I had been considering dining on a hamburger for a while and selected the Wendy's Restaurant in Heath, Ohio for my dining experience. That was a HUGE MISTAKE that I will never make again. The burger that I ordered was only partially cooked with pink meat visible throughout and the restaurant was so cold that my meal became cold after only half eaten! I wondered if I was getting goose bumps or static electrical shocks due to the cold temperature in the restaurant. I didn't see any employees in the kitchen wearing food safe gloves and today I've experienced severe diarrhea. After partially finishing the meal, I went to the toilet and the commode had raw sewage leaking around the bottom perimeter onto the floor. Undoubtedly a health hazard in a restaurant environment. My advice is to pay a little more and eat at a decent restaurant. Wendy's in Heath, Ohio is HORRIBLE! read more

I put in an order on the mobile app. I got into the Drive Through line. At the speaker, they told me I would have to come inside to pick up my order. When I went inside, the manager would not talk to me directly and was around the corner and would not even look at me. She gave some bullshit excuse about having to lock the doors at 8pm, at which point I told her it is 2:21pm, what does that have to do with anything? Walked in and there was a toddler in a pack n play in front of the counter. I was so utterly shocked and confused what was going on. Crying loud across the whole restaurant. It appeared that the child was one of the workers. Not much attention payed to the child at all. Will never go back. That is extremely unacceptable. Oh, and they are slow as can be too. read more

Literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes after being told that shift change is occurring at around 4ish on a Thursday. The people who work there are not nurses or servers!! SHIFT CHNAGE?!? I get it! Your short staffed, it's post covid and I have worked in the food industry for years, so even after 15 min passes and everyone in front of me has paid and got their food, I ask how much longer it will be and was told I can't come to the window and the delay is due to shift change. I have blood sugar issues and told them if it's going g to be much longer, I'll go to the gas station near by and get something. They say oh no, shouldn't be much longer. Manager is here. 5 more min go by and people are yelling and honking at me to order and yelling what's going on. At this point I have waited over 20min and haven't even ordered yet. This isn't the first terrible encounter I have had but it surely was the most ridiculous. If they were having computer issues or internet probs, that's understandable . I don't understand why everyone complains about this Wendy's location in Heath. Everyone is friendly, they try their absolute best, and acknowledge their mistakes if they make any. Tonight I went to get some food, and their order taking machine(not sure what it's called) wasn't working. They let me know, and after waiting for about 7 minutes, one of the employees came out to let me know that the machine was back on. They were so kind that I got my meal and a frosty that I wasn't planning on ordering, free! They went above and beyond what I was expecting, and I think everyone shouldn't give them so much crap for working. A chain fast food restaurant in a convenient location. I stopped here for a bite to eat and they were fast to get my food to me and friendly staff working together as a team. Came through the drive-thru Saturday 11/7 at around 9:30pm. Not a single person in the drive thru, the young lady taking orders was annoyed she had to do her job and refused to allow me to order speaking over me constantly. I proceeded to the window and asked to speak to the manager in regards to the employees poor customer service. Instead I was greeted with quote "Do not be rude to my employees JackA$$" the drive thru window was then locked in my face and employees could be seen laughing through the window. Hebron Rd aka SR79 has a lot of food to offer. Most of it is of poor quality. If you just need a straight-up cheeseburger, go to this Wendy's. I have been to this location 4 times now. Burger is always good (like old school Wendy's) and unlike other reviews, the service is always quick and pleasant. Had my fries not been luke warm today, I'd give it 5 stars for a fast food burger joint. read more

This is not even remotely close to "fast" food....the last 3 times I have been there I have left bc I will not wait in a drive thru line with 7 cars in front of me....and then go inside where I am the only one in line except the lady still getting her food in front of me and no one can even take my order !!! I tried their new mobile option. When I pulled up tho the drive thru and told them I had a mobile order they claimed they never got it. So I had to reorder. I showed them my own on my phone and they told me that I needed to contact corporate for a refund because it would make their drawer short. Then and I quote "corporate needs to fix this shit because I'm tired of it". So I contact corporate because I was basically charged twice for the same meal. Corporate apologized and sent my information to the franchise owner and they would be in contact to refund my order. One week passes and nothing. I reach out again to corporate. They apologize and tell me that the manager marked it as closed, they reopen it and tell me the manager will reach out to me. I finally get an email from "New Wen, inc" and a person named morganne. They never identified what company they were with and asked me to send the photo of the front of my card. Um no. I had to google to find out New Wen Inc is the Wendy's Franchise of Newark. I responded to the email and nothing. Now it's been two days and still nothing. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again. I went with my family ordered chicken strips after being told they were soy free and they weren't. Had to rush my son to the hospital. Tried to call the store and of course they can't be bothered to answer the phone. I called corporate and have yet to call me back. This isn't a simple you got my order wrong. This is the worst sandwiches I have ever had. We bought a homestyle chicken,a spicy chicken and two small cheeseburger sandwiches. I just recently went to Wendy's for lunch ordered to spicy chicken meals and got the plain chicken with cheese. called and they replaced the meal with burnt chicken and so hard and dry. The fries was the greasies fries I have ever had. and that was the replacement meal. thought they was so nice for replacing our meals but they gave us the worst meals.
