Waited at least 10 minutes at the drive up to make an order. (I know it was that long as I was listening to the last 10 minutes of a podcast.) There was a car in front of me. All the lights were on inside the store as well as outside. I even went back around to check store hours on the door (yes they were supposed to be open). Got behind the same car still waiting and never heard anyone take their order. While still waiting, I looked up reviews and saw how horrible service is here and remembered I stopped coming here years ago because service was always so bad. Decided to go to Burger King across the street (they always! have outstanding service). If I could give no stars... I would. Every single time I come here, they mess up. I don't know if they only hire incompetent employees, but it seems like it. Dealt with it many times before this was my last straw. I went through the drive thru and waited for a while with no help before going in to order. The girl at the register with the buck teeth and nappy hair, didn't understand anything I was trying to order. I ended up paying for three drinks even though I made it crystal clear I just wanted two. After I paid and waited for my food... I heard an older lady in the back say "I don't know where they are but we don't have chocolate" in a very condescending tone. So I ended up with a vanilla frosty. I placed an order via Uber for this Wendy's and received nuggets instead of fries and a frosty instead of my drink. I quit going there for over a year and recently have tried it again. We went through the drive through at lunchtime today. Ordered an Apple Pecan Salad for my wife... got a bowl of lettuce with green apples and chicken. No dried cranberries. No blue cheese. No pecans. ordered salads there a week ago only to get a listing of what wouldn't be on the salads because they were out of those ingredients. this wendys is not worth stopping at. i had a very uncomfortable and creepy interacting as a young woman at night who was just trying to get food coming from out of town. the cashier wouldn't let me have my card back unless "i gave him my number". this interaction was honestly scary because you never know what's going to happen as a young woman today. i would not recommend. aside from the creepy service, the food is always cold and honestly gross. workers are usually rude. read more

We went here and I ordered an apple pecan salad, and my mom ordered a asiago chicken sandwich. My salad didn't have half the ingredients it was supposed to have, and randomly had cheddar cheese on it. My mom got a spicy chicken sandwich instead, as well. I'd understand if it was incredibly busy and things slipped through the cracks, but there were two cars there. Absolutely the worst Wendy's. I know staffing issues are happening everywhere, but this location literally left the building entirely unstaffed with ZERO signs anywhere saying they were not open. They had a huge line of cars waiting to place an order that eventually got so angry they just left since they weren't getting any service. To make matters worse I had placed a mobile order and had already paid for my meal through there. What kind of business does that?? Long story short the taco salad we ordered came with no chili, they had to "make" some because they didn't have any...had us wait at the window for five minutes just disappeared after asking for a manager.
