Great customer service. Teen that was at the register was NOT on her phone (amazing), had a bright smile and listened attentively to what I was ordering. Tried a new pizza themed sub that was good. Ingredients fresh. Sandwich/wrap made very well. What really impressed me was the man making sandwiches. Somehow thought he might be owner? But that was just my impression. I was coming from the nearby surgical center with my husband who had just had a procedure and was unable to come in to help me carry our lunch back to the car. The kind man behind the counter offered me a box which made a huge difference to me! It had been a very long day and that simple kindness helped so much. Only issue at this location is the parking if doing a to-go order. If eating in, they had clean tables and chairs for customer use and a nice outdoor space to walk around and shop. Great sandwich at this JJ's this weekend! The Veggie is my go-to and I hadn't had great experiences the last few I had at other locations, but this was the sandwich I know and love!! Clean seating area and friendly staff. I'll be back. Baby rating: brought the little one along. Not crowded and space for a stroller in the bar seating area. Legacy place has great sidewalks for strollers and walks. Not usually crowded. Staff said no changing table in the restroom (I didn't confirm). read more

This use to be my favorite Jimmy John's Sub Shop, this jj sub shop has definely Gonne down hill in terrible customer service and quality of training about their product. I came in today and tried to order a giant Italian combo meal, but the ding dong foreign male working the cashier register didn't know what he was doing as well as the teen sandwich maker. She showed me a large and gave a a small sub. I was peed I demanded my refund and left the manager who in the the past ran the counter and he was great service went down hill to hell! And when mad about it they don't know but to argue back make the customer feel like SHIT! Don't go here I started come because of the past service and product but now their shit service and product management Go to Publix or another sub shop that will treat you right and know what hell their doing. By far the best Jimmy John's I have ever had the pleasure of going to! The staff is so nice and friendly and the sandwiches and bread are super fresh. I visited twice and had The Pepe and Beach Club on French bread. Also their famous pickle. The bread had just been baked 45 minutes prior to my arrival and everything on the sandwiches just tasted sooo fresh! I love how clean & welcoming this location is. The staff is always very friendly and just as advertised they are very fast. I feel like my sandwich is always ready before I even finish paying. Gotta love that. I always order the Italian sub with bbq chips. My recommendation would be to add spicy mustard and jimmy peppers onto the sandwich for delightful extra flavors. The parking out front is sparse but there is a garage if you circle around back. Best time to come I've found is 11am. read more

Staff is super sweet and helpful but I'm not a fan of their sandwiches. The bread is not light and fluffy it's heavy and the meat wasn't appetizing. They were empty so it was fast and lots of easy parking out front. Clean too. I bought a drink and forgot it with takeout. read more

Freaky Fast. Like all JJs this place also does the subs quick. We got there about an hour or so before closing. They already had the mats up and trying to clean the place. Went here for the first time today and was very disappointed. Ordered a large turkey and cheese and they charged me extra for the cheese when there are many sandwiches on the menu that have cheese for the same price. Guess I should have ordered the turkey, ham and cheese and had them hold the ham, lol. My $18 dollar sandwich barely had any turkey on it (guess I should have kept the ham) and I was still hungry after finishing it. If you want an awesome sandwich in Jupiter there are plenty of places to go, just not Jimmy John's :( read more

Food was great as usual. But I seriously regret my tip. Apparently the driver was in a hurry. My food was left at the front desk of my hotel and the clerk was told I was called and was on my way down. I was never called. I wasn't on my way down. I called the location and was told the clerk wouldn't let the driver up to my room and that they would let me know. Based on the clerk, I doubt they would have noticed or cared if a delivery was being made. read more

