It comes with 4 smash burgers, 2 xl fries and four drinks. They do charge for extra chubzies sauce if people are wondering. It's like .50 cents. My perspective of the food is mid. The smash burger just tasted like meat and bacon. While sitting there eating with my family. A lot of regulars, I would say ordered and kept asking the cashier more chubzies sauce on the burger. Maybe I would agree with them to make the burger a little bit sloppy with the sauce. My burger did taste a bit dry. I add ketchup to make it a bit better. This is just random I would say. If you order a fountain drink. It doesn't include the lemonade it a bit more to pay but when you get charged for a drink it shows lemonade/soda for $3. My barbacoa burrito bowl was loaded and actually felt worth the money. Everything in my bowl tasted fresh and satisfying. The bad: my wife's carnitas tacos were honestly terrible. The meat was extremely dry, lacked flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting around for a day or two. Huge difference compared to the quality of the barbacoa. So while I enjoyed my food because of the portion size and fresh ingredients, the inconsistency between our meals makes it hard to rate this place any higher.

So I ordered a salad, and was told ranch dressing is extra. But that's a condiment for a salad. I would understand if I order a burger, but it was a dry salad with no dressing. So dumb. And FYI, the avacado tasted and looked funny. Kinda greyish in color. read more

Once I saw her add avocado, I asked if she could toast the bread. I stated I requested toasting in the special instructions because toast was not an option when ordering. She immediately and visibly got upset, argued that the note was not listed, and then became condescending when I asked again if she could toast it. Because of her rude response, I requested a refund. She was upset by this and, even though this was my first face-to-face interaction with her since I normally order online, she stated I had complained three times. This was incorrect. Back on 4/24/26, I placed an online order where special instructions again requested toast, but it was not done. I requested a refund at that time as well due to the attitude of the employee on the phone. At the time, I did not realize the woman on the phone was the same person I dealt with today. I asked for a receipt confirming the refund, but she refused to provide anything, including her name, even though she claimed to be the manager. I asked for her name so I could reference her if there was an issue with my refund. She does not look taller than 5ft, Hispanic/Latin, with unnatural red hair. I left with no guarantee of my refund. Managers exact words were "you got your refund last time, you will this time" I have now filed a complaint with Subway and am looking for the franchise owner information to escalate further. I will not be returning here. I may only be one customer, but I will be sure to share this experience with my dozen of coworkers who normally go to this location and others in the community.
