This location is the most incompetent chipotle I've ever been to in my life. Doesn't matter if you go when they open, middle of the day, or evening. They are always out of something. Zero common sense to plan ahead on food. They wait to start cooking something once it's out. Employees are rude when you say no I'll wait until you finish cooking what I want. They get annoyed that they have to work more going to make more white rice or steak etc. I've been to wayyy busier chipotle locations like Mishawaka location and they are never out of anything. A location 5 times busier is never out of nothing. Madness. Then when you ask for extra portions it's more like quarter of a portion because they don't want to have to cook whatever you're asking for right away again. So your charged extra for hardly even an extra portion. Complete joke of a chipotle location. Management from above needs to get involved with whoever owns this spot because they are shafting people and hire the most incompetent drooling jerk off clowns read more

This place is absolutely the worst, three strikes and you are out! This last time they made me wait over an hour for my bowl and then when I finally got a text that it was done, they had given it away to somebody else! If you want the slowest service And unkind employees and go ahead and try it. read more

I ordered online and I have been waiting in the drive-up pick up lane for a half an hour and my car has not moved. This is absolutely ridiculous service. We ordered on the app. Iced tea was listed on the app and the restaurant menu board. We ordered it as a fountain drink, but there was none available at the fountain only bottled for which we would have to pay extra. The steak in the salad bowl was full of gristle, and the manager didn't seem to care. read more

By far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Consistently out of food items, staff were hanging around laughing while a line was out the door, and the counter was completely filthy. I know this location just opened recently but every time I go in here it's worse and worse. read more

After visiting this location, our first experience at a Chipotle, we are left wondering what all the hype is about. The staff is barely engaging, the dining area a mess with food and trash on the floor and every table littered with smears and chunks of other people's meals. The area where they prepare the food isn't even tidy, with contamination spread across all containers....beef in the chicken, veggies in the cheese.....a major health concern. As someone with severe food allergies, this was alarming. The girl preparing our orders was wearing gloves, but had food from other orders all over her fingers when preparing ours, and grabbed ingredients from each tub with her hands, causing cross contamination. When she attempted to roll the burritos, it ended up basically being a wad that wasn't holding itself together, and after she wrapped it in foil, she set it on the counter in a pool of oil and whatever else had leaked out of other orders, so the boy at the register could ring it up. (There are no trays, nothing protecting your food from touching contaminated surfaces here. I saw people getting food to go and it wasn't even placed in a bag.) My husband's burrito was left open and was dragged through the counter sludge, prompting him to have to ask for it to be remade again and properly sealed.....this was after the kid at the counter tried to simply wipe it off. I have no clue who trained this team, but maybe they need to be visited by a manager or board of health. Someone is bound to get very ill with how things are being done here. We had to request a table be wiped down because they were all filthy. We ate and left. We won't be back. read more

Service was good however the chips were over salty and the queso had no flavor, it tasted old.

New location and I had heard good things. Tried once with a mexican salad, which was about 4 pieces of lettuce and hot sauce. Thought I would try again. Chips are stale! and VERY limey/salty. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl... something in there is REDICOUSLY hot! Once bit and my lips are burning - I like hot but NO WAY can I eat that at all. Another waste - back to Haccienda it is. Employees look at you funny if you ask normal portion sizes. They grab cheese and lettuce with only 3 fingers, leaving you with the portion size of a third grader. Also very unsanitary and unorganized. Last time I was the lady spilled half a bag of sour cream. Waited 15 minutes for it to be cleaned up and had cold food. This place is super unorganized. They were out of half there toppings. Their employees had horrible customer service. There was trash everywhere and tables were dirty. I was super excited for a Chipotle to be in this area because of the high standards they hold however this one was a disappointment. read more
