The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I put in a mobile order, went through drive thru, and was told to pull up in the mobile order parking lot. Waited 20 minutes. I asked them why it's taking so long and was told they thought I got my food then asked me for the name of my order. Fries and chicken nuggets are usually dry and burned. My cheeseburger came out with the wrong toppings on it three times. Fourth time was the charm. And it wasn't because they were jammed up with customers, because I was the only customer in the place from the moment I walked in to the time I left. The burger was good - when I finally got the right one. But, the time I had allocated to lunch had to increase around 300%, so that's a tough calculus in terms of the whole fast food premise, i.e., speed is worth a lower taste/quality level. read more

Lobby always closed and they cheated me on the son of a baconator burger. I get them for my daughter because she loves them. I KNOW WHAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE!!! I return the burger. I knew something was off because the bag was so light. Those burgers have some weight. The cook explains this is a son of a baconator with the smaller patty. Some of y'all might not like this place. However I do. The staff is slow admittedly, but come lunch time, all those Lebanese, Albanian, Mexican workers in grosse pointe flock here. I've gotten great JBC sandwiches, great chicken sandwiches, and superb fries. Sometimes my coworkers beg, and mumble for a snack of Wendy's. This is a good location in my opinion. If I could give less I would. I just left this Wendy's and tried to eat inside. The door was locked, but people were inside eating. I walked to the other door and a customer let me in. An employee walked past (named Derrick or Darryl) and said the inside is closed. I asked why and they said because they are short staffed. I asked for the store number and he said he didn't know with an attitude. I asked if he was the manager (I knew he was as he had on a grey shirt) and he said yes. I asked as the manager how don't you know the store number. He sucked his teeth and said I don't know it and asked if I wanted to speak to the store manager. I said absolutely. The store manager (named Rasheeda) slowly walks to the register and proceeds to stand there. I say hi are you the store manager? She shakes her head yes. I proceed to say all I wanted was the store number from your manager and he said he didn't know it with an attitude. She said ok by nodding her head. Never once speaking a word. I ask her name again and she said Rasheeda! She then said how can I help you would you like to order? I responded no and said have a great day. While walking out several people were at the door asking what's going on. I explained to the people they were closed on the inside because they were understaffed. I would politely recommend NOT eating here. In addition to the employees being short-tempered, rude, and incompetent when it comes to taking and serving orders, they also don't follow proper cleanliness procedures -- they actively encourage new employees not to wear gloves when handling food, regularly eat from the same stores of food they serve to customers, don't clean up oil and grease spills when the fryers frequently overflow, don't allow food to cook for its proper duration of time, and neglect to keep up with restroom maintenance. I went in to use their restroom once and found feces heaped and smeared all over the seat and the inside of the bowl. It was still there when I went back later to check, so I ended up having to clean it off myself. Disgusting! If you're going to go here, I wouldn't advise you to get anything more complicated than a Frosty, since those are the only things you can be (mostly) sure that they'll get right. read more

I ordered a meal for me and two of my family members and upon opening the bags we realized not only did they give us all the wrong food, they also charged us about 10 dollars more than its worth. We returned to the store and after informing the employee upfront, we were greeted with a terrible attitude and poor service. After many minutes they finally gave us the food we ordered. We then asked about the possible price error and they gave us snarky remarks and rude faces before giving us ONLY one dollar back..... we felt it was a losing battle to try and get the rest of our money so we left.
