This was a great quick lunch spot option and was extremely well priced for a group of 6 people. I believe our entire meal came out to $70ish which is not bad at all. Service was only when your food is brought out to your table. You order at the kiosk up front and their menus are on the TVs above. I ordered their quesadilla Al pastor which was huge, came which chips and their homemade cream sauce which was amazing. The Al pastor was sweet and tangy from the pineapple with the smallest kick in flavor. The homemade chips and sauces were just as delicious. Their salsas were both good but I preferred the verde one. We also ordered some asada tacos, barbacoa tacos, and carnitas tacos. The favorite was the carnitas by a landslide. We also had a barbacoa quesadilla, and pollo quesadilla. All the food was good for its price and size. The only complaint is pretty much all the seating is outside even though it's covered it gets a bit wind whipped with the weather while seated there. There are two tables inside but very small.

    Gordita. Small, eh?

No employees in sight. Place order at a kiosk screen. No option to customize. You take it the way they make it. Disappointing. On this afternoon it took way too long to come out to our table. Food was unimpressive. I would have rather had Taco Bell!

We were craving tacos after playing pickleball nearby and found this spot on Yelp. Tucked in the corner of the shopping center and let me tell you this....did NOT disappoint! Had guac and chips to start - everybody raved about the guac! Perfectly made! I had the shrimp tacos - absolutely bangin' The guys ordered the burrito platter, burrito, steak tacos and pork tacos - we were so full and so happy! It's a kiosk-type order yourself situation, but the staff was helpful and kind. If you're nearby and have that craving, give it a shot, you'll be glad you did.

I cannot say enough great things about Taco Chula. I've gotten the burrito order down to a science: Churizo and Al Pastor, no rice. Salsa verde on the side. The no rice burrito is just a full as the burrito with rice but instead I get more meat! I'm already eating a tortilla and their delicious chips that come in the basket so why do I need rice?! Service is always quick and on point and I love that the only seating is "seat yourself outside" lol. It's cool to enjoy our weather and see the kids playing etc. The music is always on point too. This is no longer a hidden gem. Seems like everyone knows about it. Also, once we tried the churros and they weren't that special. I'd rather the plantains or just wait until that heavenly gelato shop next door opens back up b/c baybaaaaaay!!!!! that guava cheese cake gelato will change your damn life!!! Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

Delicious shrimp taco with guacamole! The burrito was also delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we returned a few days later. Friendly service. Outdoor, covered seating only. Some would say it is pricey, but the servings are large.

This is pretty good authentic Mexican street food. It's a little over priced, but still worth the occasional taco craving stop.

Haven't been here since COVID shut down the world. Big, meaty tacos. 1.3 lb burrito. Lots of guacamole for your money on the guacamole and chips. Sides, rice and refritos, were perfect. Hands down the best Mexican food in Palm Beach county. The place is immaculately clean. You order at terminals but the staff is very friendly. Great menu. The go to for Mex in my book!

Food = Good & fresh. Service = For a counter + "number on your table" restaurant, it's fine. Tables are clean. Trash is changed regularly. Utensils station always looks stocks. Ambiance = Artist. Casual. Cool. All seating is in a covered open walkway of an old South Florida shopping plaza. Small tables for 2, and narrow bar with stools. It's super cute! We love the vibe!

Came here before a show and the food was good and came out quick. I like that they had your own to go section.

    Is there any indoor seating?

No there is no indoor seating unfortunately. But there is always plenty outdoor seating as many people order to-go. The outdoor seating is well maintained and they have a full staff that comes out and cleans the outdoor seating area regularly.

Is outdoor seating available at this time?

Not as of 1 month ago.

I knew it was a hit because as soon as I walked in the place was packed and this was a Wednesday night. I ordered their loaded nachos, churros and a drink. I'll start off with the nachos. The nachos were everything I had a taste for. No wonder they're award-winning. The churros were good as well. I have had better, but it did satisfy my sweet tooth. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and very welcoming. I love that people were enjoying themselves talking and having a good time. The next time I visit this restaurant, I will definitely be dining in. Can't wait to go back.

