I just want to say, I had the absolute worse customer service ever today. The young lady was so rude and kept rolling her eyes at me. I myself work in customer service so I know how to be talked too and treated. I was confused about my app and she was like "Do you want it or what"... Excuse me? It was obvious it was just to difficult of a task for her to just dring in one single item. I told her to explain to me how to use it. We bought food today for our kids that included 2 milks. One was fine and our daughter took one sip of hers and refused to drink it. Come to find out it had gone sour. We assume she just thought we wanted something free or a refund but the real problem is that this was the 3rd issue of something being wrong with the milk. 2nd time it has been bad and another time there was no aluminum seal at all on the bottle. My husband let her know she should probably make sure they were still good before some other kid ended up getting another bad one and getting sick and she picked one up, looked at the date, said yup they're good, and that was that.
