This store manager Gladis doesnt know how to manage a schedule. Why is it everytime I go in she has an employee saying I was supposed to be off and there is a line out the door? Makes no sense. This is by far the slowest wendys I have ever gone to service wise and the manager Gladis is beyond rude. I feel bad for her employees. The only reason I attempt to go to this one is because its right by my house and their employee turn around seems to be high because I never see the same people. Except the one with blue and green hair(wish i could remember her name. I know its starts with an M.) She is a complete pleasure to deal with. She seems to remember me and treats me with respect. This Wendy's has consistently made us wait extended periods of time to order our food - if you want somewhere quick, this is NOT the store for you. We just stood in line for 20 minutes, watching as they would take one order, make and pack said order (while the rest of the line waited and stared), then they would move on to the next person. 20 minutes in line, and there were only 3-4 people in front of us when we got into the line. There is nothing worse at a fast food joint, in terms of service, than watching employees walk back and forth past you without ever being acknowledged - they must not want our business very much, so we left. Normally I have no issue at this location. As for this time it's another story. I went specifically for the strawberry salad. I placed my order. Got to the window to pay. The lady taking my order and my payment was amazing I have no issue with her I wish I would have gotten her name she was so great. But anyways I go to the window to receive my order. I get my drinks a bag with my sons salad and am told that I have one bag left. I get the bag and and I let the lady know I am missing my strawberry salad. She proceeded to tell me that they don't have the strawberry salad anymore. My first thought was that she wasn't even going to tell me because she handed me my order and said nothing. I asked her why they didn't tell me when I ordered it and she said that they had just ran out of it. So you mean to tell me that your not communicating with your associate that's taking the orders when your out of something. That makes the lady taking orders look bad and she was the best part of my visit. That's wrong. To top it all off the fries were cold and stale like they had been sitting for a while. We stopped here because I was notified on my Wendy's app that I got a new offer for a free 4 piece nuggets with my purchase. So we stopped here and the first thing I said was that I was using the coupon. Then we ordered everything else. Then when got to the window to pay I asked the lady if she needed the coupon code. Nope she didn't need us. She handed us our drinks and food and then we drove to a parking spot because all of a sudden my 6 year old had to go potty but before they got out I checked our food and we were missing our free nuggets.. This is the third time we went to this Wendy's within the last year and they were completely out of an important side item. The first two times it was ketchup. The most recent time (Oct 27th) they had no napkins...NONE! They offered us a paper towel from the mop room which didn't go over well. The food was OK but this is unacceptable. There is a Smart & Final 600 Ft away that has plenty of ketchup and napkins. Bad..Bad management, The McDonalds across the street looking pretty next time. read more

I came here with my son tonight, and probably won't be back. We ordered 2 taco salads, which comes with lettuce, cheese, salsa, chips, chili and sour cream. The guy who rang us up was very nice, but you could tell that he was either overwhelmed, new, or they were short staffed. Anyways we get the salads and go to sit down, and realize we didn't get salsa or sour cream. So we went back up to the register, waited in line, and ask him for the missing items, and he hands me 2 sour cream ONE salsa. So I ask him for another salsa because we got TWO salads...I go sit back down and after taking a few bites realize there's no chips! By this time I was irritated and the chili was cold, and I was over it, so I waited in line again. Meanwhile you can't see one worker anywhere in the back. There's a huge line, and no one is up there. I asked for a refund at this point, so the manager? hands me my money and doesn't say one word. Worst customer service ever. Worst Wendy's location I've ever been to. From the time I walked in, waited in line, received my food.....33 MINUTES!! I walked in at 4:08pm, ordered at 4:25pm, received my food at 4:41pm. Also when I'm called to get my food, mind you I was asked "Dine In or Out" I said Dine In. Well of course it's in a Bag....no big deal but I did state to the young lady cashier "Mercedes" I'm dining in. She then said "We have to put it in a bag anyway its part of our PROCEDURE". Well the next 6 customers all dined in and had there food put on a tray without bags. Just something I observed. So now I'm about to sit down to enjoy my food that had taken to long but I'm starving at this point. There is No ketchup on the two ketchup dispensers, No Napkins and tables are dirty. Maybe it's because I been spoiled at my regular Wendy's at the Redlands location (Off Redlands Blvd) and they are just AMAZING there. But this location needs some management and employee training so they can better their customers. I forgot to add that during my wait in line to order a family of 3 (parents and 2 year old child) and a separate customer (female) left due to the long wait. The cashier "Mercedes" (name of receipt) attending the cashier obviously haggling Money is also handling the food and NOT ONCE did she wash her hands. Enjoy Wendy's at least once a week. The baconator with onions is just a tasty treat The Chicken is great and the ice cream really hits the spot . The staff is very helpful too. I feel they have a very good menu and the food is alway good. read more

Always have problems with them at the drive thru it feels like they have selective hearing the order is always wrong just make sure and double check your food in the car before you even leave the window. We had to call the number on the receipt to get the right order they had an attitude on the phone drove back there attitude was gone and they redid our order plus we got to keep the first order so overall it was a headache both sides didn't want but at least it the problem was fixed. read more

Food was good for a fast food joint. Bake potato was cook just right. I read the ingredients for the butter and sour cream and decided not to use it, way to many long words in the ingredients. Asked for a kid's meal with a plain hamburger and sprite. The order I received was a sprite with 12 ants all in it ..worse thing is that I didn't even realize they were there till I drank half of it and started seeing black specs rising to the top of the cup. Ok so this review isn't really about the food. Fast food by nature isnt amazing. (Sorry Wendy's) But this is more of a shout out to the crew working on Sunday Oct 1 at 1pm. You guys seemed to be enjoying the workday. I saw some family members of yours come and it made the place feel a bit more friendly. lots of people working in the area stop here for lunch breaks, I'm one of them. Food quality is good, the salads are really great and fresh. The people working here are really attentive and come arnd the floor asking if you need anything, and picking up your tray if you finished. Not bad for a fast food restaurant!!! read more

Not enough workers, the girl doing the register is taking the order the goes and get all their food before helping the next customer. It is causing people to leave from waiting in line so long. If the 99 cents menu were still 99 cents, I'd give this place 5 stars. I love the salad and the chocolate frosty, but the salad went from 99 cents to 1.59 in a matter of 2 yrs. But, I still like it, so I recycle more bottles and cans so I can afford to go. read more

I go to this Wendy's cause it's the close to my house. They are quick and the food is fresh, but my order has been incorrect the last several visits. This last visit, while I was sitting at the drive thru window the cashier seemed too concerned about "leaving in 5 minutes" and maybe that's why I received the wrong order. The last few times i just let it go but this time I called about the mess up and the manager put my name down to receive the correct sandwich next time I visit, which is nice that I can at least get what I paid for, but it doesn't help me now.
