I stopped by here around midnight. I placed a mobile order for chicken nuggets (10) and a drink. I went to drive thru. I was told they were only accepting card purchases. I received my drink order and was told to pull up to a mobile order parking for the rest of my order. I waited about 9 minutes for my order, which is a long time for nuggets. So I need to post an update from my last post. I found out that in the mornings there was only one elderly lady assigned to work in the mornings. To open the entire store, prep the stations, and serve customers. After a while she would just lock the doors and walk away. I don't blame her. Morning visit after 9 am to take advantage of the tv advertised English muffin and seasoned potatoes for $3. I was the only customer inside the restaurant. Got quick and polite treatment from the counter person with a short wait for my food. The English muffin was just the right-sized portion for the small breakfast meal that I wanted this morning. I was a little concerned about the low rating for this Wendy's but sometimes we live on the edge. The restroom was clean and actually smelled super clean so that was definitely a good start. I ordered a taco salad without the roasted corn and the order came out just right. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and the chili was hot and tasty. The frosty machine was up and running (not always the case for some low-rated Wendy's) so we ended up getting salted caramel and junior frostys as well. There were at least 3 or 4 employees working at the time which was a late lunch and it didn't take long for them to prepare our order. The fries were freshly fried and hot. Overall, it was a good experience and the food was exactly as expected. And the snowman decor in the corner was charming and grin-worthy. read more

First of all I like Wendy's a lot. But for some reason around Greensboro and surrounding areas there service is lacking. Foods still good but almost every time I go here the service is not good. It seams like whoever is working the drive through is always mad about something or just looks like they don't want to be there...not rude at all but not friendly....makes me wonder if I should come back read more

If you have any plans for the rest of the day I would avoid. I would be hard pressed to find slower or less enthusiastic employees if I really tried. This Wendy's is a great location! The orders are delivered quickly without errors. I usually order my food online on the app so I can take advantage of earning points and using the coupons. Every time I have arrived, my order has been ready to go! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-kept. Even when the drive-through line is long, you can generally get through really quickly, so don't turn around if you see a long line. read more

I ordered my food, a spicy chicken sandwich combo. At 12:41 pm I did not receive my food until 1:17 pm . I am an hourly worker who is only allowed 30 min lunch breaks. This wait ate my entire lunch. The older lady at the front counter to hand food over and bag online orders continuously cleared the board that had the food progress on it. My name went to "ready" then off the board 1 min later and I still waited another 13 min before anyone even addressed me about my food, then had to take my receipt just to make my food. The food that I had was amazing but I only received part of my order. I tried to call the location but I only heard a busy signal. Tried calling back 20 mins later and same result. I've been to this wendys a few times and I dont think it's ever been a pleasurable experience, either it's something with the food, service or cleanliness. This most recent time I went through the drive through and the drive thru operator was rude from the get go. I pulled up to the window and was informed that there was no cheese for the baconator fries but then was informed there was cheese sauce (Slightly confused on the difference). I got home and looked at what I had ordered and it was questionable what this cheese sauce was, I was also missing the bacon on my fries. This is the first time I went to this Wendy's location. We went inside to order and eat. Right from the start the lady taking our order had an attitude, like we were bothering her to do her job. No greeting, no words at all from her. Just huffs and irritated look. They gave the person after us attitude as well. Went to find a table while they got the food together. Tables were gross and not wiped down. There were about 6+ people behind the counter, half of them standing around, but they can't find time to wipe down the tables. And when we went in there was no one sitting down at the tables. They looked they had not been cleaned in days. To put the cherry on top, we order two LARGE combo meals, (IE large fries and large drinks). It shows large on the receipt and that is what we paid for, but we got small combos and small drinks. With the attitude we get from the start we didn't want to bother with it. We were already maxed out on how much poor customer service we could handle. read more

This Wendy's offers your standard and expected experience. Food was served in a timely manner and hot (the nuggets could have been more warm). Polite gentleman behind the counter. The dining room could use a good facelift as it's old and out of date with several flies to keep you company while you enjoy your meal. Easy access to hwy 68. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. They also have sanitizer provided for guests in the lobby. Plenty of parking spaces and a quick moving drive thru it seemed. read more

First experience here first experience with the mobile app. App is terrible kept crashing, told me to order my food when I was in the building (why would I mobile order inside to wait?). Well, I was hungry for a Wendy's chily today. 3 people in front from me inside. My order was a large chili and small fries. 20 freaking mins. later which I had to go back to the counter to request for my order, I can see that this location hasn't changed since my last review. I spoke to other customers and they stated that this is the worst Wendy's around. I can tell you right now 20 min for chili that is made and fries laying under the heat lamp, is unacceptable. Where to start. The lunch crew does not know what they are doing. They do not work together as a team to make food quickly or correctly. I watched in my 20 min in line in the dining room, people bring back incorrect orders, cashiers give up and walk away, spilled drinks, wrong orders given to the wrong person, orders placed on the counter without calling out who it's for, and chili cups dropped on the ground and put back for use to fill orders. The buns on the burgers are awful. My family used to eat there a lot until they changed the buns. The buns absord everything on the burger until its soggy. Strange texture and has a yello tint like potato bread. The fries are always limp and barely warm. read more

I visited this Wendy's location today and I was shocked the unprofessional behavior displayed by one of the staff members. Sherry took my order and she was very professional and courteous. She even told me about the survey and how I could get $2.00 off my next salad. There was another young who was mopping the floor. She was loud, crass and very unprofessional. She was yelling about someone coming in from another store who didn't mop the floors well. I understand you were upset about it but yelling about it in front of customers is not the way to handle it. You never speak negatively about a team mate in front of customers. I was very disgusted by her behavior. I felt as though she did not represent Wendy's well.
