Ordered on the app just a chicken BLT. It was around lunch so it was busy but the problem I had was with the Mexican lady they had on the dressing table. I WATCHED her take her phone out (still having gloves on) taking phones and continue to make food NO GLOVE CHANGE OR NOTHING. Cross contamination at its finest after she pressed some numbers and put her phone up I immediately asked for a refund. All of it. My 94 year old father in law lives with us. I'm his care giver. All he wanted for his birthday dinner was Wendy's. Single +MOP. MUSTARD ONION PICKLE. I ORDERED A BACON DBL STACK AND MY HUSBAND A DBL ONION LETTUCE. 2 med frosty and a med fries. They said 35.00 he about spit, but we never do fast food. We got home and we had dbl stacks plain..3 of them. The double had everything but the sink. My father in law had everything but his MOP. Everything was cold. How the hell do these idiots get away with this crap? I called and management kept hanging up on me. I want it all remade tomorrow and I want my 35.00 back. 2 Days ago... 2 bad experiences in a single day. Experience 1: I stopped in at 7:30 am. There were only 2 people working. Tooka few minutes for anyone to realize I was there. When the person cooking noticed I was there he called it out to the only other person in the place. I think he was a manager. Manager hits me with abrupt directions. You have to order through the Kiosk and pay by credit card. This was odd and new to me and just shrugged it off as them being busy and not wanting to deal with a customer standing at the counter. I tried the first kiosk twice and it was not reading my card and then the second kiosk was the same. I called this out to the 'manager'. He told me to try again but to call him over before I tried my card. Tried again on the second kiosk. Same order. Same card. Same result. Manager has me go through it again only this time using the pay cash option. This sends me to the counter to pay. Paid at the register with the same card that did not work on the kiosks. Finally goes through. Point here is that if they are trying to save time do not try to make me order and pay at kiosks that do not work and if you are so short-handed that you cannot handle anything other than the Drive Thru, do no open your lobby unless maybe you can manage to get a third person in there. The next time I decide to go a mile in my wheelchair for breakfast, it will not be here. Bob Evans right next store would have been a better choice. Experience 2: I chose poorly to give them another chance. Sent my fiance up to get dinner for us and a friend. what a fiasco this was. Somehow my bacon double stack had no bacon at all. Her regular double stack had half the cheese as it normally would, and an order of fries that was clearly ordered as NO SALT had lots of salt. This is not a good thing since there are people who order no salt for health reasons. read more

No one at this Wendy's location seems to care about the customer experience at all. Extremely long waits for cold French fries and incorrectly made orders. The only small redeeming quality is the politeness of the employees working register at times. Avoid this location at all costs, there is a Wendy's right up the road on Alum Creek off 270. read more

This Wendy's is very close to my work, but I can not tell you how many times I have gone there and they are not open, during normal hours. Their system has been down so they can't take your order. The ice machine is broken. The list goes on and on. Working in the Groveport area we do not have a lot of choices and under normal circumstances I like Wendy's if I have to eat fast food, but this location is beyond frustrating. read more

Disappointing. Long lines. Doors locked during middle of afternoon and only had drive thru. Long drive through line. Moved quite slow. While I ordered one thing, they wrote the order differently. Couldn't read the screen when placing the order, not sure whether it was the sunshine or simply not working. Requested a single combo meal, medium sized. They wrote it up as small size. Ordered a medium frosty, mixed with chocolate & vanilla. They gave us a small chocolate. Food was standard Wendy's fare. This place must be a hidden gem. Visited the drive-thru with limited time during dinner rush, and was the third car in line. We had a decent size order for a party of 4, with a special request. Our food was out quickly, the service was friendly, our order was spot on, and the food was really good. Pretty much everything one would desire from a drive-thru. read more

Excellent neighborhood Wendy's!! Close to Groveport and roomy. It has semi-truck parking. Friendly staff and was clean last time we were inside. The drive-in is usually fairly full, but moves at a good pace. Getting in and out of the restaurant can be a bit tricky, due to nearby warehouse distribution centers that have an impact on traffic routing. This location is close enough to Groveport to have that "small town" feeling. Almost like you are on to a great and well kept secret! Will definitely visit again and again on those "what do you want to do tonight?" nights. read more

This is the best Wendy's in Columbus. The quality is what it always used to be. Usually really crowded and the drive thru line out onto Groveport Rd. I love when there's only 3 people in the dining room! I prefer this pace. One of my favorite Wendy's. The employees work their behinds off. They always remember you when you come in. This Wendy's is so cold all the time. If I happen to go to this Wendy's I have to bring a blanket in to keep from freezing. It is near my house. When my husband and I order what we want on our hamburgers, our order is never right. read more
