Everything was super fresh and tasty! Usually fast food tends to be sub par but I got lucky today driving by here last minute

The place is absolutely horrible especially the staff. Workers don't speak a bit of English. Orders do not match up (half the time missing stuff or giving you the complete wrong order) the food looks and tastes like it's been left out and reheated. The place is super loud when you're trying to talk to the workers they don't understand a thing you say and they can't hear you because all their friends are yelling in their ears telling them jokes. Got my order wrong, which I should have known after waiting 15 minutes by the door while 4 other cars behind me got their food and left. They clearly forgot I was there. So one persons entire meal was missing which was a burger and of course I paid for it. read more

Franchise owned. Not responsive to customers and corporate Wendy's blocks all complaints. Would give a zero star if possible. Do not expect any service from the staff. Unfortunate but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I bought a Dave's triple with a large fry and a 6 piece spicy nuggets with extras. When I got my food I asked for my ketchup. There was only a few packets. The manager looked at me and told me no. I asked again. And she said "there is enough " I read my order back to her and said. That's not enough. Can I have a few more. And she proceeded to say. "No. I cannot do that. " So for a triple stack burger large fry and nuggets I am suppose to make 4 tiny packets of ketchup work. Not only that. I looked in my bag and said " my cookie isn't even in here" and her response was "oh" as she went to get it. I asked nicely 3 times for ketchup and was told no. That couldn't be done. I think the women who works the drive-through at nights is handicapped and or slow, if I'm paying damn near $15 for a burger and fries now and America has pretty much made fast food a luxury with its price gouging then the least you halfwits can do is get my order, right. Every time I go to this location the same thing happens. I ordered the same thing, you would think they would remember me by now as I go about three times a week, the same time every day after work, it's insane that they don't, or maybe they do and they're doing this on purpose out of spite idk but if that's the case, speak up if you have a problem with me but don't sabotage my orders every time I come in there, I'm as respectful as possible and there's no way this is an accident at this point. Three times in a row I ordered a number seven double and the last three times in a row I get charged for double and end up with a single when I get home, this time I check before I left the parking lot because I was not about to get burned again and of course after asking her three times over the intercom to please make sure it's a double this time, she assured me it' was and charged me for one then gave me a single anyway once again, nobody's that stupid. At this point, I think they're doing it out of spite and that is disgusting, that's how you treat, loyal customers, considering how kind and respectful I am to them despite how often they make mistakes and now I realize it's undeserved and unappreciated. I think from now on I'll spend my money somewhere else, Wendy's doesn't need loyal customers anyway. I doubt you guys give a shit about your customers or Americans, service and accountability is a thing of the past, the America I know & loved is gone. I never thought I'd say this, but enough is enough, the corporate greed has gone too far, I hope & pray Trump send all these halfwit Wendy's employees back to the countries they came from so you guys can hire some people that could at least get the order right if I have to pay nearly $15 for a sandwich medium fry and drink, the least you can do is not screw up my order three times in a row. Just came back to this Wendy's, 3 years later, as I have moved back into the area and wanted some late night grub. As many of you locals know, this is one of the only places open past midnight in the area for food, other than the gas stations. As I drove up, I kindly asked the drive thru associate where their inspection rating was, as I have had terrible experiences in the past (I did not mention that last part). She acted as if she didn't understand me (it's possible she didn't, she wasn't fluent in English), and then she finally understood what I was asking for. She told me it is inside, and I could come tomorrow to check it out. I explained that all I wanted was the grade (e.g. A,B,C), and she was very persistent on not walking 10 feet over, or having another associate do so, to simply tell me the food rating. She finally made the excuse that she was extremely busy at the moment, despite their being no cars in the drive thru, and her talking with her associates casually. This was a clear sign they must have a poor rating. Furthermore, I assumed that it was a requirement by federal or state law to display this rating on the outside of the establishment. Either they are going against the law (which I feel may be the case to avoid a reduction in customers), or they are simply hiding a bad rating. At any rate, this is obviously unacceptable and makes me question as to whether I should even eat the food I just purchased. If they just followed the simple guidelines given to them by the law and Wendy's itself, they wouldn't have this issue in the first place. read more

