After a long wait (over 5 minutes), the drive thru was answered. The order taker had to have me repeat my order for her twice. I paid for my food and the cashier promptly disappeared. Looking at my receipt, I noticed that I was charged for an extra small fry. I brought this to the attention of the only guy working there and he said he had to get his manager. Once she arrived, she said that I could take the extra fry or pull forward and wait for my refund. I choose to stay where I was and get my refund. The reason was I hadn't received my food at this point. She angrily stormed off to the other register and proceeded to get my $2.77 for a small fry with tax. After I getting my money back, she begrudgingly said "have a nice day" in a rushed, angry tone. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. Before pulling away, I had to ask for the remainder of my order, a medium coke. The guy gave it to me and I left for home. When I got home, my niece (age 7) pointed out how cold her fries and cheeseburger were. I checked my food from the order, and it was cold as well. I took a bite of the BK Big Fish sandwich I order as a meal with medium fries and coke, and it was burnt! See attached image. Also, the fries I got weren't medium, but were a small. The sandwich was unpalatable. I couldn't chew through it. The other food was cold and under-seasoned. I contacted Burger King through there website, but they won't allow me to upload my receipt as a scanned PDF. Anyways, I complained to their chatbot and am voicing my complaints here as well. Burger King is officially off my list of fast food restaurants I will be visiting. The sheer incompetence and rudeness of the manager, the low quality of the food, and the high level of disrespect for the customer has soured me to all Burger Kings. I will never step foot in a Burger King, or use their drive thru again. I suggest you do the same. Remember, to complain to a big corporation you do so with your dollars. Don't come inside !!! The employees including manager ignores you and continue to work on their drive thru orders. That's their 1st priority! I've seen several customers walk right out of the door because they weren't being helped. They waited so long and didn't get acknowledged. Today I walked in the door to the counter while the manager was talking to an employee across the counter and I wasn't helped. The manager she jumped right to her drive thru/doordash order and told me she'll be right with me. When I saw her start bagging a 2nd order off the screen I decided to walk away. Because of previous experiences I knew she wasn't coming to the counter until she helped get the drive thru orders down. Poor SERVICE inside!!! I can't speak for the drive thru because I come inside because my kids like to run on the play place. read more

Absolutely disgusting. The burgers were dry and crumbly, buns were stale, barely any sauce even though it was ordered with heavy sauce. The burgers are so tiny now it's ridiculous. Chicken nuggets were missing half their breading and were dry as well. Cheezy tots were flavorless. And sauces were, surprise surprise, missing from my order. And now if you give your thoughts to the company you only get a free item... WITH PURCHASE OF DRINK AND FRIES?! Unreal. Saturday afternoon. I didn't expect to be out in 5 minutes, but there were 3 cars in each lane. The dining room was closed, so no one inside. That's not terribly busy. I pulled up and the first 4 cars went within about 3 minutes. 15 minutes later we had not moved again. Finally, within the next 2 minutes 5 more cars have ordered (2 ahead of me and 2 behind me.) Then we sat. It was 14 minutes before we moved again. 3 minutes later I was at the window. 2 minutes after that I paid. 2 minutes later, a total of 41 minutes total, I had my order. I gave a second start because the young man who served me was very polite. Other than that one for SLOW service and cold, salty fries when I ordered NO SALT. read more

Unfortunately, i can't review the food becuz even tho all the lights & signs are on, and even tho the website says they r open, u don't get any responce at the drive thru & can't see anyone inside, despite the car that's parked around the side. This isn't the first time this has happened. If they're going to be closed, or if the employee on duty just prefers not to serve ppl, they could at least turn off the lights so ppl will know to go across the street & get in line at McD's. read more

Pull up to Drive thru at up to the drive thru at 9:29pm. Wait for the 2 cars in front of me to orders. By the time I get to the menu it is 9:39. Guy apologized and tells me it's going to be a little bit. They are short staffed, I get it. Wait patiently. No problem. The other car in the 2nd drive thru gets tired of waiting and leaves. I'm still waiting. Another car pulls up at 10pm, then they get on the intercom and apologize to tell me they are closing early. I explain that I've been waiting, and apologizes and tells me they only have two workers. I GET IT! But don't tell me it's going to be a wait, then come back 20 minutes later and tell me your closed. Normally, this place gives great service, and I can understand the stress of being short handed, but don't waste my time. read more

The is the worst BK ever!!!! I ordered my food and when i went to pay i asked for them to repeat before i paid, they repeated and repeated correctly, i was in line for 8 min to get my food and i was the only one in line at the time. Possibly the worst service & least concerned staff I've ever encountered at a BK, or any fast food restaurant. The food was okay - but then again, how can you mess up that type of food? Otherwise, the staff was totally unresponsive to the fact that the drink machine was not working properly, that there were no condiments, and that no one was there to "serve" anyone up front. Even the manager showed ZERO concern for anything that was happening, as she was totally preoccupied & oblivious to the growing line of frustrated customers. When told of the issues, the people behind the counter didn't even acknowledge hearing the complaints. Yet, they somehow STILL managed to screw up several orders - including ours. The whole experience was actually more pathetic than I can express in writing. But, suffice it to say that we aren't likely to be back. This BK location appears to be very poorly managed. If you go, I'd suggest drive-thru only. read more

This has to be the filthiest place of business I have seen in a very long time. Not to mention this is a food establishment. I took my 10 year old daughter there today as kind of a fast food surprise...After ordering our food, order taken by a very ill employee. As she had a very hard time hearing us, sniffing her nose, and constantly wiping her nose with her hand. After we had placed our order, we looked for quite some time to find a table that had been cleaned off that day.. Even my 10 year old daughter expressed concern, which was very out of character for her. As I waited up front for my food (which was well over five minutes), I took a moment and observed the disgusting condition of the store, the employees in the back slapping food together and what appeared to be a very unorganized situation. For the safe-keeping of my daughter's heath and pure fear of what I saw, we elected to leave. I did not even ask for my money back, just left. I understand its "Fast Food," but if this is any indication of what has become acceptable in America, I'm ashamed. Especially by a very large corporation such as Burger King. I own a company myself and employ over 100 great people. We also have sometimes dropped the ball with our customers. But I am always grateful someone took a moment to tell me so that I may have an opportunity to correct the problems. As Americans we need to stop waiting for a hand-out and someone to take care of us, its just not going to happen. So I'm taking a moment to say, this is unacceptable. read more
