This place sucks I went there to try the new ice cream they had and it took forever to get our order and even longer for them to acknowledge us. The ice cream was melted. This location really needs to work on preparing orders correctly. 95% if the time the order is wrong. Things are often missing as well. There's no use in modifying your order because it's never made the way you want it. The new building is nice but they should work on improving their accuracy in the drive thru instead. There is always a line and the speed of service is awful. If they are so slow they should get most orders correct. read more

It's a 10:00pm craving and typically our local Wendy's is the spot. This said our last 2 trips have been an utter fail. The order was simple, 2 spicy chicken meals with chili. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and the dining room was closed. Intentionally waiting prior to the later night chaos this should have been a good idea. The staff were too busy socializing and inattentive which has been reoccurring but the order simple or not was incorrect. The spicy chicken was not a spicy chicken for either orders and cheese was added to the cold sandwiches. The chili was subpar and after more than enough recent disappointments we have chosen to tempt our cravings elsewhere now. This restaurant was updated not too long ago but with the fresh paint the service and quality has definitely declined. This is unfortunate and hopefully changes will come and bring back the quick, tasty and courteous establishment we all knew. Check your orders, acknowledge your patrons and make Wendy's better again. The only reason I like Wendy's is because they offer something that other fast food joints don't: baked potatoes. However, good luck in getting one. On my last two visits, I was told they were all out. The last time I actually got one, another customer came in and ordered one. Unfortunately for him, I got the last one. So why have something on the menu that is never available? I would think if something is popular, you would make sure that you have plenty to sell. Apparently good planning is not a characteristic of Wendy's management team. read more

This was the worst experience ever. 2 weeks ago they have ne saltine crackers with my taco salad but last night was the kicker. 8:20 pm... they wouldn't let us in. Told us dining room was closed. Turned down 3 other families until it came time for their "friends and family". They unlocked the door for them. Got something against senior white retired folks. read more

I have eaten many hamburgers in my life so I was a bit concerned that this establishment may not live up to my expectations. When I bit into the burger I could tell immediately that it was "old fashioned," trust me, this is the best "old fashioned" I have ever had, and I've had plenty. read more

This place is just horrible. Went in at 11am and they open at 1030. Stood and waited for all the employees including the MANAGER to notice I was there so I could place my order. Obviously talking about last nights party or who did who was more important. After 3 minutes someone noticed I order and they were out of ranch dressing for my salad, then just about every single table in the dining room was dirty from the night before. It was clear to see crumbs, stickiness, etc but yet again no care in the world they continued on. The fries were cold like they were re heated from the night before and very soggy. During my meal I enjoyed listening to employees saying fuck this place, eat my ass, and other vulgar choice phrases. So I would def stay away from here. read more

Normally I like this Wendy's. However, tonight, June 14th, we tried to go at 1130. The sign on the door said the dining room closes at midnight so there was still a half hour left. There were guests in the dining room. No reason it should have been closed, and if you do close at 1130 then change the sign. We don't use the drive thru, and we made a special trip to get there before close. We probably won't be returning. read more

I was greeted cheerfully at the drive-thru and I asked for some advice on my menu choice. The young man was enthusiastic in explaining the different choices and made me believe that he was a fan of their food. Always a good thing! My sandwiches were both hot and fresh, off the charts good. The staff is all excellent. When I ate inside with a friend, there was a safe & friendly vibe and the place was spotless. read more

I've had issues with this location. One day me and my husband decided to hit up the drive through on the way home. It was late and they were getting ready to close. They took our order ad when we got the order, we pulled up so the car behind us could get their meal. They ended up shorting us an Entire meal. Not one of those dollar menu sandwiches, a full meal. The ones that run around $7. So we backed up and tried to get their attention. They ended up dancing in the window like children singing "We're closed". I ended up having to bang on the window to the point the manager came out. She wasn't much help and all the kids did was dance around and laugh at the fact they apparently through the meal away that was supposed to be ours. We ended up driving off pretty pissed and we called in and complained to the store manager the next day. That was last summer. We hadn't gone back since until today. We decided maybe they fixed their act. So we ordered some things off the 99 cent menu and still ended up being shorted food. I have yet to get a proper order from this location but other locations are great! read more

the food was absolutely terrible.. I got a jr bacon with my 4 for 4 and I had bacon that was burned so bad it was all black. while my other piece was so raw it was almost all white. I had taken my burger back to work to eat it so I did not have time to bring it back... read more

The staff at this location are very welcoming and friendly. There has NEVER been a time where I have walked in and been mistreated. The location is always very clean and well-maintained. Service is quick and they provide exceptional customer service. I work across the street and frequent this location and I have never had a single complaint! The ladies at this location are awesome as well, keep up the great work! read more

I've gone to this location many times in my life. The lines at the drive thru are always long and more often then not my order is screwed up. Sometimes I am waiting in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes! I once went inside to get food instead and was waiting for about 10 minutes and no one was helping me the entire time! I went in their bathroom and it was disgusting to say the least. Water is always all over the floor and a major slip hazard. I think their sinks, urinals or toilet has a leak in it. They need to call a plumber to fix the problem. Also they have no hot water. Which they should have turned on, since it's more sanitary for customers. I told the employees that the toilet was plugged and that they needed to plunge it as I needed to use the restroom. I waited a half hour and it still wasn't done. So I ended up leaving instead. When their Pop machines run out of certain brands of Pop inside the location they don't refill it with new syrup. There are hardly any napkins and the Ketchup usually runs out and I have to notify them to refill it. I think a lot of the workers there are just plain lazy. They need new management. read more
