I know there are a lot of reviews that the chicken was under or over cooked I was lucky both times cooked perfect chicken was seasoned well and nice and juicy. I also got their strawberry dessert and watermelon sweet tea. Both delicious. Definitely will come back while I'm nearby. I thought it was very interesting that they had AI taking orders in the drive though. Very tech savvy and my order wasn't wrong (again only went twice) I had two different ladies at the windows to pick up my order both were polite and quick with service. I stopped at this location and I normally check reviews before stopping anywhere but I didn't this time. I can say I am glad I didn't because I wouldn't have gave them a chance but I had a great experience and I can see they haven't had a review in some time so they deserve some kudos! For their health inspection they did have a 98 which is AMAZING for any establishment. Our food was fresh and hot. Overall the customer service was great as well. This visit I tried the chicken rice bowl topped with Bo bites. It was very delicious and surprisingly filling for size of container. Today, 2/8/26, I visited this location at roughly 8:30pm. Online it stated that the restaurant wasn't due to close unit 10pm. Upon entering the parking lot, it was a bit difficult to see any staff members inside or if they were indeed open. So, I bypassed the ordering mechanism and went directly to the window. I locked eyes with a staff member who began ignoring me. As I attempted to get his attention, he began backing away out of my view. I got out of my vehicle and began knocking on the window informing him that I could see him. He immediately disappeared and shortly after a different gentleman came to the window asking how he could help. I communicated to him that I was unkindly being ignored by an employee. He stated the staff member who walked away ignoring me name was Shaun/Shawn. This staff member needs a full class in customer service! This is completely unacceptable even at Bojangles. The Food Service business is built on the needs of the customers. And I the customer needs and wants were not met in any capacity. I suggest that Leadership have a help me understand conversation with Shaun/Shawn. This can't possibly be the first time something of this sort has transpired. Shaun/Shawn may need to be retrained and possibly reprimanded for this poor behavior. read more

We are here for Super 32 Wrestling Tournament. Went through the drive thru. The person taking our order had us wait a minute or so to order. I come here most mornings before work and I always ask for extra seasoning on my fries. This location always does that and other locations in Greensboro will just put no seasoning on them instead. They're pretty fast too and everything has always came out fresh for me. There's only one time that I've ever had to wait and that's when they were making everything fresh. Went here last Sunday morning. Added bacon to the biscuit and upgraded to large. No joke this is the BoRounds received. It's 2/3 full and was so bad I asked the girl at the window about it. She said that's how much we give. While the receipt says Pepsi I asked for a large unsweetened tea and of course received sweet tea. Contacted bojangles corporate a week ago and got no reply so posting here. They were out of coleslaw, really? Not the first time, either. If you don't have it you can't sell it. I got home and there were 2 pieces in the box. The breast was okay, a bit heavy on the breading. I ordered the roasted chicken bites with a side of fries and sweet tea. The chicken bites were sooo good. The chicken bites were very tender, very flavorful and they were hot and fresh. The added kick to them that made made them spicy was perfect and now I wish I ordered more. The fries were perfectly seasoned and kind of crispy which is how I love my fries. The biscuit was good too but I like my biscuit a bit darker but I still ate it. First visit at Bojangles. Went at the lunch time rush and for being as busy as it was, I got served quickly. The restaurant looked really clean. Staff: The staff was very friendly, even telling me to leave my garbage on the table and he'd take care of it for me. Food: Decent chicken, got the strips and fries. The fries were seasoned nicely. Washed it all down with their "Legendary Sweet Tea"... which was awesome. I was a bit turned off of fried chicken due to an awful experience at KFC but heard good things about Bojangles so figured I'd give it a try. This place blows KFC out of the water! When I finally made it to the window the employee acted like she was pissed off. She ignored my request for seasoning on the side so I had to repeat it again. She never apologized for the long wait. My wife and I walked in to the Bojangles restaurant and stood in line 6-10 minutes before anyone walked up to the register to take our order. The cashier didn't say sorry for the wait or anything - all she said the whole time was "here or to go". Both tea dispensers were out of tea and the whole counter where you get the drinks was 100% soaked with a mixture of drinks. I turned around to the straw station and there was paper all over the floor. I take a look around under the tables and there were crumbs all over and under the tables. I went into the restroom and to my surprise there was still toilet paper in the single stall but just like the rest of the dining room there was paper all over the floor, the mirror at the sink was the dirtiest mirror I've ever seen in a restaurant in my life. after washing my hands I go to get a paper towel and of course there wasn't any. The food on the other hand was just as good as any other Bojangles no real complaints there my main problem is the lack of motivation the staff had.
