Confirmed slowest drive thru I've ever been through. Made me pull around for two tacos.

I went to the drive thru to order three tacos and a burrito supreme. After I paid the attendant asked me to pull up and said they'd bring me my food shortly. Over the next fifteen minutes, three separate individuals came out to ask me what I ordered and three cars behind me were served. One individual bought out a bag of food that contained the wrong items and then asked me to come in. I had to explain to a manager what I ordered and it took several more minutes to get it sorted out. Terrible experience. read more

Every time we go there we are less than impressed. We are left with that, why did we even come here feeling. Staff is constantly rude or just uninterested. No greeting, no manners, no appreciation for customers. Recently we went through drive thru and ordered 2 taco 12 packs. I get it, not a quick order to fill. Waited for 5 minutes for them to tell us to pull around to the front. The guy walking out each order was wearing his COVID-19 mask like an earring. We pull around to the front to wait for another 10 minutes. Food comes out and he hands it to us without a word. Nothing, no sorry for the wait or have a good day. Again, wearing his COVID-19 earring. After he leaves we realize there are no napkins. My husband knocked on the door to ask for napkins and was basically ignored because the lobby was closed. COVID-19, I get it. Some places don't allow you inside but we just came through drive thru. They could have acknowledged him. We drove back up to the drive thru window. I asked the girl who came strolling around the corner eating a chicken wing for a manager. He comes up looking ever so uninterested in customers. I told him we just spent $40 at taco bell, waited over 15 minutes for 24 simple tacos, his employee is wearing his mask like an earring, we didn't get any napkins, and his employee can't even be bothered to say anything to us when handing us our food. His response was, did you say you were missing a burrito? Way to pay attention. I guess management roll model rolls down hill and the employees are mirroring the behavior of their supervisor. I will no longer be going to this location. I'd rather pay more and wait longer for better food a great service. Or drive 15 minutes farther and not have to deal with the crappy service at this location. read more

I would rather leave zero stars. Went two nights ago, 45 minutes before they closed to try the Crunchwrap box. Was told the only thing available was extra crispy chicken. So I inquired about the cost of 8 pieces, only to be told they didn't have enough chicken to sell me 8 pieces. Two days later i went back (because I really wanted to try that Crunchwrap) and I got one. That thing was a mess. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for hours. read more

I just want to say that I'm only giving them one star because I have to if I could pick it would be a negative 5 stars because It was a horrible experience. I've never had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant. First off I want to say who in the world thought it was a good idea to put Taco Bell and KFC in the sam e store. Anyways It started after a long trip we pulled up to the drive thru and they told us they couldn't take credit cards so we pulled up and went inside. After we ordered are food which was a 5 pc chicken tender box a power burrito and a chilled stuff burrito. We received the 5 pc chicken box but the got 1 of the sides wrong as well as giving me the most Crispy chicken I have ever tasted. We also received a power bowl with the most crunchy uncooked rice instead of the power burrito we ordered. Also instead of the grilled stuff burrito that we ordered we got a hard taco instead of a soft one. Oh yeah btw the water was pink. Let's just pray that we don't throw up tonight. read more

The drive thru is a consistent 15 min wait; the staff leave the mic on and yell back and forth to each other (that has happened nearly every time I am patient enough to wait in drive thru). I've been "forgotten" about while sitting in the drive thru just to hear the staff inside having entire conversations with the open mic... I usually just end up going inside to wait, to ensure my order is correct. The inside is dirty; no napkins, sticky floors, the tables are nasty, I always take my order to go. They are "out" of common things regularly (cups, sauces, lids) tonight, I was told they only had small cups and were out of other sizes - whatever, nothing new - they're always out of SOMETHING. So, I accepted the small drink and then watched her restock the cups 5 minutes later. Seriously? Staff is completely clueless, lack personality, and are rude. Too bad the next nearest Taco Bell/Kfc is almost an hour away. read more
