Food has always been O.K., their Ice Tea has a peppermint flavoring that makes it absolutely awful to drink.

Entire system is down for hours so you can't even take orders here. As of may 28 2026 they informed me they cannot accept service anymore and it's been down for hours today. read more

Wendy's - Restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Kingman, Arizona

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good and prepared fresh. All areas are clean and presentable. Easy parking outside. Has a drive thru if you prefer. Great place to stop either getting off or on to I-40. read more

Thank you, Courtney for the nice service. Everyone was helpful and the food was great Fresh just how I like it. Thank you to the cook as well I didn't get his name. read more

I wondered so I asked what was on the classic, the woman standing there to take my order didn't answer so I asked again, still no answer. As a worker that was getting off her shift came up to answer my question, she was very nice. We received exactly what we ordered and I asked for ketchup and salt, I then asked for additional napkins. She basically said, in a minute, understandable. I'm waiting as my food cooled off so I reached around and grabbed a few myself, how annoying. I don't know if this person has a personality that is always like this Or if she was having a bad day. The people that were cooking seemed to be really nice. Our food was hot, fresh and the Frosty, just like I remembered! Even after the, I believe was rudeness everything else was good. I would recommend. read more

My opinion's this Wendys is okay. The outside sockets had no power - in the middle of the desert! Lots of trash, but my spicy chicken was decent and girls asked how I wanted it done. Rebel chef: 4 read more

Visit during early to mid lunch time. Any other times seem as though both the service and people around the establishment on the outside get sketchy like skid row LA style sketchy. read more

Dirty, fries and paper waste all over the floor. We were the first in line and no one else there when we started to order. They could not get the register to ring the order correctly, took 2 or three people to sort it out. The back just seemed chaotic even though it was not busy. First round of french fries was cold, they replaced with a fresh batch ok. Lastly, they were out of frostie mix? Even though we ordered with the main meal and went to pick it up after, they were not prepared to serve the frostie. When we actually did get our frostie it was runny. Was just passing through and I dont normally eat fast food. This was a reminder why. read more

How hard is it to make a plain hamburger? Every single time I order from here on my way through they screw up my order. Why is there cheese on my hamburger? Did I ask for a cheese burger? No. Why is there mayo and tomato and lettuce and all this other crap I've got to scrape off now? How hard is your job, really? You almost have to go out of your way to screw up everytime. read more

I was hesitant to post a bad review, but since you literally can't even contact Wendy's customer support right now. Hopefully this helps someone else. I have been to this location about 6 times (working and traveling between AZ to LV). The food has never been bad I must admit. The service though. HORRIBLE. HIRE NEW MGMT ASAP. The incompetence is baffling. I know that this is a small town and all but technically where this Wendy's is, I'd consider it a high volume location. I get it they are underpaid and overworked but like come on people. Attitude is everything. Don't get me started about how they purposely close the lobby early to straight up deny customers. Everything else around closes their lobby around 9-11pm. They close at 6! Sometimes doors are locked before then. I have had multiple employees pull the mobile app isn't working / we can't accept coupons/offers. I'm sure maybe once in a while but I'm this case I'm calling BS. It's not like that I'm mad. Its more that this needs fixing and I know I'm not alone. Swing as to how and why all the bad reviews keep piling up. And not just on Yelp. Go check google or any food review app/sites too. This place is a terrible choice purely because of the experiences myself and countless others continue to have. I had a theory that Wendy's corporate doesn't care they have bad customer service reviews or low health food scores because it's such a cash cow for the company revenue otherwise they would have long shut down this sad excuse of an establishment. That being said I'm gonna go stop in on my road trip for a baconator and see how cheery and capable everyone is lmao read more

This place sucks so bad what a rip off.I I ordered the baconador pretzel bun a signature sandwich, which is 2 patties cause it's supposed to be a half pound of meat. I got one patty and not 8 pieces of bacon just 2 bacon cut in Half small and gross.CHARGED ME THE SAME PRICE ALMOST 9 BUCKS!!! Will not be back pass this place up its dirty and a mess and they will ripp you off.and watch out for the homeless people... read more

What with putting pepper on meat this morning got number 7 it was full of pepper. Couldn't eat it.

