When I was driving down South and passing through Charlotte, North Carolina I made it my priority to make sure that I tried at least one Bojangles restaurant. It was late in the evening and we just got into our hotel, so naturally the family was hungry. Around the corner there was a Bojangles that I decided to stop at and place a carryout order. I initially went through the drive-thru, but it was being operated by some crappy AI system that wasn't really making my life easy. From there I decided to park and place my order inside, as much as I wanted to avoid stepping foot in the restaurant. Thankfully I don't regret my decision, because I felt very welcomed by the people who were working that shift. Good customer service is rare in a fast food establishment, but they exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take advantage of their special Bo Bites deal. I'm not kidding when I tell you I got 20 of these large chunks of boneless chicken with fries, cole slaw, a bunch of sauces and a 1/2 gallon of their sweet iced tea for less than $25. The whole meal really hit the spot after so much driving and everything tasted great. The strawberry cobbler biscuit was a nice touch, but I realized I could have done without it after all the food I ordered. This meal lasted us for 2.5 days roughly. One reason I'm not giving this a perfect 5 stars is because hunger played a huge factor in my enjoyment of this meal, which probably made the food taste better than it normally would be. I also do not like any establishment that uses AI for drive-thru and I will always dock points for that. read more

Staying in a hotel down the road and the food was quick and fresh! It was very good. I ordered the 3 chicken tenders combo w/a biscuit and French fries. I got an extra side of mashed potatoes. I wasn't a fan of the French fries, they were a little salty for me, but everything else was great! read more

I'm staying in a hotel down the street and when I want something quick this was the perfect spot. I know there are a lot of reviews that the chicken was under or over cooked I was lucky both times cooked perfect chicken was seasoned well and nice and juicy. I also got their strawberry dessert and watermelon sweet tea. Both delicious. Definitely will come back while I'm nearby. I thought it was very interesting that they had AI taking orders in the drive though. Very tech savvy and my order wasn't wrong (again only went twice) I had two different ladies at the windows to pick up my order both were polite and quick with service. Will definitely remember to take photos next time I return to justify my good review with evidence. read more

I stopped at this location and I normally check reviews before stopping anywhere but I didn't this time. I can say I am glad I didn't because I wouldn't have gave them a chance but I had a great experience and I can see they haven't had a review in some time so they deserve some kudos! For their health inspection they did have a 98 which is AMAZING for any establishment. Our food was fresh and hot. Overall the customer service was great as well. They did have a long drive through line by they moved the line so quickly I was impressed. Hopefully others have a great experience and give them some good reviews. read more

Visited this location several times now. You cant beat Bojangles chicken! Restaurant is always neat and clean. Location is fairly new with nicely maintained interior and exterior. This visit I tried the chicken rice bowl topped with Bo bites. It was very delicious and surprisingly filling for size of container. My only complaint about this location is the staff seen to argue and yell at each other on random trips here. read more

We eat at Bojangles in a number of different places and we have never seen one this slow and disorganized, but the food was good. The group that owns this store should take a look at it and do something to address the serious management problems. read more

Today, 2/8/26, I visited this location at roughly 8:30pm. Online it stated that the restaurant wasn't due to close unit 10pm. Upon entering the parking lot, it was a bit difficult to see any staff members inside or if they were indeed open. So, I bypassed the ordering mechanism and went directly to the window. I locked eyes with a staff member who began ignoring me. As I attempted to get his attention, he began backing away out of my view. I got out of my vehicle and began knocking on the window informing him that I could see him. He immediately disappeared and shortly after a different gentleman came to the window asking how he could help. I communicated to him that I was unkindly being ignored by an employee. He stated the staff member who walked away ignoring me name was Shaun/Shawn. This staff member needs a full class in customer service! This is completely unacceptable even at Bojangles. The Food Service business is built on the needs of the customers. And I the customer needs and wants were not met in any capacity. I suggest that Leadership have a help me understand conversation with Shaun/Shawn. This can't possibly be the first time something of this sort has transpired. Shaun/Shawn may need to be retrained and possibly reprimanded for this poor behavior. read more

