20+ minute wait to order. Bathrooms filthy. Dining area filthy. Cook area filthy. I can't believe I'm eating here.

Several times attending drive through my card was taken and never gotten back to me. They have a system where yu get your food before your card and it's frustrating because it's happened on several occasions after calling to check if my bank card was still their I spoke with a lady over the phone and she said she had to look through " a STACK of cards" and still couldn't find mine !!! I knew it was there because that's the only place I went to and it's convenient because it's very close to home. I decided to go in and try to speak to someone who'd worked the night I came through the drive thru and I walked in and you couldn't identify who was employees and who were customers because nothing they had on represented the company !! In the middle of talking to a team member, the manger said rudely " I don't know why you are speaking to him he's not a manger" and I told her well maybe he can help me and she responded again rudely that he was not the manger and I shouldn't b speaking to him. After having some words she said I was a "trash a** bi**ch" I've never had someone in a management position speak to me like this after someone came across my card and she proceeded to physically throw me out of the store !!! I was absurd she called the police after ATTACKING ME. Took my phone and ran behind the counter in the back to lure me back into the store. Service is disgusting and mangers are under qualified. I will no longer b back. I don't recommend anyone else to do business w them !! read more

Always have wishy washy service here. The last time my girl and I decided to catch a bite to eat at Wendy's. Waited for 10 minutes to give our order. Upon recieving my food my nuggets weren't spicy like I had asked and I didn't receive my buttermilk ranch dressing which is essential to enjoy a nice nugget. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes! They take one order, and fulfill that order before taking another! Then they gave me the wrong food which I didn't find until I got home. Tried calling 4 times before they answered AFTER I was already back at the store and could not get in due to doors locked! Explained what happened they said come back. It must have been shift change as I was able to get in the other door. The young man at the counter asked if I had just called. When I explained what happened (and yes, I was upset!) he yells at me and said he had just gotten there and don't blame him! What?!?!?! He wants to tell me that me having to sit in drive thru for 30 friggin minutes then they give me the wrong crap isn't reason to be upset! He was sent to the back and they got my correct order but I could hear him ragging about how I had no call to be upset at him. I was upset with the whole process not him! I didn't even get my receipt to post the store number. If you can't run this store any better than that and teach your employees to fill orders correctly and not yell at customers when they call you out on it, you need to close this store!!! Mobile ordering almost never works. Ordered for carry out but got to the location and they had the doors locked. The line wrapped all the way around the building. The app wouldn't let me cancel my order so I was forced to wait over a half hour. Of course my food was cold by the time I got it. This is the 4th time in a row I've had an issue here. I've left feedback and requested follow up each time through Wendy's and never heard back even though they said they would follow up. read more

Some days they are great but more often than not they can be extremely rude. They didn't even speak to me once after I ordered. Just took my money with no word and no smile and didn't even tell me to go to the next window. Held the card so far that I had to lean out my window and almost unbuckle my seatbelt. Steer clear of this location. Had not been here in a while. Thought I would try out the new promotional burger, Daves Big And Juicy. The burger was alright but nothing amazing especially at that price point. Service was okay, nothing memorable. The fries are what tanked this review. Cold, mushy, and layered in WAY TOO MUCH salt. This was the only time in my life I did not finish the fries. I would drive past this location to the one in Goshen if your heart is set on Wendys. read more

I would give this Wendy's a half star or zero it was that bad. Kid working cash register was complaining to me about just getting out of mental hospital and had just gone thru drug testing too. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! 18 minutes and still waiting to place my order! They have 8 people behind the counter and 1 person working the front line. My sister and her family ordered. They were ready to walk out the door with their food and I had not even ordered. It took over 20 mins to order and get their food. 1 customer before us had already ordered a salad, 2 drinks and a wrap. The second customer had a shake and cone. That was the only customers before us. I never even ordered because we were on a time schedule and ended up having to go. NEVER COMING BACK. Employees with hair not up, not in uniform. Dirty aprons, cold food. One man even held our fries against his dirty apron while He carried them to the tray. It had to be pointed out that he shouldn't do that. Everything was dirty; The bathrooms, the dining area and the kitchen. Couldn't believe how obviously dirty it was. So it came as no surprise that we all got sick. We Will never go back to this Wendy's again. Regional managers and representatives need to be made aware of this locations conditions. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! Order was messed up twice. Manager said she fixed the burger herself, the burger was undercooked. I asked for it to be well done. The burger was so nasty it was a traumatizing experience. She was rude about the entire situation. Bad customer service. Do not recommend this location AT ALL. Slow location. 33 minutes in the drive thru without even an apology! Watched 5 others drive off. They were smart.

Horrible was there 2-23-17 took forever , they messed the guy ahead of mine's order up. Finally get my take out so I chec. Ordered a dbl cheese Mayo Ketchup Onion. It wasnt a burger so I take it back up. Is it fish or chicken he asks. I dont know didnt taste it. Finally get another burger with the words here this is right. Open it well its a burger but with everything and one single ring of one slice of onion. They go confer while the one guy I sure just scrapes the stuff off and puts a bit of ketchup on as it still had that single onion ring. I ask for more for a $5 burger and the fact it took 3 tries to even get that far to which he sneers at me that is what we are instructed to put on. Meantime someone comes in with a messed up drive thru order. I told them I will never be back. read more