Went around 8pm weekday night, fries tasted like they weren't freshly made. Bummer as we r on a road trip and were long gone by the time we realized it. Burger was great. Couldn't use coupon code from app. I'd suggest ordering on your app ahead of time if you want to use offers. Friendly staff. read more

Food: I mean, it's Wendy's. It's simple enough food. Their spicy chicken nuggets are one of my kids' favorites, so whenever we go to a Wendy's, that's what one of them gets. The Je Frosties are also great because it's smaller than a small and kids usually think "I WANT A LARGE!!!" And then 1/2 way through they are like "Ugh I don't want anymore." So the fact they have a SMALLER than small size is actually good. Atmosphere: Everything is still roped off inside, so no sit down customers. Didn't check the bathrooms so if someone from this Wendy's location is reading this, go make sure they are clean! :) Price: They have a 4$ meal now! Comes with a small sandwich, 4 chicky nuggies, fries and a drink! Not too bad actually. Plus Wendy's is good all around. Slap some sweet and sour on their chicken sandwich and you got a winner! Service: So Yelp had a coupon for this location for a free Jr Frosty with a purchase... and since we were getting some frosties anyway for the kids, I figured "Perfect!" When I showed the girl the Yelp coupon she didn't know how to use it. No worries, her manager came over and he told me he had never seen this before. I showed him how you use the Yelp Check-In and he responded with "Yeah... this location doesn't participate in those deals." But I Checked-In at this EXACT location, I was not making that up. So either Yelp was wrong or the manager didn't know what he was talking about. He ended up honoring the $1.29 coupon "this time...". I am not sure how Yelp works with the companies and coupons, but one of those two should communicate better... Overall: Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food burger places. This one was fine except for the slight incident with the manager, otherwise it would be a 5-star experience. read more

I was really surprised when I got on here and read some of these reviews. I will admit it is terrible trying to get in and out of there but I wouldn't say that is Wendy's fault. The traffic is nonstop and ridiculous! I have never been inside this location I do go through the drive thru. The staff is always friendly and I get my food quickly. And I feel like I need to point out the man walking around outside with a broom and dust pan picking up all the trash.. seeing that multiple people put how dirty the parking lot is. If i could, this place would receive a zero star review from me. When I asked for the Sigma meal, the lady in the drive thru completely ignored me! This is out outrageous! The food is shit Paid for meals that were missing most of the veggies, fries were old and so were the burgers. l like cold veggies on a hot burger and the Burger was cold and the lettuce was warm. The food here is absolutely amazing and the best part about it is the way they treat you is like family if you want something not on the menu, they will help you with it. If you want something at lunch during breakfast, they will make it for you. They are absolutely amazing. The vibe here is just so relaxing and chill read more

I used to be a fan of Wendy's. My recent experience at this location was not good. The lady taking money seems very disheveled and seems like she's on something other than caffeine! And the chili was very runny and just ok. read more

I understand that Kingman, AZ doesn't "believe" in COVID, but it would be nice if the people handling my food & working at the window were wearing masks... if people have medical clearances, maybe put them at a different role. I got my money back & went elsewhere. read more

If Dave Thomas was still alive, he would be very upset if he saw the conditions at this Wendy's. It's dirty, and in need of repair/make-over. We were concerned for our health, just sipping on a frosty, let alone order any of the food. read more

The food was typical Wendy's food however the service was unacceptable. I ordered a plain double burger and a plain double cheeseburger. When we received them they had the works on them- my kids will only eat them plain. I returned them and the girl said she didn't know I wanted them plain. When I informed her that when I say just meat and bun only, that's plain. She charged me to replace the burgers. I just ended up giving the loaded burgers to the homeless man out front. In my opinion when a customer orders something plain and gets it not plain, it should be replaced free of charge. My single star is not due to the mistake, that happens, but due to the attitude and charging me again for their mistake. read more