When the sub arrived I was confused as I have order the Perfect Italian in the past and they are great! After all of the TV commercials reflecting the Thai Chicken Wrap, I finally had an opportunity to try it out. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. As I walked up to the store, the summer wrap posters were still in the window of the restaurant. There were more posters on the walls, and the menu even had a poster reflecting the wraps. When I placed my order, the guy behind the register turned to other employees in the kitchen, and a conversation ensued. I couldn't hear what they were talking about, but when the cashier finally turned back around, he indicated that they stopped selling them the previous day. I ordered a BLT instead, and was a little disappointed. Everyone else in my party placed their orders, to include fountain drinks. As soon as I paid, the cashier walked away from the register to the food prep area. I went ahead, and grabbed my cup from the dispenser on the counter, and filled my drink, since the cups weren't provided by the cashier. I checked the Jimmy John's website, and the wraps were still on the menu. My BLT was announced, and as I stood up from the table to collect my sandwich, another conversation ensued, and I was told to wait for the rest of my order (four more sandwiches). Oooook. Upon finally receiving the entire order, I was asked to give my BLT back because they were going to make the Thai Chicken Wrap. All of the sandwiches had a number on them, and I was trying to compare the numbers on the menu with the numbers on the sandwich, to grab the right one. The staff impatiently told me, it was the one with BLT written on it. Since I had it upside down, and it was written in lower case, it actually looked like the number 719, which is why I was confused. I handed it back, and a few moments later, the staff announced a Thai Chicken Wrap for a mobile order. Another guy, who had very recently walked up to the pickup area, rogered up, grabbed his sandwich, and left. Immediately, I realized what was going on. They didn't want to make it (I guess it's more difficult than a regular sandwich), and dude placed an online order. It would be a little awkward giving a guy one, with me sitting right next to the pickup area, after I was told that they don't make them anymore. Also, my daughter's "turkey and cheese" had no cheese on it. We literally asked for a turkey and cheese sandwich with a little bit of Mayo. No friggin cheese. They didn't give us any napkins, until we had to go up to the counter again to specifically request them. I am by no means a prude, and I utilize profanity on a regular basis; however, I am a firm believer in professionalism in the workplace. When the cashier, and the three other members on the prep crew didn't have any customers or orders (I'm assuming because they weren't directly in front of us), I heard several utilizations of $h!t and f-bombs. One employee, who had a beard, appeared uncomfortable with the exchange, and tried to shush the other employees involved. It is now Monday night, and the wraps are still listed on the Jimmy John's website. Unfortunately, the wrap was only mediocre anyway. The tortilla and vegetables were extremely fresh, however the Thai chili portion was super ginger heavy, and wasn't really my thing. I am appreciative that I finally got what I ordered, but I think it had a lot to do with the mobile order that rolled in while I was there. The restaurant was fairly clean, however the tables had not received any cleaning since their previous occupants. Garbage Service. I've been getting JJs delivered for a while now and have always had problems with the drivers not being able to find my work bldg. In turn, I picked a popular business adjacent to mine and specifically asked in the instructions to call me when nearby. 90 minutes and 3 phone calls later I never get my sub, not even a phone call, I had to be the one to reach out all 3 times. The phone calls went as follows: 1st call- the delivery tracker on the website marked the status as "delivered" I called 5 minutes later to be told if the site says it was delivered then I should just wait. 2nd call- 15 minutes later I get another person on the phone who says they didn't get to make the food due to issues in the restaurant and that it should be delivered asap. 3rd call-45 minutes passed since my 2nd call and I get yet another person on the phone who says the driver already went to the business I put on my order and they didn't find me so they left. No phone call, nothing. So I ask them to cancel the whole order since I've been waiting for 90 minutes and they apologize and tell me to stop by next time to see if they can make it up to me. I go the following day only to have the manager angrily explain how I'm not getting anything to make up for my trouble because I wasted their time and sandwiches the day before. When I explained that I put directions to call me because they can't find my business he says he called me and left a voicemail. Mysteriously, neither call nor message are on my phone. And if they had, in fact, tried to reach me then why was nobody able to tell me my order was having trouble reaching it's destination when I reached out to them on the 2 first phone calls i made (both made within 50 minutes after I placed my order). On top of everything he blows me off after I was told to stop by the previous day and says I got my money back so I shouldn't expect anything else; wasting my time a 2nd day. The Manager either lies or needs to run a tighter ship. Never ordering from here again. read more

I know mistakes happen and I understand there will be days when places are under staffed, but when it's a constant issue, then it's a problem. I was super happy when Jimmy Johns opened in Legacy Place. This is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm on the go. I am a "connoisseur" of Salt and Vinegar chips and this place has the best! I came in last night for a quick bite. The staff has always been really friendly but they were even more amazing last night! I was about to leave and the really nice guy ( I am so sorry I didn't get your name! ) Asked if I wanted one of their loafs of bread that they were going to throw away. Hells ya I wanted it! They make the best bread! I work in hospitality and when someone goes above and beyond to be so nice it really means a lot. I will gladly drive the extra few miles to get subs here than at the subway 5 min away from my house. Grand opening today, 4/29/14. Was immediately greeted upon opening the door which was very nice. Service staff seemed very pleasing, dećor was great! Love all the inspirational posters. Ordered the "Beach Club" and it was a great sub. The only dissent I have is that they forget to put the avocado on, and they didn't ask me if I wanted any oil, vinegar, salt, or pepper. I don't know if they offer any other bread than white but the bread I received was at the beginning stages of staleness. Meat and cheese were great though. Overall: I will be back. read more

The service is horrible!!! There is one girl that answers the phone for "to go" orders that is an absolute imbecile and rude. She gets the order wrong every time. I've had delivery several times and the delivery person conveniently never has change. Resulting in either a $6plus tip on a $13 order, or no tip. After 2 times of this nonsense, I won't tip if they don't carry change. Nice trick. Other than having to stay on the phone for 15 minutes to place a "to go" order, that no doubt w be delivered wrong... the sandwiches are decent. Definitely not the best sandwiches in the area. Lightning fast delivery. Quite mind blowing. An on-line ordering option is very convenient and easy, which I find extremely helpful when ordering a last minute lunch for a busy office. I went in to this location (the poor rating is just for this particular location) looking for something to eat on my lunch break. I was starving and work outside all day so just wanted to sit and eat. I had to run as well so I went for the to go option. I walked over to where they were making the subs and I looked up after checking a quick email and the guy making subs rolls up a few of them in paper then proceeded to "sniff" the sandwich and say "yep that's the 15. I ordered a tuna sandwich with lettuce. I walked to my truck and drove away to the next location. I opened the wrapper and had a veggie sandwich with provolone cheese. WTF. I had to go to 3 more meetings that day starving cause the sandwich was so messed up I couldn't eat it and was already so far removed from that location. This was not even a lunch time rush. Never going back!!! Curious to finally try the sandwiches I ordered a #5 and my husband ordered a #15 ( his sub was in the area that says you more meat and everything else in your sandwich). When they arrived my husbands sandwich looked like it was just lettuce and literary a spoon full of tuna, when he took it back up they said sorry that's what we give you on the sandwich. I have never been treated this horrible in a Jimmy Johns. I went to get two tuna sandwich, and the amount of tune given was so thinly spread, I request more. We can't do that the gentleman said. I told him I was willing pay for more. I asked that a if I can please split a scoop between my two sandwiches, and was told no. That was not our policy. I then requested the scoop placed in a side container or paper and I would do it myself. I was told no and that is not our policy.