I like to leave honest reviews but hate to have to rate low due to employees who can ruin a great experience. This is our 2nd time coming here( 1st time was 2021). We are here for Super 32 Wrestling Tournament. Went through the drive thru. The person taking our order had us wait a minute or so to order. Upon placing order, we inquired about the boo berry biscuits and were informed very aggressively that they were out. When we got to the window, we asked if they would have them later today or tomorrow and same girl was so rude about how they were out and she didn't know. No smile, thank you, have a nice day, just purely miserable look on her face. So, although the food is good, the staff really needs to lighten up and remember that some of us traveled a long way (Oklahoma to North Carolina) and that just left a bad taste in our mouth. read more

I come here regularly. Normally the food is fresh and delicious but this week has been WAY off. For the 3rd day in a row I've received practically raw bacon on my food. This morning I even had to go inside due to the drive through being down and requested they make sure the bacon was cooked thoroughly and still received the opposite. Pretty upset because this is generally my morning go to before work. read more

This is the second time I've had to wait my entire lunch break to get my food and then today I was shorted a side. Went here last Sunday morning. Added bacon to the biscuit and upgraded to large. No joke this is the BoRounds received. It's 2/3 full and was so bad I asked the girl at the window about it. She said that's how much we give. While the receipt says Pepsi I asked for a large unsweetened tea and of course received sweet tea. Contacted bojangles corporate a week ago and got no reply so posting here. Btw the menu says upgrading to large is .89 but I was charged $1.50 between a half filled BoRound order and an undrinkable beverage. If I'd gotten what I paid for I wouldn't care but I did not. I come here most mornings before work and I always ask for extra seasoning on my fries. This location always does that and other locations in Greensboro will just put no seasoning on them instead. They're pretty fast too and everything has always came out fresh for me. There's only one time that I've ever had to wait and that's when they were making everything fresh. They were very polite about it and apologetic. In my experience this is the best bojangles in Greensboro. read more

Bad service, from the beginning the girl had bad attitude taking our orders. Waited over 20 mins for our food and my husband had to go remind them that we where still waiting. STAY AWAY! The chicken breast was inedible my dog wouldn't even eat it. The rice was dry and the beans were so salty I just couldn't eat any of it! Horrible! The guy at the window was nice and friendly but the food was horrible. Saturday night @7:30 food should not be this bad YUCK read more

I have eaten here occasionally since this store opened. I have never had a good experience here. Not for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I just picked up a three piece dinner, all white meat. They were out of coleslaw, really? Not the first time, either. If you don't have it you can't sell it. I got home and there were 2 pieces in the box. The breast was okay, a bit heavy on the breading. The whole wing was the size of my thumb. It would have been rejected by wing stop for being too small. The biscuit was par. The (substituted) mashed potatoes were par. The dirty rice was very dry and meh. Both portions were typically small. C'mon Popeyes! read more

1) I drove up to the drive through and with no one there I was never greeted just silence. I waited and finally said "hello!" 2) when she started taking my order they were laughing and talking loudly in the background so we couldn't hear each other 3) when I pulled to the window she still didn't greet me 4) i ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and a soda. She didn't give me any napkins and no straw 5) The food was so cold that the cold two slices of cheese never melted I hope either this place closes down or so many others come to the area that it will no longer be one of the few options for breakfast nearby. read more

This place has zero sense of customer service. Don't bother trying to call in to speak with management because they don't care enough about your concerns to even attempt to speak with you, they will tell you they're busy and hang up the phone. The food is also not worth the time or drive, I ordered two meals for me and my partner, just to get home and open the bag to something completely and utterly different. I didn't feel like getting back up and driving back to the store and driving back home so I had no choice but to eat it anyways. The biscuits were dry, the chicken was cold, the only food that tasted fresh were the fries. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know, you'd be better off eating out of the garbage. read more

