First time stopping care, I wanted a place to check out since I was in the area and me and my colleagues were a bit hungry. I got there biggie bag and it was really good especially their chicken sandwiches. The orders came out really quick and the staff here was above average for what it's worth. It's got a pretty large parking lot for what it is parking situation wise. Restrooms were pretty clean too! Dining room was well kept at the same time . This is the worse location. The workers are all rude! They don't try to correct their mistakes. I called in because I placed an order through grub hub. They gave my driver someone else order. I called the restaurant to see if my order was still there. They didn't answer the phone until I called a 3rd time. She said Wendy's and hung up. I called back again. Same thing. Decent chicken sandwiches and chili, but this particular location has the SLOWEST drive thru. Twice in less than 2 weeks, I was in the drive thru lane for over 1/2 hour and I just ordered 1 item both times. It wasn't as though they had a special meal deal like Popeyes did nor was the restaurant crowded (other than the employees, I only saw 4 persons inside). And they got my order mixed up! Is there anything they can do to speed things up and get things right at this particular location? Only reason I was there was to pick up something for someone else. I am shocked by these reviews. I can't recall a time where I had a bad experience other then the beans being a little hard in the chili the last few times I ordered it. The people have always been super cool and the food hot and fresh. Seriously. Go to the one off 55th and Lagrange... no comparison. I have yet to have a good experience at that one.
