The girl comes out 1 min later with some nuggets claiming they just so happen to have some already down clearly they were not fresh they just put the old ones back in the fryer. Just laziness. used the drive thru to place an order for a Daves single combo. with a large Frosty and ordered another large frosty upon getting home, I discovered 2 tiny cheseburgers, 4 little chicken nuggets, & half a small container of fries All of these items were cold...cold, not warm like they would be from a 1-1/2 mile drive home. The Frostys were the only thing correct. for this I was charged just under $17. Going by menu prices,It should've cost no more than $ 12 when we called after three attempts, someone finally picked up and when my son told them what happened they told him he could come back he was on. Ordered Chili 2 weeks ago. Not even a full cup asked for sour cream and cheese. Get home just sour cream. Ordered again yesterday. Quality of food and correctness or orders has slowly gone down at this location. Drive-thru service is usually fast, but at the expense of missing or incorrect items as my recent experience. Ordered Son of Baconator, no mayo and a $5 biggie bag, no mayo/mustard on the double stack. Double stack was correct, the Son of Baconator, well not really sure what burger it was but it was covered in Mayo and mustard. Didn't find that out until I drove the 2.5 miles from the restaurant to my home. Hop into the truck and 2.5 miles later I'm standing in the lobby, bag and receipt in hand. Not completely positive but one of the workers cleaning tables and trash noticed me; I think she pulled out her phone and started recording to make herself (and me) tik tok famous. After getting to about fourth in line, a manager noticed me and asked if they had gotten something wrong. I approached the counter, showed her the receipt and the burger, explained that I asked no mayo and had mustard which doesn't even come on the burger. She looked at it and explained that wasn't a Son of Baconator, you must have received someone else's order. She offered to make it right. I've recently discovered this Wendy's and enjoy stopping by for breakfast. I've never been here at another time but the breakfast hours are great. The service is good, the food has been hot, no complaints! An older man working in the kitchen, perhaps he's the franchise owner or manager, he seems to really care. As a truck driver, my truck doesn't fit through the drive-through. Came in at 9:45pm and was told they could not wait on me because. The cash register was already taken. Asked to speak to the manager and the young lady. Came back and told her said go through the drive-through. I said to her just have the drive-through take my order. But I do want to point out anytime I have had an issue Amy (not sure of her last name but she is from WV to help point her out) has always made them good. (Hence why I'm writing a review for this Wendy's) When first arriving to the St. James Place Wendy's, it was immaculately clean. My cashier greeted me with a smile. (I wish I knew her name, but her customer service was just as immaculate as the Wendy's) Once my food was ready, which was in no time. She presented me with a gorgeous commercial ready trey of food. She even said, "your fries look awesome" I TOTALLY agreed. This is why I'm writing this review! The food, THE BEST damn Wendy's. I do not exasperated when I say hands down, the best. The bread that's used for the sandwich's at the St. James Wendy's is one that's fluffy, melts in your mouth! (The Wendy's in Atlanta has doughy bread, leaves you smacking to empty bread particles from your mouth.) The bacon on my burger, crispy, perfectly made. I just hope I'm not going to be sick. My family and I stopped by Wendy's to pick up dinner. I got the Homestyle chicken combo. I got home eager to eat my food. Took a bite out of my sandwich and it felt and tasted a little chewy. I took another bite and thought something was wrong. Yep...it was raw. After a closer look, it looked as if it was dropped in the oil for 2.5 seconds.... just long enough to lightly brown the outside. The inside was not done at all. I should have known there was going to be a problem with the order because the girl at the window only gave us 1 of the 3 orders and none of the drinks. I called Wendy's when I got home and spoke to someone named Rhonda. I told her about my uncooked sandwich. She apologized and suggested I come back in for a new one. Stopped in the drive-through today to order. Sat at the speaker for several minutes with no one taking the order. I started saying hello hello can anyone hear me? No one ever answered. Sitting for quite a few minutes I decided to pull to the window as it directs in the screen to do if you have trouble placing an order at the speaker. someone finally comes to the window and just looks at me. I explain that the speaker would not let me order but I would like to go ahead and place my order only to be told that I couldn't dammit order unless it was at the speaker. I explained once again that no one ever came on the speaker until I pulled up to the window and then they started taking the orders behind me. She claimed the box shuts down at times and they don't know that anybody's out there Until you pull to the window, but they won't go ahead and take your order at the window. You have to pull all the way back around and sit at the speaker. I asked for the manager because if you directed by the ordering screen to pull to the window then you should be able to place your order there. I was told by the manager that even though I said in line all that time there was nothing that could be done. I could either pull away or get back in line to place my order, my only two choices. I asked for the district managers number, only to know, avail there as well, I see now why they only have 3 1/2 stars. We frequent this location often but I won't from here on out. read more

They get two stars for being decently fast and the food was very fresh and hot. But we asked for 2 jr cheeseburgers, 1 crispy spicy chicken sand and small fry. They asked, "two jr bacon cheeseburgers?". We said, "no bacon. Just jr cheeseburgers... with the spicy jr chicken sandwich and fries. And we got two jr bacon cheeseburgers that we clarified we didn't want and no chicken sandwich or fries‍‍‍. Also, my left foot has more personality than those people. read more

Last week I visited this Wendy's location and I ordered the normal 4 for $4, I always get a coke with my meal but this coke was special..... I noticed something green stuck on the lid of my cup so I decided to observe closer only to find out one of the employees decided to hack up a huge ball of spit and sinus drainage into my coke.