Very disappointed & not a good value. After waiting for Supremes, the seasoned fries very not fresh, half the green bean container was juice with not beans, they left out biscuits & we think 1/2 gallon of tea. I stopped here at 7am on a non-holiday week day (Thursday). The sign on the door said the dining room opens at 5am, but the rude woman working had an attitude and would not open the front door so we could enter. She said the drive-thru was open and we could order there. Well, we also needed to use the restroom after traveling. I had 3 children with me who really needed to use the restroom. We also would have bought food. No signs were up explaining why, or indicating that the dining room was closed. I will be contacting the owner because this was extremely unprofessional. This location is horrible with customer service! They had the cinnamon biscuits but no frosting. Gravy with no sausage. No gloves .. no masks! I stopped coming because of rude customer service. I ordered the roasted chicken bites with a side of fries and sweet tea. The chicken bites were sooo good. The chicken bites were very tender, very flavorful and they were hot and fresh. The added kick to them that made made them spicy was perfect and now I wish I ordered more. The fries were perfectly seasoned and kind of crispy which is how I love my fries. The biscuit was good too but I like my biscuit a bit darker but I still ate it. The tea was really sweet but that's how I like it so no complaints here other than not enough chicken bites since they were so good read more

Great place to eat and great place for customer service. Highly recommend. All the workers are great!

although the food was amazing other than the bo berry biscuit being extremely hard and unappetizing, the costumer service was terrible, other than omer, he was a absolute delight. he helped us out, after they said we got our order when we ordered two of the exact same meals. they told us they already handed it out, then omer checked the computer and seen there were two orders and not one. omer saved my morning god bless that kid. the only reason im giving them a two start is because of omers wonderful costumer service read more

First visit at Bojangles. Went at the lunch time rush and for being as busy as it was, I got served quickly. The restaurant looked really clean. Staff: The staff was very friendly, even telling me to leave my garbage on the table and he'd take care of it for me. Food: Decent chicken, got the strips and fries. The fries were seasoned nicely. Washed it all down with their "Legendary Sweet Tea"... which was awesome. I was a bit turned off of fried chicken due to an awful experience at KFC but heard good things about Bojangles so figured I'd give it a try. This place blows KFC out of the water! I will definitely be back! For being fast food, it didn't feel like fast food - if that makes sense. Haha read more

You have one job! How hard can it be? Went through the drive thru and ordered very clearly w/ no special requests. Order was wrong and all sauces were either wrong or missing. Didn't know until I got back to my hotel and the line had like 20 cars so no going back through for correct stuff. But these "people" want more money to do a shit-poor job. Fuck you Bojangles! Never again will I order your shit! And EVERYONE I can reach will get a poor-as-I-can-give report on your food and service! read more

Employees are rude. Ordered ahead of time, and after half an hour, they couldn't get a simple box of chicken ready, even though there were ZERO customers inside the restaurant and drive thru. No apology or explanation, just shoved the box to me and walked away. Ignored the trash attitude, but when I got home, I realized that they didn't even get my order correct. This is the second time this has happened, and I don't believe you need a damn doctorate degree to know how to put thighs and legs in a box when specifically requested? So why do ya'll keep giving me breasts and wings????? I wasn't about to drive another 20 minutes back, but the people working at this place are just so damn lazy, it's ridiculous. Can't even follow simple instructions. IF YOU CANNOT GIVE THIGS AND LEGS, THEN DON'T PUT THAT SELECTION ON YOUR MENU!!!!!!! Corporate out here ignoring complaints just like the greedy belly scratchers they all are. Don't even bother coming to this location. It's worth the extra bucks to switch to Popeyes. Worst Bojangles I've ever been to. Ordered lunch and when the girl 'SLID' my food to me without a tray, I asked for some hot sauce. Literally so much incompetence involved it's amazing. I ordered the supreme special and they messed it up multiple times. Finally when I said "I may have messed up ordering it" the manager looked at me and said "yeah you did". When in reality your drive thru window employee has zero idea what they're doing and can't seem to comprehend a simple order that is listed in bold in their drive thru order. Update: got home and realized the biscuits that were meant to come with the special and I had specifically asked for are not here. Another level of incompetence added. read more

If you want terrible customer service from a staff that disregards the customer constantly then this is the place for you! i only wish i could give the entire morning staff half a star. Why would you employ a staff that talks to each other more than the customer? the entire morning staff should be fired.
