Awful. Laziest staff I have ever seen. Did not speak. Just looked at you as if you knew the question they were going to ask. Lots of staff in the back standing around doing nothing. One person was taking orders and was not friendly or inviting. The manager appeared to be on site and was friendly and helpful but this place needs MAJOR improvements. I ordered 6 biggie bags. the staff was nice. and the resturant was clean. but it was scheduled to be picked up at 6;15 and it said it was ready at 5:39 so when I got my order all food was cold drinks were watered down and and fries were soggy. do better read more

wish I could give negative stars I had a pregnant woman waiting at home so what do I do drive thru. STUPID MEE! took almost a full hour literally took the cars out my ignition and chilled as the second person in line for 20 minutes and what did they do still forgot my fried and my wives fork. Will absolutely never eat here again! I will be requesting a refund for my fries tomorrow cause guess what surprise surprise the online app isn't open at 8:58. This is one of the saddest Wendy's locations I've ever been to. I stopped going to other ones because the quality and customer service has been in decline for years, and this location - despite appearing new - is clearly no exception. The good... The nice young lady who took our order was very sweet. There was plenty of parking. The grounds are well kept. There is lots of seating inside, despite it looking very small and limited from the outside. They moved quickly to get our food out and it was hot. The bad... our food was not the way we ordered it. Simple stuff was missing. When I went up to ask to get it fixed, they were entirely too busy to help me. We needed to get back on the road, so I just went back to eat. One ketchup "pump" at the condiment bar was empty, the other was broken. No spoons, but they were restocked after we asked for some. The Coke Freestyle machines were out of a bunch of the flavors. We ordered a juice box with my 1-year-old's kids meal (mostly food to munch slowly to keep her occupied while we eat) and the juice is the only part I really wanted for her... they waited to tell me until I picked up the food that they were out of juice and I could have a soda for her instead. I declined. Also; no kids toys. I would have saved the money and just shared my fries and ordered her a 99¢ side if I'd known they'd be out of half of her meal. The ugly... the women's bathroom was so gross; no warm water, terrible water pressure, no paper towels, soap dispenser falling off of the wall, toilet paper pieces all over the floor... and the BIG one... no changing table despite ample space for it in both the main area of the bathroom and the handicap stall. We will eat someplace else next time we pass through. read more

Every time I visit the drive thru takes 20-30 minutes no joke.. Even after waiting and you finally get your food, it's still not fresh! Someone should look into what's going on with management at this location. read more

The food is exactly what you would expect. My main complaint is that the soft drink machines were out of multiple options and there was not a changing station in either the men's or women's restroom. Otherwise it was clean and well maintained. read more

The current commercial on Tv featured chicken mozzarella sandwiches and salad. My husband and I went there just to try them. Well before dinner hours they were already out of salads. I was disappointed but then ordered chili and a baked potato. With no apology I was told the potato would be a one hour wait. I guess I can't argue with the always fresh slogan its pretty easy when half the menu is not stocked. The chili was more water than anything. Now for the sandwich the basil pesto sauce tasted sour. I would not even swallow the bite I tried. My husband did not care for it either. Due to the problems with my food we just trashed it all and left. read more

I give this Wendy's a solid four, and if there was the option of half stars, I might have given it four and a half stars :) Yeah, it's had its seasons of ups and downs with service being annoyingly slow due to a high turn over rate with staff (especially after the renovations)...but their back on their game again, and feeling pretty pleased with this local Wendy's right about now :) The skinny on this particular Wendy's: *employees-friendly and helpful *the service-they have gotten much more efficient and dependable *the food-we stick to the Jr. Frosty's and fries for the most part for the kids and they are always pleased as punch :) *Drive Thru-has improved dramatically, and we typically stick to drive thru when we hop by this place and they've gotten so much faster so that we can more easily get in and out within a short period of time...thank you Wendy's Staff for the huge improvement on that!!! Overall, I would say this is one of the better options for fast food places to drop by if your ever in Franklin and just need a quick bite to eat...or just a nice cold Jr Frosty ;) read more

Since undergoing a renovation, I have been very happy with location and it's new decor. They also seemed to have spruced up the kitchen area too. The food is standard Wendy's fare and honestly, is my favorite cheap burger joint in town. I definitely would go again. read more

Poorly trained cooks. Burgers were under cooked, which is extremely dangerous. Placed ordered on 03/14/17. Contacted store and corporate to inform them of the situation. I declined a follow up from the management as I will never be attending this Wendy's location ever again. read more

Terrible service. Food took forever and there were no napkins in our bag. Worst part? There was a roach in one of our sandwiches.

I haven't been back since my last review, however, based on the outstanding customer service response, I will definitely be giving this location another try. I just received a personal call from the district manager apologizing for my experience. Its not often that a company goes out of its way to make sure that the customer feels like they have been heard and takes responsibility. Wendy's really came through. Thank you! read more
