Our favorite meal is a two piece dark meat original chicken with sides of coke slaw, green beans, corn, and mashed potatoes with gravy. Wendy's came in second a bit dry and tough like we were eating a piece of chicken. Burger King comes in third having a good Hawaiian bun that unfortunatly completly overpowers the fish. Then way down there we have McDonalds which was honestly sad. It was super dry, the bun was stale and hard, and the sauce we think was just mayo based on the "flavor".

The mac and cheese and chocolate shake were both good as well. The disappointment was my curly fries. They were mostly small end pieces, hard, and clearly not fresh. My husband then noticed the manager discard the remaining fries after filling my order and prepare a fresh batch for the customer behind us, whom she then joined in the dining room. That was frustrating to see. Overall, the food was decent, but when a fast-food meal for two costs more than $30, I expect everyone to receive fresh food--not the leftovers from the fry station while the next customer gets a fresh batch. I hope Arby's can be more consistent in serving the same quality to every customer.

Sadly they did slightly mess up my order as they added jalapeños, which I hate. Fiancés order was fine and he ordered jalapeños so they may have been confused. Luckily the jalapeños were fresh as opposed to from the jar so it wasn't hard to pick off. Everything else was fine. Love getting free peanuts to snack on while we waited. Hope to return soon.

Very attentive despite them being overwhelmed with tables. My drinks weren't kept filled because of it, but they were refilled eventually both times. Now for the negatives: As others have mentioned; this place has an open seating plan. For a first timer, it's confusing to see where the seating is because as you walk in you walk into the bar, and the seating is off to each side, and is hard to see open tables. Secondly, this leads to an uneven dispersal of patrons and thus some waitresses seem to be overwhelmed while other's seemed to be standing around. Final assessment: The food is terrific! 5 stars! The service would be 5 stars if they worked out the kinks on their seating. 3 stars. The decor is dated. The pictures on the wall were from 20-25 years ago and were faded.