Food is great as always, I'm allergic to pickles and of course I accidentally ordered my burger without specifying "no pickles". Horrible customer service. I walked in to pick up an Uber eats order. 3 employees just look at me without saying a word. Another one walks out and yells in spanish to the back that there are two ppl waiting. Still nothing so I go to the drive through since they're helping those ppl, and the same lady tells me she can't give me the order because I need to go back inside yet I was standing there and she wouldn't help me, so I had to cancel the order on the customer. read more

One word, wow. This is probably the slowest service Wendy's I ever went to. Came here around 10pm through the drive-thru so it wasn't that busy at all. I went to place my order and... no one responded. Probably waited 3 minutes (felt longer) to get a response from the employee so I can place an order. I ordered a $4 for 4 with a lemonade. If the drive-thru didn't make me mad enough, the employee ruined with lemonade with a ton of ice. It literally tasted like straight water. read more

The lady at the window was beyond rude. Kept rushing up and asking "what else?" after each thing we would order and before we finished ordering she had already cut us off and gave us the total when we still needed to order our drinks. Absolutely the worst service in the world. Walked in to get my son something to eat and the "ONLY" associate working the front tossed the trays on the counter & when they fell she didnt bother picking them up and went to the bathroom. Pretty good location. I've never had any major issues. Wait times fluctuate, but the food seems to be consistent.

Walked out without ever being acknowledged by staff. Enter store at abour 2:40 P.M. Aug. 24, 2017. I was the only person inside in line at the counter. I stood there for several minutes without even being acknowledged by any of the staff, including the worker who walked directly in front of the register to retrieve some item. After several minutes, I decided to time the final minute to see if someone would attend the register. It did not happen. I left. On the way to my car, I saw another vehicle parking. I went to the driver of that car and said I was not able to obtain service inside and that entering the store would be a waste of time. She also left. We need to see some action taking place at this facility to improve service. read more

Wendy's is the only fast food I will eat. Particularly because of this Jupiter location. They're always so on point and I always get the cod fish sandwich and it's always cooked fresh. It might take a couple more minutes but no other fast food chain is like that. Hands down management is great and everybody there is nice. Pulled up to the window. The "girl' goes "yeah", nothing else, just "yeah" I give her my order and she responds "ok" I pickup my food. No thank you, nothing. No acknowledgement, just hands the food. I ordered a large Parmesan Caesar chicken salad at 12:30 PM on Sunday May 24 At the drive-through. It was a very rainy day, I was going to eat half at lunch and half for dinner. I drove to my house which is a 10 minute drive and opened the salad to find that all of the lettuce in the middle was yellow and brown and they had put fresh WET lettuce, chicken and cheese on top of the spoiled lettuce. The photo shows the spoiled lettuce, as you can see it was quite a bit and represented at least half of the large salad. There is no excuse for serving customers spoiled food and hiding it by putting fresher food on top to hide the bad quality. I've been calling all day with no response. It's too rainy out to go over there a second time. The salad was over $7, almost $8. Terrible and not the first time I've had bad lettuce from this location but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they'd had a bad day the first time. Only putting a 1 because 0 isnt there. I have been to this location 626 indiantown road very few times, every time I come in it is such a hassle to get service. I drive a large service truck so it will not fit under the drive-thru, forces me to go inside, once inside I make it known I am there after a few minutes of waiting. After announcing "Can I receive some service", I am ignored for 15 minutes, then an employee comes up and tells me I'll be waited on shortly, another 15 minutes go by before someone comes to take my order. For those of you that follow my reviews me giving Wendy's four stars seems like crazy talk. You know it may be the crazy hunger or that compared to every other fast food restaurant - they are the only one I can stomach. It's probably because they seem to be the only one that actually cares about flavors. REAL lemonade and crisp thick bacon are complimented by really well put together salads. Dirty counters , tables, floors. They screwed up my order 3x on the same visit: wrong burger 2x, then the other food got cold while waiting for the correct order, which also came out wrong. Service has improved and fast, hence the title FAST FOODInside needs to be redecorated, out dated and maybe they should take some money out of building homes for folks program and put a youth hostel on top along with their renovations!
