The food is it or miss, with this location. The first two times I went the food was hot but the baked potato needed some help. White it was hot it was so small it was a little bigger than a tangerine! Also it looked like it was in the warmer for too long. But some I ran there on y lunch break I didn't have time to go back and exchange it. The two following visits were no better, the food quality decreased with each visit and the customer service was really bad! There were two teenagers in the front counter and they acted like I was disturbing their conversation by wanting to order. It was nice and quiet, and after looking at the fireplace, I almost forgot I was at a fast food joint. I love how the engineers had a vision in mind to make it more than an in and out. We went to this Wendy's roughly 1-2 times a month. This trip was the absolute worst. We went through the drive through ordering a #6 with a large coke. Seemed simple enough. $9 and change. We got the order and drove off. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, the fries were hot and fresh. The downside was the coke. It had literally zero carbonation. When I called them to inform them so they'd tell the next person they responded with, "We know, the machine's been broken. If you'd like to come back we'll replace your drink." So, basically, they KNEW the coke was ruined, and allowed me to upcharge to a large instead of telling me. Their choice to make an extra buck has now cost them $200/year for the rest of time. The wait time here is at least 15-20 minutes. As I write this review I've seen 5 impatient people swerve out of the line and zoom past. I passed through here for a "quick" bite once before, before running back to work and ended up 30 minutes late from lunch and my job is literally a minute away. I'm not sure if it's because the food is cooked fresh (as fresh as fast food can be) or because they're struggling. If it's because of the food quality I'll gladly up the stars. But this definitely isn't panera and their food quality is hardly on par with chick fil a who experiences extremely high volume but still delivers food quickly. Who knows. They also never sweep up the fries on the floor, they just walk on the floor like nothing is on the floor. And if you get employee of the month you get 30 dollars.