Would not have had an issue with the forty minute wait for a table but they did not have a bar inside to hang out or a patio area to have drinks. We had to go next door to another restaurant with our buzzer to have drinks while we waited. Finally got a table and service was quick. A few people had giant margaritas. A basket of chips and salsa were brought to the table complimentary which was great. Ordered the triple enchiladas with beans and rice. It was excellent and filling for only $19.99 - well its what it said on the menu even pointing to it on the menu to show the server, who said its large and ordered often. Finished eating a great meal and got the bill where everything went south quickly. Noticed $6.00 additional for the two enchilada orders, so $12.00 extra. I went over the bill with another server since ours disappeared but she could not explain the additional charge. I requested a manager and a guy came by and was shown the receipt and began reading the enchilada section on the menu and seemed confused. Three enchiladas for $19.99 then a smaller section on the left side where there is an added $2.00 for each enchilada. After few minutes, he tried to explain the upcharge and appeared more uncertain of the upcharge intent than everyone at our table. At this point, the menu was still not clear and weirdly difficult to understand the upcharges. Not even an apology or partial waiver or anything. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately it was a great atmosphere and tasty meal. We all left defeated and confused. This issue directly caused a steep drop from 5 stars to an average 3.5 stars, which could have been easily avoided. Please make adjustments to your menu for easier navigation - Thanks.

Everything from the ambiance to the food and even the service was phenomenal. Great dining room area with both an outdoor and indoor bar. We sat with the bartender AB that immediately greeted us with waters and their menu. They are currently running a pick 2 for $15.99 menu that has some pretty great options. We had 2 meals & chose the wings, blackened shrimp po boy with the small gumbo's. Wings were super crispy, juicy, and tender. With a nice light Smokey taste. They buffalo and blue cheese sauce was actually pretty impressive. The po boy had a good amount of shrimp to bread ratio, with a nice sauce included. The gumbo had a deep rich flavor, but was not overly heavy with fatty meats. We were also informed of the happy hour oyster special, so we ended up getting a few of the rockerfella and raw. The rockerfella was amazing with melty cheese, a nice garlic flavor, & served with crispy bread slices. The raw came with crackers, lemon, wine vinegar, and a tasty cocktail sauce. Both were delicious. Marco, the manager came and spoke with us about our experience which really showed the attention to detail this restaurant offers. After sharing our story of visiting New Orleans a few years ago and bragging about the beignets, he brought us 2 out to finish our meal. I have to say, these were better than the ones I've had at cafe beignet in NOLA. They were HOT out the fryer to the point where the powdered sugar was slightly melted. Crisp outside dough but gooey soft in the center. A unreal experience to end a fantastic meal. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Luckily my sister lives 5 mins from this place but I would easily drive a hour or 2 when visiting from out of town just for this experience. Marco and AB really went above and beyond to make sure this was a special outing on a regular ole' Monday, and we could not have left happier.

From the moment we walked in, the welcome was freakin' awesome. The New Orleans vibe was absolutely on point and set the tone for a great meal. Our waitress was fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the menu. She recommended her favorite dish, and it ended up becoming my favorite too. Now, I'm a country boy, so the deviled eggs just weren't my style, but everything else more than made up for it. The cornbread was incredible. Honestly, I couldn't decide if I was eating cake or cornbread--it was that good. The barbecue shrimp was outstanding and easily one of my favorite dishes (our waitress clearly has great taste!). The fried oysters were cooked to perfection, and the baked chicken was seasoned and prepared just right. The gator tail was great with the sauce. I've had scalloped potatoes many times over the years, but these were on another level--definitely some for the record books. If you're looking for great food, an authentic New Orleans atmosphere, and excellent service, Voodoo is absolutely worth the visit.
