I am so happy to have it a Chick-fil-A near my house for the first time ever! And for years, I've had to drive 30+ minutes to get Chick-fil-A. Not anymore! I highly recommend using the Chick-fil-A app to place a mobile order, or to browse the menu if you were in the drive-through . I have been here twice now -- once for breakfast and once for dinner. I enjoyed the breakfast of chicken minis and hash brown. They're hashbrowns are better than McDonald's by far. Very crispy and not greasy. However, my experience with dinner was not as great. I ordered grilled chicken nuggets and unfortunately they were very slimy. we did go back to get a refund, but the customer service was lacking. I know that this location is brand new so I know there is a lot of kinks in things to work out before they get in the groove. I'll definitely give them a try soon! Definitely use the app to earn points towards free food! There is plenty of parking here, so that's a plus. read more

First experience at Chick-fil-A was in Florida ... it was love at first sight ... we loved it so much that we gladly drove 20 minutes to eat there. Food was great, service was excellent and the restaurant ran like a well oiled machine. The restaurant in Roseville is a disaster. The area where you order and pick up your food is smaller than our bedroom and typically packed with customers waiting for long periods of time. It's not unusual to see them returning to straighten out incorrect orders. This store is vastly different than any experience that I've had in either Georgia or Florida ... which were both a very positive experience. Today was my last visit to this Chick-fil-A ... they simply do not deserve my time or money. read more

Roseville Chick-fil-A? Lower your expectations. This is a bad location with a worse parking lot, as well as apathetic employees, and screwed-up orders. Nothing worse than waiting over 20 minutes for one's food, then having to go back and wait longer to get the order corrected. How am I supposed to drink a shake without a straw? The waffle fries are completely missing from the order? Oops, someone forgot to add the dressing to the salads, forgot the salad toppings too...you get the point. Do not expect attention to detail at this location. I would suggest driving further north to the 23 Mile and Gratiot location where the experience is more relaxed, organized and detail driven. read more

I went to Chick Fil A and ordered $40 worth of food. The order was submitted at 6:55pm. I arrived to the restaurant at 7:05pm. My name was still under "In Progress". After about 10 minutes it changed to "Ready" but no one called my name. I asked the person who was calling names and told them that it was on the screen as "Ready" and no one called out for the order. It also stated it was ready in the app and now my name is gone from the ready screen as well as the app stating I picked up the order. He told me they had to find the order it would be coming shortly. I asked for a refund because I witnessed them asking where the order was and they had not started it! I stood there for 15 minutes requesting a refund which they kept saying the food is coming. I stated I no longer had time to wait for the food, I wanted a refund which they refused to give me. I ended up being late to where I was going and had to spend additional money due to their lack of care or concern for what people are asking for. It was not my fault for their error and I provided plenty of time for it to be rectified yet they still refused to give me and refund and forced me to wait for food. I would rather drive an additional 30 minutes to another location than using this one. Not only did they force me to take the food it was STILL wrong when I got it! Tried the breakfast combo and it was pretty good. The process to order was easy and the service was quick. I would go back to try it for lunch and maybe eat inside to check out the ambiance inside. read more

This was the first and last time I will go there. Friendly service but the grilled chicken sandwich was the worse.

Sincerely disappointed by the lack of attentiveness, inaccuracy of order, and stale food. Not only was the person in front of us given the wrong order and gave the order back. But I'm almost sure that we received the order that was given to her. The person that gave us our food was missing a part of our order that I had to request to go back and get. I had specifically asked for no cherries on the milkshake we ordered and the milkshake was also incorrect. THEN we were missing parts of our order and were surprised when we arrived home to find that they were missing. I struggle with this location because as much as I love Chick-fil-A, this location, lacks the excellence that most locations have. read more

The employees at the Roseville, MI location need some major improvements. I was ignored at the pick up counter, was disrespected by the employee who wasn't doing their job, and my order was also incorrect. Me and my friends will not be back to that location. read more

I live three miles away from this Chick-fil-A on Gratiot avenue. When my food got to me the fries were limp and cold . That spicy chicken honey pimento sandwich was not good. It'll be a long time before I go back there again. I should have just got my usual nuggets. The sandwich was cold also.
