I was put on hold for over 10 min, it would've been for longer but I hung up when I got to the place because the woman on the phone never answered my question just put me on hold and said one minute. I got to the establishment, another customer called the phone, she put them and others on hold and never answered the phone again. She literally just started talking to the people in the back and ignored us. I told her the issue and gave her back the food. I waited, she went to do whatever and the guys in the back were the only ones actually helping or at least caring about customers it seemed. They remade my food and gave me a brownie. Just upset I paid to have something delivered just to come to the store while contagious. If it was a flavor I eat I would've kept it.
