So we "pre-ordered" and hit the drive thru to wait 17 mins with only 2 cars in front. Only to be asked to "pull ahead" and wait some more. ONLY to have to go in because they forgot sauce, ONLY to have to wait 5 more minutes inside with 8 other customers, for an employee to come to the front.. Finally, we get home only (x3) to find half filled and cold fry containers.. Come on, guys, you can do so much better than this.. No longer a convenient treat.. It's just ridiculous. Very very bad place and not recommended first they hooked me up with the story that the system was not working, so that they would take the cash only then. I didn't even get the bill for my sedvic, and coke,when I opened it and saw what I got, the cheese was as hard as the meat, I immediately turned around and picked up the sandwich and asked for another one. I told all this to the fat worker on drive true who could barely walk, then he lied saying that it was not true and that he supposedly saw that they made another sandwich. This location has never gotten my full order right. From a full milk milkshake which I called them out on before they gave it to me. To lack of items orders or wrong items, tonight was the worst. This restaurant is trash. I have made no less than 10 complaints to them about the nasty quality of their food. Their breakfast biscuits are hard as rocks and the burritos are a day old with orange cheese regularly. The burritos are literally like rubber bands, and the biscuits so hard the dog has a hard time chewing them. Total disgrace, another reason why $15 an hour should NEVER happen. NEVER gets any order correct..... not sure if they are lazy or just don't know how to read... the receipt says exactly what you order and even says what items you don't want on the burgers yet they still put it on. Even if you say you are allergic they still put that item on it. I suggest checking your food while sitting in the drive thru! read more

If you are getting fast food in the area do not go here... The customer service is terrible and the workers are super rude. I was told to pull up and wait. I feel this MD is doing a good job. We've all been to a variety of them. This one makes mistakes, and corrects them with an apology. The food is cookie cutter. All the standards plus new promotions are here. This IS "a participating location" when it comes to those games and all coupons. Of course I've had food that was wrong in every way that you have. I also special order a lot, and get it right 95% of the time. They do a great volume of business at this location. Perhaps due to the fact that it is 24hr, and on the correct side of the street for all southbound Rickenbacker, and warehouse production commuters. They are slinging that coffee at a rapid pace on mornings. I feel that their speed is better than average. There are 2 drive thru ordering stations funneled into 1 lane for pay, and pick-up. I've noticed the same veteran faces in those windows for 3 years now. They know where to put their strong players. Like most fast food with high turnover among employees, this is most likely the cause that the food is incorrect. They just keep turning over bodies in the food prep area. The amount of personal cell phone attention is at a minimum here. I've seen it more times when inside at the counter, and the new cashier who does not even have her new name tag yet, is glancing at her phone while asking you to repeat what she was not listening to. For as long as I continue to indulge in fast food, I will patronize this location. Thanks MD for making the change to fresh beef, and removing many of the artificial additives. read more

Me and my boyfriend went there & our order was messed up and not to mention that it took us 15 minutes to get our food. I went to go inside and some ghetto girl names kari or whatever stoped me at the door and she looked at me with a disgusted look on her face and said "why are you coming up here the lobby is close " all I say back is " my order was messed up " her rude reply is " don't you have a car ? You can't go around" and then I tell her that I waited for 15 minutes and she says it was because they were busy . I talked to the so called "manger" and I told him that I work in customer service and that there was no reason for the way she acted . He tells me too come around and get my food, we come around to see that another customer was about to get into A physical altercation with different employee. So my boyfriend gets out of the car and they girl tells him that she has " Ni**as for him" meaning she has people to fight him . We look at the manger and ask why she was clocked in and yelling at us then we also wanted to know if the lobby is closed why is everyone sitting outside ? Long story short we went too the window to get our food for the 3rd time and she was still talking about the whole situation and when she sees us she said " see oh my god why are you back" and all we say is that she shouldn't talk like that . This is by far the worst McDonald's and the worst service I've ever had at ANY fast food restaurant. This happened Sunday @11:58 , & I've called everyday and it says user busy everytime so I couldn't even talk to the General manger but I think this is so ridiculous and unprofessional . read more

But boy, other then one bad encounter , the workers are always so nice there! had to pull to a parking sit to wait on order. after 12 minutes they bring the wrong order and after 20 minutes I sent my son in. he had to wait 10 minutes in the restaurant and when we got home we discovered they left one of our sandwiches off. not the first time I've had trouble with this particular store but it will definitely be the LAST!! read more

When the teen age boy pushed it out the window I actually broke out laughing.
