The worst service I have ever received! I ordered food in drive through after waiting for person to take my order for 5 minutes. When I got to the window, he asked me to pull forward. I patiently waited 20 mins for him to bring out our order. I then went inside to see where our food was.. they had no clue I was still waiting. I asked for manager, and it was the guy who took my order and asked me to move up!! Another 10 mins later, they retook my order, made it and I received our food. I asked for a receipt or business card to contact franchise owner and they had nothing to give me. No apology for the wait or losing our order. Just waited about 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by the workers. They saw my friend and I standing there and continued to stand around talking. After probably 15 more minutes passed they finally gave us our food; however, the food was cold and it looked as if they just threw things in the burger wrapper carelessly. I recently visited the Grand Haven Wendy's via the drive through, the person taking the order didn't seem to have any patience. After waiting for a little while our food came out The burgers and fries were stale, the buns were hard, and the cheese on the burgers wasn't even melted. The chicken nuggets seemed old, and the soda tasted both dirty and flat. Overall, the quality of the food was not up to expectations, which was quite disappointing. Especially after having a long day and choosing to go there because Wendy's used to be really good with great customer service. We've had good food once from here but don't go past like 9pm. We tried to get a quick dinner after work, and we're greeted by a rude girl that seemed miserable. They said their pop was shut off except for the Diet Coke we said no thanks and they didn't offer to take it off the bill. They handed us our food without saying anything, just looking at us with a straight blank face. We pulled our food out and everything was super cold. Just visited the wendy's in Grand Haven, and ordered 4 separate 4 for 4 meals. One of them only had 3 chicken nuggets in the cup, a half assed filled cup of fries, and my sandwich fell apart before I unwrapped it. As well, we recieved no straws or sauces that we asked for at the speaker. And when we came back through to ask for more sauce, the guy at the window was extrely rude by not being courteous or kind in any way. Watch out! They fill your cup to the brim with ice (even when you ask for barely any ice) to cut their costs. You can order a large drink and you will still get the actual product of a small due to all the ice. The soda also always tastes flat here. They also often serve cold fries. Other than that the burgers are decent but greasy. I hate to give a place a negative review unless they truly deserve it. Each place I review I have visited a minimum of three times. I review based on average experience. I review based on several areas: Customer Service, Food quality and flavor, Price/Value for the money, Atmosphere, and finally I pull up the health inspection reports and look at violations over the past three years. I'm not joking with this. I'm floored. The girl attending the drive threw was eating my French fries while waiting for my sandwhiches. She burned her mouth on one and spit it back out. She then thew some at the guy running the fryer. Laughed and threw what looked like catchup packets at the dining hall area. Just a typical Wendy's. Service is probably slightly above average. I'm throwing out a review because it seems every Tuesday when they have buy one get one free chili they're always out of chili. I made a purchase using their app at roughly 8:30p last night. I go there and tell the young lady over the speaker my name and that I have a phone order. It takes her no less than 5 minutes to figure out how to look such an order up. She would tell me there was no order. After the 5 minutes, she tells me she finally figured it out. Not a good start. It takes awhile to reach the window. Line is moving slowly. My order was a spicy chicken Asiago ranch club sandwich, baconator fries and a medium coke. The sandwich contains a spicy chicken filet, a slice of Asiago cheese, bacon, ranch sauce, lettuce and tomato. Remember this. I finally make it to the window. The first thing the young lady asks me is if I want a "home style" chicken filet instead. I said no, I want the spicy. She says, "that's gonna be like a 6 minute wait". I say that I'll wait, because that's what I want. I pull up ahead near the curb and begin my wait. 10 minutes into my wait, I notice the car behind me is still at the window. After this, cars behind them that have made their orders begin to drive off. That car finally finishes and pulls behind me. Guess they are waiting too. 5 minutes later, their food is brought out and they drive off. Now it's just me waiting. It's now been 16 minutes. I'm irritated, I should have just drove off also, but I didn't. Finally, she comes out with my food. I notice there is no drink in her other hand. She tells me she is sorry for my wait. I asked if she had my drink. She then asks me "what was your drink again?" My hand just goes up to my face. She says she can go look it up. I say, it was a medium coke. She looks at me and tells me "we're out of coke". #%#)@&. Couldn't I have been made aware of this at the speaker box when she found my order, or at the window. Nope! She says to me "I can probably get you something else". Probably, what the hell does that mean, I already paid for it! At this point I'm just so irritated and I just told her I'm done. I can't do this anymore. I drive 5 minutes home to eat my food. The baconator fries were cold. Great, who doesn't love cold fries. At least I got my sandwich. I open it up and I close my eyes and just shake my head. No slice of Asiago cheese, no bacon and just the lightest dab of the ranch sauce. Are you kidding me Wendy's. This is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. The staff is untrained and do not pay attention to details. I order on apps so that my order reaches them already printed out in black and white and in their lingo since all the wording comes from their app. I will go anywhere else to eat besides this place. Food was alright. Tried the bacon jalapeño fries which were 70% cheese, 15% fries, 10% bacon and 5% jalapeños. The bacon bits were nor bite size, they were too big I had to cut it down myself. I've had mixed experiences at this new location. Today I arrived at 2:15pm, there were a few cars infront of me but I figured it's only be a short wait. My total experience from ordering to receiving my food took 25 minutes. Two of the vehicles in-front left due to the insane wait. After about 15 minutes I was told I needed to pull ahead and park and that someone would bring it out so it could be "fresh". Long story short, I waiting another ten minutes for cold food.
