This place has seriously gone down hill. Placed an order on 4/2 around 7:45 and I ordered a del cheeseburger and when I opened it up it was burnt meat and ketchup. It's Friday October 11, 2024 at about 10:30pm. I used the app to place my order and proceeded to the drive-thru to pick up the food. There was about 6 or 7 vehicles ahead of me on this busy Friday night. Pulling up to the pick-up window, I had questions about my order. The manager Cassandra over heard the conversation and made the correction while telling me the order was done right. This young lady gave me the benefit of the doubt and corrected my order. I found the manager at the Del Taco #1079 extremely rude and dismissive. I ordered the 3 chicken soft tacos for $3.10 and ordered the med fry with my gift card coupon for $1. I then asked for the senior discount and was given the incorrect price. The manager was dismissive when I told her the amount was wrong and she just walked away.$3.10+$1.00= $4.10-.41 senior discount=$ 3.69, 3.69x.075 tax=.28 therefore my bill should have been$3.69+.28 tax= $3.97 but I was charged $4.55. I originally was not going to be charged anything since the shift manager did not know how to correctly input the order. By being honest with the female store manager, I was overcharged $.58 with attitude from the female manager. I will never visit this location again. read more

I had another horrible experience at this Del Taco today at 3:00 p.m. I made an order using a coupon, and I asked if I could use another as many DelTaco locations allow me to do. I travel throughout the state on business, but this is managed by a very insulting person who I thought had moved on, especially since I had complained to DT corporate office. When the pie-faced middle-aged manager told me I could not use more than one coupon she berated me like a child, saying that she has told me that before. I explained that I eat at many del tacos throughout the state, and I have been told DT's policy is to accept two coupons, and when chuckled slightly she became upset and ordered me out of the restaurant. A few years ago I purchased $600 worth of gift cards online, when they had the Cyber Monday special. When I tried to use my free meal coupons she was rude to me and even said they were fake coupons. I explained that I had purchased $600 worth of gift cards for the holidays, and she accused me of being cheap and because she couldn't get the card to work, she told me it must be fake and told me to leave the store. I chuckled at the situation and she became angry ordering me to leave immediately, which I did. I'm a friendly senior citizen, and I tried to just laugh off horrible situations like this to relieve stress because I am under the control of a physician for high blood pressure and glaucoma and more. But she seemed to take delight and belittling me in front of customers and staff. Anyway I was shocked to see that she is still working there as I believed she would have been gone by now. I smile at everyone I meet and I'm courteous and kind and want to be treated the same way. Maybe I remind her of somebody because she never liked me from the beginning and treated me extremely rude. She definitely has some kind of a chip on her shoulder. My advice is for anyone who has coupons to use or even gift cards beware of this person she has a very strong attitude against certain types of people and she will tell you your coupon does not work or your gift card is out of cash even though they are both valid. They forgot the Beverage (so did I as I drove away but that's supposed to be their job) sorry Del Taco shoppers, there will be no beverages will your meal tonight.. 2.