Negative star option? While traveling we stopped @ a Kingman, Az exit for lunch, soon spotted a trusted name (Wendy's). When entering the parking lot I noticed this Wendy's location was older, exterior not cared for and some parking lot debris. But the surrounding area is older so we went in. We placed our order and sat down, this is when I Started noticing the dried ketchup all over the legs of the chairs, stained sticky cushions, the pull down shades are covered in grease & grime plus old food stains, much too gross to touch! Then I look up, which I'm assuming most don't? Omg! The ceiling tiles must be 20+years old, most grayish, some water stained and others light black other broken or cracked. ( these were originally white!) then the recessed lighting in dining room (all covers missing) just open lighting. Thankfully, I've never sat in a restaurant wondering....why hasn't the health Dept hasn't shut this place down? That ended the day I stopped @ this Wendy's location with my son! I can't comment much on the food as I went to the restroom first ( which killed my appetite ). I haven't seen a bathroom this nasty since social media sharing started! My son told me the entire men's bathroom was covered in graffiti even the sink. I left sick to my stomach and happy to be out of this place! Unfortunately, I did snap only one photo leaving the parking lot. This man was laying on a chair cushion napping/smoking next to the drive through line, I mention this because he was in the kitchen when we ordered our food. read more

Waited 25 minutes for my food, got it and it's all cold. Terrible customer service, rude, slow, useless. If you're looking for a quick stop on a trip: DO NOT GO HERE!

Asked for ketchup containers empty waited 10 minutes and never refilled, also with the napkins. And it's not busy.

Pretty clean, nice people. Can't ask for much more. Always my go to spot from Vegas to Phoenix and vice versa.

Driving from Las Vegas to Phoenix and needed to take a break. Wendy's food of course is the same as other Wendy's. I stopped by this particular Wendy's and was greeted by the most friendliest staff. I was really impressed with the service, and the food was reliable. read more

Just have breakfast and I loved it. Their gravy can go in everything but best with their new seasoned fries. Yummy...

Been here a few times and whenever I actually got what I ordered, it was very good. Unfortunately, those moments were few and far between. I have never gotten exactly what I ordered here. There has always been cheese on stuff that I specifically ask it to be left off of, wrong drinks, revived chicken when asked for beef, onions on wrong items as well, etc. After maybe the 5th time I got cheese on a hamburger I called a manager and was told to come in for a free meal. Appreciated, but guess what? Once I got my food it still had cheese on it. All very frustrating and I know it's just a fast food joint, but seriously stop putting cheese on my hamburgers. read more

Staff was very friendly and attentive! Was alerted that the bathroom needed attention and got right on it! Food was good and lived up to the expectation of a classic Wendy's meal! Brand new interior and exterior and everything was very clean inside! read more

Where do I start? I felt like I was in a slow motion movie with the speed of the employees. Here's a list of things I think you'll care about: Floor was dirty, both behind the counter and in the seating area. Only one cashier station open even though there was a long line. I've already said it was slow One person I was standing by had to come back because they forgot her fries. But don't worry, they forgot my fries too. They now have plastic cups instead of paper for your ketchup. (Why did they stop using the phrase biggie?) The server used the cups to scoop ice out My chicken sandwich wasn't hot and juicy. My first two sandwiches sat at the counter waiting for another one. But the frosty machine was working great! read more

I never thought I had to leave a review for a Wendy's but this place is awful. Just like the previous review, hold your bladder and don't use the bathroom. So gross - water all over the floors, toilet paper everywhere. To make it worse, crumbs all over the floors and the seating tables and chairs are never cleaned up for customers to sit. Ran out so avoid eating anything from this facility. read more

I have been coming to this Wendy's for several years. Never have had problems with my order. They are slow. They struggle with the logistics of filling new orders, customers waiting for their orders, and customers seeking additional assistance. The physical layout of the restaurant does not facilitate organization. The restroom is bad. I would not want my grandchildren to have to use Wendy's facilities. read more

Avoid using the bathrooms! The ladies was out of paper (with much of it on the floor). And the toilet bowl hadnt been cleaned in a long, long time. I dont usually complain, but it was too gross not to. Then when we finally found a fairly clean table, we noticed all the litter on the floor. Go outside to see more garbage. Here is an owner who just doesnt care..... go down 93S to the McDonalds! read more

Great new breakfast. Burgers and fries have always been good. Employees have always been helpful and efficient. I went in right after a bunch of slobs in a tour bus trashed the place and left. Employees were doing there best to recover from the rush, and pick up the trash on the floor and tables. Inconsiderate people don't know the trash goes in a trash can. Thanks to Wendy's and the people who work there for doing a good job. read more
