Boy has this place gone downhill. Food is never hot, even when we get pulled up to wait for it to cook (which is almost every time), and from the drive-thru window the place smells and looks very dirty. Something in our order is wrong every single time we go. And that's NOT an exaggeration. Every. Single. Time. This used to be the place to go when you wanted a better quality, more tasty burger than BK, but now it's just trashy. Customer service was horrible i spent $50 (which isn't the employees fault) and they managed to get the entire order wrong when the only thing I ordered special was one burger (I just ordered it with only cheese and bacon not fully dressed) they completely forgot 3 items in my meal and gave no straws. absolutely horrible and the food was cold after I waited 15 mins for them to make it. read more

the drive Thru is the best way to go if u do decide to go to the Wendy's on grand Caillou in houma. Usually the person at the window is very nice, going into the lobby I've never delt with anyone who has a positive attitude. Tonight I ordered on the app, didn't get the $2 off for ordering on the app and the lobby was closed, didn't know that since the door was open, but it took 10minutes to find someone who was working. When she finally popped up she had no idea I ordered food so I had to wait another 10 minutes. I understand she was working by herself but she could have left her shitty attitude at home, I was patient and polite, I guess some peoples mothers never taught them to treat people how they wanted to be treated. Visited the drive up and was greeted by an associate who had no customer service skills at all. Wendy's should train their associates on how to be polite to customers. There was no one in line, in front or in back of me. Got to the window and was told to pull up that they would bring my food out to me. Since there wasn't anyone behind me, I thought it would be ok to stay at the window. I was quickly told that my food was "in the grease" and that I HAD to pull up. We'll need less to say...my "in the grease" food came out cold, was delivered by a worker with an attitude and not even a thank you was spoken. This location will soon be begging for customers as I noticed there was a brand new Chick-fil-A opening up right next door!!! I work down the street from this location and eat here about once a week. They have the fastest service of any restaurant I've been to. They often have the bag hanging out of the 2nd window before I can pick up my credit card from the first window. Food is good for fast food too! 2.99 double burger can't be beat for value. read more
