I come here to eat with friends and family. The service is always super quick and the servers are usually nice. The food and drinks stations are clean but a lot of the tables can have crumbs on them sometimes. If not, the place is clean and sunny. I am so disappointed in this fast food place. I normally like the food but they always get my order wrong when I clearly state what I don't and do want. I asked for a Dave's hamburger single with NO cheese and onions just the bread, ham, pickles and ketchup. I knew I was in trouble when I placed a special order and the cashier did not speak one word of English. I ended up ordering a regular chicken sandwich and a large bowl of chili. The chicken patty in the sandwich was over cooked and was hard at the edges. The bowl of chili was under cooked and a lot of the beans were difficult to chew. If I decide to come back to Wendy's, I will not come back to this location. read more

We were in the area and wanted a quick bite to eat. We found parking quickly and popped inside. It was probably the nicest looking Wendy's I've been to ever. Very clean looking. We ordered some food to stay and grabbed our cups. I went over to the machine and searched through the touch screen. Apparently, Wendy's has signature sodas. I had the diet orange one. It kind of tasted a deformed creamsicle. It wasn't bad. We passed a dirty table and found a nice booth. The fries were good. Not soggy. Right amount of the salt. It depends on the fry cook. Very key position. The chicken nuggets were also good. They were crisp and not overcooked. It is probably one of the best Wendy's I have ever visited. If I could give it no stars I would. This place was the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. There were fruit flys everywhere. One landed on my boyfriends food. The place was dirty. The customer service was awful. I have been a general manager in the food industry for years and this is an embarrassment. The cashier did not give us what we asked for maybe it's because he kept walking away in the middle of taking our order. This clearly did not care about the customer at all. I understand things happen hopefully this was just a bad night. I know we all have them but a lot of the issues could have not happen to make it less bad. This is possible the worst Wendy's ! My kids love the food chain so I often given in and take them. The employees are the absolute worst. Well there is one male worker at the drive thru who is soooooo nasty. And he allows food to come out any way presentation is unimportant to him. Today we ordered baconator fries with extra bacon (that he charged me for) not only didn't it have extra bacon but there was hardly any bacon at all. How do you burn children nuggets? Idk what's going on here but they need to fix it before they have a grand closing due to poor service. read more

Clean & Fast!! Perfect fast food!! When I walked in at lunchtime I thought, OH NO, how bad is the wait - NO WAIT...Fast, quick and friendly!! Fries were hot, burger perfect, what more could you ask for! Seating area was fairly clean, and since it was at the height of lunchhour, on Jericho turnpike, that's good in my book!! This Wendy's location was closed for a number of months back in the summer and just re-opened recently after renovations. The food is the same as before in terms of quality - decent. I normally order off the dollar menu as you get more for your buck. It's a cleaner looking Wendy's, especially at the drive-thru service. The drive-thru experience is certainly interesting. After you get your food at the window, your route exiting the area forces you to make a circle around from the front of the entrance, to the back of the entrance, which eventually let you out the back way. It's a bit strange looking to be honest. The cashier/servers at the window still forget to add pepper, ketchup, and any other condiments when asking during the initial order. It's frustrating when you sometimes forget to look inside your bag after getting it from the window. These workers need to keep in mind of this. read more

The manager Kim is extremely rude and gave very discouraging looks to the people who were ordering. She was very rude to some nice old women online, and even children who came up and said their order. She also got my order wrong, sill trying to be respectful, and yet she still acted like it was my fault. Aside from her, the other workers look like they aren't doing much, and most of the restaurant is very dirty. The soda and ice wasn't filled and when i asked if they could fill it, no one moved. come here pretty often, 10 minutes ago I went and this bigger lady with short red hair was so ridiculously rude. After i ordered a 4 for 4, I asked for an extra 4 piece nugget which wasn't on the screen so I said, "you forgot one extra 4 piece nugget"... she goes NO I DIDNT. like ok watch the attitude there buddy. then i get to the window she hands me my food doesn't say hi doesn't say anything besides screaming 8.98 in my face. then doesn't give me my 2 drinks and walks away so i sit there waiting and while i'm waiting she screams at a different worker to go into the back and get something while he's helping a customer inside. after waiting 2 minutes a different boy (very sweet) comes over and asks me what i'm waiting for then she goes in a snarky ass voice "i was wondering why you were waiting" LOL HOW ABOUT U ASK ME ??? then forgets my extra nuggets even though i reminded her and these are what the other nuggets looked like. ew. i work in the food industry and no matter what kind of mood i'm in i'm still nice to the customers bc that's what you do??? also considering i was extremely nice throughout my entire time there you would think she wouldn't be a bitch but try again. wendy's u should evaluate ur staff read more

This location is very close to my job and I haven't been here in eons. I had forgotten why I stopped visiting this place for lunch. Moments into my disastrous order process I began to remember why I had been avoiding the place. Ordered the "#2 with chiki" and asked for heavy onion on the burger. The cashier rang up my number 2 with fries and added chili for another $1.79 more... Wrong. I had to explain to the cashier how the menu worked. Somehow I got charged another 30 cents on top of the combo price. There were barely any onions on the burger and the burger was so destroyed when i received it I had to eat it with a spoon! The chili had the consistency of watery soup and was COLD! How could leftover ground beef that sits in a hot pot all week be Cold?! I will NEVER return to this location and I believe I could go the rest of my life without visiting another Wendys. read more
