Takes way too long for food service, waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Wasn't even peak lunch time.

I feel bad for the people that work at this place. The service is awful and everybody seems unhappy for being there. On top of it, you will wait at least 20 minutes after your order is placed. I can't even eat lunch here because of the wait time. read more

I took my granddaughter there after going to playground stop to get her lunch at 12:50 on Friday 6/12/2026 the young lady and young man were very nice and polite but the older man I am thinking is. Manager very rude I am my small dog also with us and I ask a question to the young boy how much is a piece of meat and cheese only it's for my dog he didn't know and the girl asked the older man and he looks at me and says very rudely you can't order that at the window I was like shocked he talk to a customer like that I said I am not ordering it I was just asking for price he goes 3.00 they already handed my order I said that's ok we will go to McDonald's across the street I told my Roxy girl I can get you a dbl cheese for 2.50 and it's a lot better I like McDonald's over Wendy's horrible manager at Wendy's read more

I have been to many Wendy's in my life but this is absolutely ridiculous I have never been so ashamed to eat a place like this the nuggets were a disaster they put half a bottle of ketchup on my burger and do t even get me started on the drink machine i admit it's a fun experience to get to have all the options and get to poor your own drink there should be more than 10 options working on the machine with like 30 options read more

This place should Really consider getting a new staff. There's a major lack of American feel to this old school American restaurant with the "inner urban" type staff members. 30 minutes drive through wait. There's nothing clean about this place. I'm usually driving by here a little after 6:30 (when they open) and occasionally want to get their breakfast, but the past couple times I've gone there I sit waiting in the drive thru for someone to say something and nobody ever does! Walked in was barely greeted by the person who finally came to the counter and he could barely open his mouth to speak/mumble us more like it and I had to ask him to repeat things twice --he needs to open his mouth and enunciate. The parking lot was empty. I should've known not to turn in here --the dining room is absolutely empty. I wonder why he asked me for my name when he never called it and when I saw my order up on the tray, he tried to give it to the next customer in line who said I didn't order that --so I had to go claim my food ------this is so far beyond ridiculous. The food was hot, fresh, and made to order. However, the good ends there. The staff was miserable. They were not friendly or welcoming. Everyone was outwardly ignorant and mean to the one older female coworker. Some training for proper customer service would probably be lost on them. While the building was nice and you could tell it was a newer restaurant it is clearly not being maintained. You want that never ending sticky squeak to your shoes? Walk on any of the floors. But be careful not to step on or trip over any of the debris in the women's bathroom. One toilet - GROSS! I won't go into detail but it hasn't been cleaned since the place opened - I'd guarantee it. Second time in two weeks that baked potatoes were not available at dinner time approximately between 5pm and 6pm. Both times I was told, and I quote, "they're in the oven." Probably the second busiest time of day and baked potatoes are not ready? Unbelievable. Next I was not given a receipt. Most people now use receipts for Fetch, Ibotta etc. Also used for the review that can be done using the receipt. Lastly my Dave's Double had two thin strips of onion. Chili was great as always for my husband, but I can't eat fried foods or beef any more , so I wanted a grilled chicken. We were told no more grilled chicken. So I didn't get anything. Don't worry McDonalds Didn't have grilled chicken either. Service was good, it wasn't the local stores fault no grilled chicken. So now we have stopped going to both. Horrific poor speed through the drive though. I watched the employees (through the windows) laughing and playing around at the counter while a line of cars was around the building and out toward the adjacent parking lot. 9/10 times the lines are horrific. Their is no fast service at all. Then when we got our food it was WRONG. Asked for a meal 1 with a single hamburger with just cheese, ketchup and mustard and ended up with a burger with everything on it, etc. Someone has got to get the employees to work faster and accurately. Visited the drive thru today and the manager, Tonya, working the window was not wearing a mask! Pretty unbelievable considering it's been mandatory for restaurants for 3+ months. Of course I put mine on immediately when I saw her but we were too grossed out to eat the food. Another employee that handed us our food was wearing hers under her chin. I guess if the manager isn't following the rules why should they. Reported it to the county board of health and Wendy's corporate. We will not return. read more

I know it's Wendy's but clean your damn lobby. My wife and I went in for dinner and not once in the hour we were there did anyone clean anything in the lobby. Wasn't busy but the crew stood around talking. Several dirty tables and the floor was filthy. Mr. Bambino here, Ordered a Taco salad full, with a complimentary junior chocolate frosty. Food is on point and perfect, dining is cleaner than most wendys but could use some care on the floors. Crack. I think that is the secret ingredient in their strawberry milkshakes. To tell the truth, I don't eat fast food much. But for some reason, these milkshakes make me feel like a junkie. I'm like "Milkshake, milkshake, must have, now!" and so I rush to get one (large, always). As soon as I start drinking it, I know that the taste is really unnatural but I KEEP DRINKING ANYWAYS.
