    Where's the bacon?
    Tomika H.

Lobby always closed and they cheated me on the son of a baconator burger. I get them for my daughter because she loves them. I KNOW WHAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE!!! I return the burger. I knew something was off because the bag was so light. Those burgers have some weight. The cook explains this is a son of a baconator with the smaller patty. It honestly looked like a double cheeseburger from the value menu. WHERES THE BACON?!?!Not a specialty burger. Won't be back, this place is not good anymore.

No one in the place except for me...

Every time I go to this location there is an issue. Missing items, location issues, nothing is ever right at this location.

I don't understand how they're still in business. I stay as far away from that Wendy's as possible.

I'm pretty sure everyone working is high off their ass the entire time they are working. I've never seen people worse at their job.

Stopped in for a "quick" meal but left after waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. Not likely to return.

Prison quality would definitely not go here on a regular basis, the meat is almost always never cooked the fries and the fries are ice cold.

The people working here have a combined IQ of 2. Don't go here at any cost. Literally anywhere else would be a huge upgrade.

We were told that the owner is the chef who cooks every dish, and you can really taste the fresh ingredients in the food. We've never had a bad meal here. The service is always great and very welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I highly recommend it to everyone. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out

The menu is large and eclectic, which generally makes me nervous for the food. American, Asian, seafood...and Hawaiian. I was pleasantly surprised by how good my moco loco was, as good as I've had on the island. I had some of my friend's seafood crepe. It was interesting, I enjoyed a few bits, but would not order it. Our other friends enjoyed their bibimbap and stuffed salmon. The drinks were also good, though their cocktail list appeared to be from Christmas/winter. The interior is basic and modern, I did like that they have large doors that would open in warm weather. The only negative was the the service. Despite the restaurant not being busy we waited a long time for our food. Then we had to search for our server, who did not come back to check on us, to be able to pay.

But with this brand-new location opening in our area (along with all the buzz, protests, and controversy that came with it), I figured it deserved a fair try. I opted for the drive-thru on a very chilly morning. They offer both walk-up and drive-thru, but the cold made the choice easy. The team members taking orders outside were clearly new and still finding their footing, and I genuinely appreciated how hard they were trying. The young man who took my order had a trainer nearby, and you could tell he was a bit nervous -- but he was doing his best. Same for the young woman who handed me my food on the pickup side. I tip my hat both of them. And the food? Excellent. Whatever else people may say about the brand, Chick-fil-A has always prided itself on quality -- and it shows. Everything was fresh, hot, and prepared just right. I may not stop in often because of the higher price point, but I get it. Quality costs more, and you can taste the difference. But the biggest shout-out goes to the back-of-house crew. It must have been right at that crossover between breakfast winding down and lunch gearing up -- which, in any fast-food place, is its own special kind of stress. And in a brand-new store during opening week? Multiply that pressure by ten. I worked in fast food back in my college days, so I have a pretty good sense of what's happening behind that swinging door: the constant rush, the tight choreography, the pressure to keep every station moving while also learning new systems on the fly. Those back-of-house workers are doing some of the most important jobs in the building, and yet they're often the ones who get the least recognition. While the front-of-house team interacts with customers, the kitchen crew is back there hustling -- cooking food properly, assembling orders, keeping the place clean, restocking, troubleshooting equipment, and shifting between meal services. It's demanding work on the best day, and even harder when everything is still new. We don't see those folks, but they're the heartbeat of the operation. Without them, nothing works. And speaking as someone who has family working in the industry, I sincerely hope management recognizes how hard their back-of-house crew is working during these early weeks. A little patience and well-earned appreciation can make all the difference -- especially for the team members carrying the heaviest load. So to the team behind the scenes -- thank you. My hat goes off to you. And yes, I'll definitely be back.

The service is good, I can tell they're still getting used to things. My issue is the taste of the food compared to what I'm used to. Every time something was forgotten from the order, even something as simple as straws it was frustrating after driving away. The fries always seem to be room temperature like they've been sitting. The last time I even had a completely undercooked one. The nuggets taste good. Everything is clean and nice. I'm hoping this isn't how it's going to be at this location.
