Worst place ever. Never gets your food right. Lived by them for years and they ALWAYS mess up the order.

A few weeks ago I tried your Hot-N-Crispy Fries for the first time. There is a sign that says they will be made again if they are not hot and crispy. They were absolutely delicious! Last week I had them again and when I drove off, I realized they were luke warm and definitely not crispy. Tonight I tried them again because I know everybody has a bad day. Well, this time I tasted them before driving off. Luke warm! .most definitely not crispy. When I told the young lady at the drive through window that they were not hot or crispy she responded, "So what are you saying?" I told her the sign says if they're not hot-n-crispy you will make them again right now. She says, "So you want us to make them again?" She was irritated with me that. I was so uncomfortable and knew I would not ask again. In fact, I had switched from McDonald's to Wendy's fries because I was so impressed. Well, I would be too nervous to speak up like that again. I just thought a manager would like to know about this experience and either train the staff to do it right the first time, respond pleasantly if the fries need to be remade OR take the sign down. Staff got my order wrong, when I informed them of the mishap the drive thru lady Brennan said "supposedly he ordered something different" and scoffed and mumbled something under her breath. I asked for my card back and asked what I did wrong to deserve such an attitude only to be blown up on by the nice drive-thru lady that she was pregnant and going through a lot. Super professional. Won't be back. Getting pregnant doesn't give you an excuse to be rude to people contrary to what you may believe. read more

Most rude manager ever. Too upset right now for details, but manager refused to let me pay for an upgraded size. I requested a refund since I need to go to a place that can fill my oder to my satifacion. Called me a Karen for complaining. I told him I was going to complain to his Corporate office and he said I could call the police if I wanted. More details but right now I am just too disgusted. There, take it for what its worth, read the Google and Yelp reviews and decide for yourself if I am a Karen. This Wendy's is SO horrible. Every time we go, something is wrong with the order. Either they forget something or we get the wrong order. Today the wait time was forever and the spicy chicken sandwich was dry and the breading is crumbling off. read more

Walked into the Cooper and Warner location with a party of 7. The manager Vanessa had a "personal errand to run and she couldn't take our order". We asked if we could order to go, she said no she had some personal drama and couldn't take our order and had to close the dining room 20 minutes early. We asked if we could get our order to go and she said we had to leave it she would call the cops. Ha ha. Will never eat there again. read more

Went into this store and bought $34 worth of food. Brought my food home and opened up my burger and there was CHEWED GUM on my wrapper. CHEWED GUM!! Absolutely disgusting. I made my kids and girlfriend throw the food out. Took the burger to the store to show them and they wanted to only refund part of my meal. Went through the drive thru between 4:30-5:00. Busy at the window so not sure why they gave me old, cold fries. Must have been sitting there since lunch. Terrible. Chicken tenders only slightly warmer, no napkins. Won't be back. read more

Is it bad when the drive thru staff recognizes your voice? Beyond that, I'll never admit how often I eat Wendy's. It's a fast food chain, the quality varies little and the staff comes and goes. But a trend I've noticed at all fast food drive thrus lately is they want to hurl the food at you the second you pull up, and they barely wait till you have your drink/change/card in hand before they slam the window in your face. How much do napkins really cost? By the sudden scarcity of napkins in my bag (and not just here, all over the place) I am assuming they must be pretty expensive. The biggest problem here, is that no one listens to the customer. They listen for exactly as long as they need to to get the basics of your order. By not active listening, they create this sense that we, the customers, are taking them away from something really important. I don't go through a drive thru to validate my self worth, so I don't care if they don't make me feel special and loved, but for god's sake, listen when I ask for a straw, napkins or condiments! read more

Eh....it's Wendy's. Decent burger and a decent price. Nothing too fancy here. It's close by my work so it's nice for a drive home and to grab a burger. It's no in and out, but it's not bad. I will be back for sure. read more

So I use the drive thru and the girl taking orders already has an attitude and then I get up to the window and it's the same girl but this time with more attitude. When my friend asks her for ranch she basically throws them at us and tells us to have a good night after she slams the door on us. She didn't even throw the ranch in my hand.... it landed on the cement. You guys weren't even busy there were a whole TWO cars in the drive thru. So busy. So stressful. read more

Went through drive thru on Friday 09/04 for dinner for my family. I got 2 burgers, my daughter got kids meal chicken nuggets and my wife got the chili. In the middle of the night we all woke up throwing up all night long. How is it that we all get something different yet we are all sick to the point of throwing up. I will never goto this Wendy's again. What a way to spend your holiday weekend everyone throwing up from their food. Stay far away from this place unless you want to get sick. read more

Best Wendy's around. I always go to other Wendy's fast food restaurants and the burger patty and fries are always dry.. but this Wendy's the burgers are juicy and the fries are greasy and they taste better. The interior is good and it's close by our house. So if your getting Wendy's for lunch it's good to go there! read more

My boyfriend and I came to this Wendy's for dinner. We both ordered a burger and a small fries off the dollar menu. We are both two terrible broke college students, so this was sort of a "date night" for us. When ordering I asked the cashier if they had by any chance me any fresh fries. He said "ummm i dunno??" So I politely asked if we could get our fries from the next fresh batch. When we got our fries it was very clear that they were old and they were very cold. I went back up and asked him if we could have some fresh fries like I asked. He didn't apologize or mention anything about the situation at all. He just walked away and said nothing. So I went back down and sat at my table, waited a few minutes, and then he shouted "fresh fries!" Didn't even bother to bring them to our table? It was so rude. Not a please, or a thank you, or smile, or any sort politeness or common courtesy from him at all the entire time we were there. read more

i had a positive experience here. probably the cleanest Wendys ive ever been in. staff was nice and my food was neat and good.

Okay, so I know it's a fast food place so you can't really have very high expectations when going there. But no matter what they need to high better staff. Drive through staff is rude. They don't greet you upon driving up to the window you can wait minutes before they even open the window to greet you. They don't converse with when they do open the window for two seconds at a time. And right now what they are doing a .50¢ frosty special and my boyfriend and I went to get one and when we pulled up to the window the lady asked what we would like we tell her and then you hear her laugh and say " we don't have frostys now" and then proceeded to take the remainder of our order. Now I understand being out of things I have worked in fast food then was a server and customer service is all about the way you present what your saying/treating your customers and don't get me wrong the food here is not bad it's just the customer service you'd have to deal with during your visit. read more

Good fast food for a good price. I miss the cheesy cheddar burger. Bring it back! The employees are all kids so sometimes they get your order wrong but they'll fix it if you catch it before driving away. read more
