, a deep cleaning. The worst part was the tables. When we got there there was only 1 table being used by a customer. We could have sat anywhere we wanted. EVERY single table was filthy. It was obvious the employees have not cleaned or sanitized for hours. It's not like they had no time to clean since they weren't busy. I hope the manager is reading this and cares enough to fix it, and if not, I hope corporate is reading this and comes down on the manager so this store doesn't ruin the corporate name. I know for sure if I have 1 more Wendy's experience like this anywhere I go, it will be my last. read more

Wendy's has great food for a fast-food place but the drive-in window service is abysmal. There is rarely a please or thank you and the one time I called the girl on it, she glared at me and said "whatever." Also, for some reason, you don't get a straw with your drink. It comes with your food so you have to wait several minutes to get a straw and then look for it in your bags of food. Even if you ask for a straw when you get your drink, you don't get one. You are told "it's coming" and even if you request one "now" you still get told that it's coming. If it weren't for the service problems, I would have given this fast-food restaurant 5 stars. read more

As usual I stop by this Wendy's to and from Phoenix, as always terrible service only this time when I complained Cynthia B was referring to me as the black girl when I came back in to get an item SHE forgot to give me. Not surprised as they probably are racist in Kingman. I tried calling the store to file a complaint and was unable to get through. read more

Nope!!!! Everything is nearly pre-made. They start by putting the French fries on the tray, the one item that should be put on last. I've never had hot or even warm French fries!!!! It's all slopped together so fast, it's disappointing... They want to take your order and get you out. I get it, fast food!!! Don't go if you are a local. Or if you want any sort of warm food... Got the breakfast biscuit meal for first time. Not nearly as good as McDonald's. Wimpy little bit of egg and sliver of bacon. Came with super greasy potato wedges. Waited 10 minutes before someone even came to counter to take my order. Would of been nice if someone had at least acknowledge my presence and said they would get to me. Almost considerd walking out. First off let me say I am a Burger Maniac I love all hamburgers.... With that said the burger and the service I received at this location was nothing short of horrifying... First of all when I pulled into the business (which was a challenge in itself). I parked on side of building. 3 or 4 employees were outside smoking and were loud in there language.. I went in ordered my hamburger (Wendys are usually delicious). When i got my food I unwrapped it and my burger had no meat in it!! Not to mention it smelled like cigarette smoke!!! I went up to counter told girl she started laughing and asked girl in back if she was high when she made it they all started to laugh.. I DID NOT find it funny. I asked to speak to a manager and one of the laughing girls came forward and said she was a manager. Her name was Alice I think. She said "sorry dude" while still giggling... I have NEVER been so horrified by such a display of obnoxious customer or lack of service. I will NEVER go into that Wendy's again and I advise others not to either!!!
